Very competent and friendly service technicians. They don't urge me to buy what I don't need, nor do they make me feel inferior when I ask questions. They treat me as a partner in taking care of my car. I'm very pleased with my service at Grease Monkeys.

The guys that were there did an amazing job! They were super helpful and had great customer service. My services were done quickly too so I didn t have to wait long at all! definitely will be coming back for routine maintenance

Not very pleased at all. I have been coming to American Lube Fast/ Grease Monkey for my oil change and filters since I purchased my car back in 2016. Today experience was not the best. This very well may be my last visit. Paperwork and prices did not match services that were rendered. Falsifying services completed is not a a good look. Especially if they were not performed. When I asked about it, the young man told me he got yelled at for completing those services before and the system defaults and answers the questions for as completed for them. They can not go back and change it. Not happy and again I will not be going back. I know one customer will not make a difference but if this could prevent the next customer from experiencing the same thing it could help.

Have been going here for around 4 years, and the service is always good. Sky, was my favorite technician so far! Very sweet but also knowledgeable I trusted her immediately.Tile floors were slick but that isn't anyone's fault.

Very courteous people! Would come here again. We were on a vacation and stopped in for an oil change. $30 less than the place I go to back home in Missouri I was also surprised they didn t tell me I need a new air filter or anything else like most other places do.

This place is absolutely fantastic for all your service needs! They are reliable, super knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. Whenever I'm feeling a bit lazy or need service urgently, this is definitely my go-to spot!I must say, I've never had a single negative experience with their staff or service. I can't say the same for any other oil change place in the area.

I brought my F-350 in for an oil change and transmission fluid/filter change.The team was courteous and professional. They quoted pricing up front and were very happy to answer all my questions.I'd recommend this location to anyone. They demonstrated awesome customer service while delivering efficiency and professionalism during my visit.

Even though I Went very close to closing I was treated very good. The attendants were nice and timely. Got it done very quick!! Very thorough and professional! 100% recommend!

It was ok. Not what it used to be a few years ago. Didn't get my 10% off military discount but that's ok. $29.00 they wanted for an air filter. Way too much. Bought a good one on the way home for $11.99. I did ask the lady that greeted me upon arrival if they would check the air in my tires. She said they would. They didn't until I asked a young man before I left as my "Low Tire" light came on. He did and is was only at 23#s. He didn't seem too eager to check them. He was polite when I was leaving though.

My daughter and I had our oil changed on 2 separate days. We were greeted when we drove up. Greeted with a smile by the new Manager. She described their process and what they do, they check everything, lights, air filter, horn, like you get with an inspection. After the oil change they check the oil and show you the stick to let you know it was filled back up and was normal. Price was the as other places that had changed my oil. You have personal service. She stayed bubbly with a smile on her face the whole time. I recommend Grease Monkey 100%> I regret I did not get pictures. They were totally awesome

When I first pulled in I thought, this place is sketchy but let me tell you.. I don t know if they have new management or what but there was a lady there who cleaning that place up today!!! Service was quick, polite and what I m assuming was the new lady manager was shaping that place up! I ll be back. And they didn t try to sell me everything in the store!!!!!

Had an issue with price changes that I wasn t aware of and was charged a lot more than usual. The assistant manager gave me some contacts to get it resolved then the manager showed up and they were both very helpful in resolving the issue. At the end of the day I was way more than satisfied by the service and prompt resolution to the problem. Thank you.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Not all express oil change shops are created equal, and Grease Monkey proves it. Don't overlook this place! The customer service, thoroughness, professionalism, and timeliness is phenomenal!

The service is fine but the facility is filthy. The floors both in the bay and the customers' waiting area are covered in oil. Doesn't look like they've been cleaned since Grease Monkey bought it from Lube Fast. Manager needs to be talked too. The place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.

I got my oil changed this morning at Grease Monkey in Prattville, for the first time in a long time I was very pleased with my service. Sky went above and beyond to help with our service today. One of the most pleasant employees I have encountered there.

I am very disappointed in the service and price. $95 for just a oil change nothing else. Didn't check my lights or tire pressure and don't know if they checked anything under the hood or not. Advertised oil change for one price and charge me something else. Added $12.50 extra labor, $3.99 plus $.75 for shop supplies. I will not be back.

Well, I was there two hours trying to get an oil change they didn t check my air breather. Will never take any of my vehicles back to them again. My husband took my car to get a simple oil change done they told him my oil pan needed to be replaced because it was glued. Showed him pics they took which probably was not even my car. Took it for another option and they said nothing was wrong even showed me. Be warned, if you take your vehicle here that they will say things are wrong so they don't have to work on your car or so they can get extra money out of you.

They were very busy but still got my service done in a reasonable amount of time. Service was great as usual.
