Received car with incomplete repairs. Quality control issues. Shop was a preferred repairs facility by my insurance. Given my issues here, would have gone to a dodge dealership with a collision shop for repairs. Won't ever trust an insurance recommended place again. Wouldn't recommend.

I had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and courteous and helpful. They have been keeping me posted about my car. I do understand about the rain and painting. The rain we have no control over so wait it is! Thank you Joe Hudson's collision. I just know you're doing a great job with my baby!

At first it seemed like all the work was perfect, once I got my truck back after 49 days in the shop from minor cosmetic damage one headlight was not hooked up so I went back and they fixed it as I had no tools with me. A couple days later the rear glass on my truck almost completely fell out, i went back to joes again, they said they refixed it, nope. Still leaks to this day. Not sure why they even replaced the rear glass as there was no damage to it. Being joes cant fix windows I went to safelight to get a real professional to fix the leaky glass and they said they would not mess with the rear glass because it was installed wrong by joe hudsons. Only good thing i can say about joe hudsons is the paint and body work.

First let me start out by saying we picked Joe Hudson Collision Center because they had really good reviews on Google and were highly recommended by several people. We chose them solely because we believed they would get the work done and do everything they said. Our Nissan Altima had damage to the front door and part of the rear door. It was determined that the front door would need to be replaced and the rear door would only require minor work to be done. Mid-week my wife received a call that the rear door would require more work to be done and it would be finished by Friday.Friday my wife was told the car would be ready to pick up that afternoon. She went to pick up the car and after looking at the doors they appeared to be repainted and fixed. She requested to look at the interior and wanted to make sure all the door windows functioned before leaving. Upon testing the buttons she discovered that none of the windows would roll down and the lock/unlock buttons wouldn t work either. After looking at the buttons it also appeared that one button was broken while another button looked to be completely different from the others. When questioning the manager about the issue she was told that they had put a Chevrolet button in place of the window lock button with no explanation as to what happened to our button! As you can see in the pictures there is a normal control panel and what ours now looks like now.After discovering all of the problems with the window my wife called me and informed me of what was going on. I immediately called and asked for the manager and the lady told me he went home for the day. When questioning her why they not only used another button that was not ours I asked her why they would knowingly give our car back without testing the buttons as well. She told me she couldn t answer that. Well I can answer that for you. Not only did you hide the fact that you either lost or broke the window button and tried to send us home with it you also broke the door molding and didn t paint the door driver s side door handle like it said in the quote. In full disclosure when we told them about the buttons they said they ordered something and it would be replaced. But the point is they tried to pass it off to us and now we have a vehicle that we can t lock the doors or roll the windows down until they replace it.After inspecting the door further it is very apparent that they lost or broke the button and tried to hide it. Also there is now a gap between the front door and back door whereas the front door is raised out slightly not being flush with the rear door.**UPDATE**I called and spoke with the manager, Ronnie. I asked him about the button and I was told that it was like that when they received it. However, I immediately told him that our car had no other issues than the paint and body work and we were told by them previously that they were the ones who could not find the button and put a Chevrolet button in place by an employee by the name Cody. Ronnie the Manager insinuated several times that I was lying and we were responsible for the damage to the window unit and they didn't take pictures of the interior of the car, but they would replace it when my wife brought the car by. I told my wife about what happened and she insisted that they had in fact taken pictures of the inside of the vehicle when she dropped the car off. When she arrived she told them that pictures had been taken of the interior. Ronnie the manager reviewed the pictures in front of my wife to find that there was a picture of the window controls THAT WERE PERFECT AND NOT DAMAGED. He began apologizing to my wife and even called me back to apologize and that the employee had been handled for the button that was lost/stolen or broken. We also found that they had charged us for painting the door handle when they did not paint it. If you are thinking of taking your vehicle here I would advise CAUTION. They will lie to you and you better look at everything they touch because they are likely to break something or charge you for work not completed.

Hands down this is the best place for your car needs! They have made it quick, easy, and they are reliable. My car looks great and all the rental car things I was stressing over they made super easy as well. I got text updates and calls, which was super convenient for me since I can't always immediately answer my phone. I could not give this place or their awesome friendly staff enough stars. I am so glad I chose Joe Hudson Collision Center after my car was hit. My front bumper, I swear, looks better than when I bought it and they even washed my car for me! Thank you so much, you guys are THE BEST!

I am a sales consultant at Long Lewis Ford in Prattville, and my customer needed body work done on the vehicle he was purchasing from us. We took the vehicle there, and Cory did such a great job with it. My customer was super happy with the bodywork!!! He said it looked like new!!! Thanks, Cory!!!

This was my first time having to take my car in for repairs. The only reason I took my car here was because of my insurance company - this is where they obtain estimates. But I'm glad I went ahead and decided to have my car fixed with these guys. They provide excellent customer service, and I really liked getting the text messages that updated me on my repair status. They called me to tell me my car was ready a day early, which I was excited about! I did not like my rental car! They even offered to stay on site a little later than closing time just for me to pick up my car if need be! When I got my car back, I noticed how it looked like nothing had ever happened to it. They even cleaned the inside of my car. It wasn't expected, but definitely appreciated. The interior was wiped down and the carpets were vacuumed! Definitely 5-star service. I will be coming back to these guys if I ever need to again!

Excellent service from the minute I walked in the door. Every person I dealt with was very professional. They explained each step of the process and kept me updated with text messages during the repairs. I dropped me SUV off on Monday morning and picked it up Wednesday. The repairs appeared to be factory perfect. The young man who returned my SUV to me clearly explained the warranty and went item by item through the bill explaining what was repaired and why. Overall I am giving a 5 star rating but I would rate each person I dealt with as 10 out of 10 for their professionalism, curtesy, and service.

Very helpful and friendly staff! I dropped my car off a day early due to me having to work the next day and they went ahead and started on it! Worked thoroughly explaining everything about the repair and worked great with my insurance company. Very quick with appointment times.

I've used them twice now and both times they were wonderful to deal with. They repaired the tailgate on my truck and it was flawless. They kept me posted on the progress through these messages. Only complaint I have is they need more parking. That would give them the fifth star.

JHCC did a great job of taking care of my vehicle and working with the other insurance company to reimburse the charges. I was pleasantly surprised with the ease of the experience and the fact that I didn't pay a dime. It took a little over a week to complete the repair, but the result is a flawless product. A good trade in my opinion. All the technicians were very friendly and professional. If I should have the bad luck of needing their services again, I will definitely use and recommend JHCC in the future!

Quite candidly, this is first time in more than 50 years of vehicle ownership that I ve experience this level of professionalism and courtesy from any auto business. Back in May my insurance company said to take my vehicle to joe Hudson and I did and was not happy at all!!! They caused more damage to my car then they fixed! First call I get they tell me my car was ready so I go to get it and missing windshield molding, passenger window has scratches all in it and hood still had scratches in it as well. Second call sent my husband and still not done found more problems then the 3rd call pick it up already upset at this point!! Passenger window will not go down has a scratches in rear passenger door ( they then tell us it was all ready there) nope and then tells me it is not a bran new car (which I only had not a year yet) ! Called insurance company they have me take to a different body shop and now it goes back to get everything fixed? So no I will not recommend them to anyone. If you are a female take your husband, dad or brother with you!!

The scheduling of getting the work done was not smooth, I would wait for calls and nothing. They d say they would keep me posted, but didn t in beginning. During repairs they kept you updated daily until it was time to pick up. We got a message saying they d call in a couple hours for pick up and never heard back. We had to callthem the next day to find out if it was ready. The pinstripes were awesome even though they had to be done at my work. Also, when I picked my car up I had a random part in my trunk.

I am extremely satisfied with everything they did for me. The work and the friendliness was excellent. I was updated regularly on the progress of my vehicle. If I could I would give them 110 percent in ratings. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

My grandson backed into his neighbors car. I contacted the owner and advised her that I would cover the damage and rental car. She chose to have this company perform the work. It started as expected, they said they would order the parts and begin work on Monday and have it completed by Friday. On Wednesday the owner notified me that there would be an additional cost, as they had an issue with the paint. The additional cost was in excess of 20% of the original estimate. I was angry, as one would expect that a written estimate would be accurate. Thankfully the owner was also dismayed by the increase and was able to get the additional cost reduced. I made arrangements to meet the owner there on Friday to pay for the work. Shortly before I was to meet her she advised that the additional funds needed to be paid in cash. After making a special trip to the bank, we met. I asked the woman in the office why I needed to pay in cash. She said the owner or ? was paying his employee directly and not through the business. That sounded fishy to me, but I wanted the owner to be taken care of, so, of course I paid it. As it turned out there were a number of issues with the quality of the work, but the owner kindly took care of it with them.My insurance company recommended this company when I contacted my agent for assistance with this issue. She will be the next one I contact.This entire transaction was extremely unprofessional.

Had a great experience here. They used OEM parts on my truck, the paint matches flawlessly, and it in was done in a time efficient and professional manner. The staff at Joe Hudson's texted and called many times throughout the ordeal to keep me in the loop and always did as they said they would. Not gonna lie, they really have it together at this place. Thanks team!

Over the past 25-30yrs, my family has taken 3-4 vehicles to Joe Hudson for some type of body repairs. I don t think you could call us regular customers based on one vehicle every 6-7yrs but, we have been exclusive to them.Recently, we took my wife s car for repair to them. For whatever reason, this experience has been a total nightmare from first contact. I won t go into all the details here, but, suffice it to say that after three separate trips for quality control items that should ve been caught, we also found the radio antenna on the roof (not a damaged area), was not only missing, but broken off.When confronted, the associate emphatically denied any knowledge. Unfortunately, since I have no pictures of the vehicles roof before work was preformed, I probably have no recourse.However, Joe Hudson Collision Center has seen the last of my family and anyone else that asks me who or where they should take their car to for repairs. The only reason I gave them 2-Stars is because we have had good experiences there in the past.Based on the most recent service...we re done!!!As an amendment to the above review, Joe Hudson has made good on the radio antenna. Nevertheless, it still took four visits to get everything back to normal. I did award them an extra star for being forthright about the antenna. However, this along with the other items that were missed should have been caught during a quality check before we got the vehicle back. If it had been, there would have been 5-stars instead of three.So...in conclusion, while my family appreciates the timely work on our vehicle, we feel that given the circumstances, three stars is being fair and honest. As to whether or not we ll take another vehicle to them in the future, for now, let s just pray no one has any more fender benders where we have to make that decision.

They have always done good work in the past. This time not once have they made contact with me. I was originally told 6 business days. The 6th day was this past Monday and today is Thursday. I called them last Thursday and they said my vehicle wouldn't be prepped until Monday or Tuesday and would be painted on Wednesday and they would call me. I understand that sometimes more damage can be found after they tear into a vehicle but if that's the case you call and let the customer know what's going on. You don't leave them hanging. Today is now the following Thursday and I called them again because I have heard nothing and now I am being told it hasn't even been prepped and they hoped to finish having it prepped and maybe painted tomorrow and won't be ready until early next week. My 6 business days have now turned into 11 and not once did they call to tell me anything. I will not be using them again. This is not good customer service, totally not satisfied.

Amazing job repairing the tailgate I jacked all up on my Dodge 1500! I loved the texts along the way to keep me updated on the process.I am very picky and obsessive/compulsive, and unfortunately not easily pleased. However, the paint job and clear coat was perfect, so that reduced my stress and I'm glad I didn't have to be a jerk or come back.I went to Joe Hudson because I wanted the job done right. All of the badges were replaced just as i left them, straight and perfectly placed. It's obvious the guys are master craftsmen who pay attention to detail and have pride in workmanship. What's more, the price was very fair (I had a body man I know and trust tell me beforehand what it should cost, but was moving so no time to let him fix it). Joe Hudson's quote was right in line with what he said it should cost.I couldn't be more pleased. An easy choice for your auto body needs.JMA OCT 2017

Was very please with the final work that was completed. I loved the notifications on how the process was coming along. The staff was outstanding to work with. When I first inspected the paint job I found a few imperfections in the paint, they took it back and went above and beyond to make it right. I would recommend them to anyone.
