Justin, Summer and the rest of the Service Dept take great care of all their customers, but we really appreciate that they recognize our loyalty to their business. We've patronized LPC and its predecessor since moving to Prattville nearly 60 years ago. They have always dealt fairly with us and taken good care of our vehicles. Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else.

We took a truck to this location to have a few components tested to see if they were working properly. We waited till the following day and called for a status update. They informed us they may look at the vehicle that day but might not. They called us an hour before closing on a Friday to tell us that they refused to service the vehicle. We had to wait all weekend for an explanation as to why. Finally on Monday we were told that they refused to service the vehicle because of aftermarket connectors that were used and that they could only service vehicles that had genuine GM parts on them. They informed us that they would not even program the computer. We attempted to contact the management but we were ignored. The person we did speak with was very rude.

While in the process of selling an RV, a prospective buyer ran a CarFax report and saw that I had two open recalls. I visited the dealership the next morning and had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Christian Hardy. She immediately ordered parts for me. The next day, she called letting the me know the parts were in. Knowing my circumstances of having a prospective buyer, she asked if I could bring in the camper in two hours. I immediately dropped it off. An hour after getting home, I was called back and was told that it was ready for pickup. Christian picked up me in a beautiful Chevy Tahoe and took me back to the dealership. Throughout the process, I felt that she treated me like a VIP. I have the feeling she does that with everyone. With the great service she provided, I'm now thinking I might want to pursue getting a Tahoe from Larry Puckett Chevrolet. Kudos to Christian!

Left a truck with them on Thursday, November 14. I called Tuesday, November 19 at 2 PM to ask what they had found out and was told that they were putting on the finishing touches and would be finished by day's end and I could pick it up the following morning.I arrived shortly before 8 and Justin walked out and immediately stated accusingly that no one called out saying the truck was ready. I informed him that I had called and was told it would be ready, and he replied that the transmission was still out of the truck and he will call me. Then he asked for my number when I had already given it to them the day before.I would not recommend this place due to the misinformation already. Justin's attitude is a different matter. I can honestly say I'm surprised anyone would want to keep someone like him employed.

Traded my truck in on a new one and they gave me the least amount possible then the salesman said i could keep my aftermarket rims and tires and called me the next day asking for the tires and wheels i said no and the next day he demands i bring them or his manager will void the contract. Also the salesman promised me some weather tech floor mats since the offer on the trade was so low and haven't seen the floor mats yet!

Service manager Lewis stated we, the consumer, should be responsible for all costs to replace parts covered under warranty. He stated that he was afraid he might be held responsible for $100 and we, the consumer, should be the one to pay for a service and part under warranty. It was only after this so called manager realized we were calling Chevy directly, he offered to reimburse for the part. And then he hung up on me. Thanks Lewis. Me, my friends, and my family will not be back

these people are crooks we took our truck there for a check engine light and the code reader reader said it was the transmission control module we were told that it was covered under power train warranty and then after they got it apart they wanted us to buy a whole transmission stating that we were 3000 miles past the warranty so now we asked them to just put it back together let us pay what we owed for labor and get our truck but they won't do that eitherService: Auto engine diagnostic
