I ve been taking my vehicles to Grays for some time now. Today my tire went completely flat and left me stranded on I65. They were able to work me in and fixed it in a matter of hours. This is the first auto shop I ve been to that I don t worry they are pulling something over my head or being dishonest. They have great customer service, super friendly and professional (David is awesome!!) and are very honest and straight forward about pricing and your vehicle issue/maintenance. I highly recommend Grays and will continue to get my vehicles serviced there.

I just had a guy to help me by the name of Lance at Grays I had a flat tire. No lug lock and was a hour from home.Great customer service they fix my tire and I asked if they have any tires in stock that size I was going to buy some brand new tires just to show my appreciation I highly recommend them for any of your service. I m down here in Prattville, Alabama and they also have another location in Auburn Alabama on wire Road.

Great customer service and super-quick turnaround. Had a nail in our tire while visiting family in Prattville and they took care of it within 20 minutes, with no appointment or hassles. Wouldn t hesitate to bring business to them in the future and have already recommended them to our folks that live close by!

I came in to get a valve stem replaced, they got my tire right in as soon as I got there. The young man even offered to put the tire back on for me. These guys are on point! Fantastic customer service and I will definitely be back! Thank you guys so much! Especially for getting me in and out so fast!

Very friendly staff! Got me in right away to fix a TPMS issue on my tires. Waiting room was very nice and they had some kids toys as well to keep my kids entertained! Definitely would use them again!

They had amazing service! David was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! I had a small nail in my tire and they located it and patched it up for me in no time! I will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone I know!

Gray s has been a consistently excellent factor in my car care for a few years. This location, in Prattville, is great. Excellent staff, great service, kind. I look for and spend my money at companies who treat me with the dignity I wish every service focused organization would give. They do it so well. Listen, if you have a complaint call them and talk to them-my bet is they ll treat you right and make it right, it s their company model.

Walked and requested a tire check. There was a nail in the right front passenger side. The customer care attendant was kind, helpful and compassionate. It was soooo nice to experience sincere concern. The tire was fixed and I was on the road in no time. Thanks Gray s

The team at Prattville are always courteous and helpful. More than once they've wished me a blessed day. They have done an awesome job maintaining my Tahoe. Recently, I had a tire losing air pressure. They promptly found the nail, fixed the tire and I was back on the road in less than an hour! Thanks again guys! I highly recommend Gray's Tire in Prattville!

The cleanest, fastest, and most family friendly service center i ve ever been to. Very clean restrooms, water fountains, and the waiting area was very clean and organized as well. They have a great kids area with lots of toys that kept my little one entertained. I was not looking forward to sitting for a long period of time with my child, but he had fun and it made the process smoother than I could ve ever imagined with a toddler with me. I will recommend this place to everyone!

The customer service is fantastic and the speed of the workers are to be applaud.I had went in to get my headlight fixed one time and my flat tire fixed and tire pressures refilled the other time. Both times my car was taken care of swiftly and efficiently by a very nice group of gentlemen.

I was traveling with family for fall break. We stopped for lunch and realized we had a hole in tire. I took it to Grays and they plugged real quick and got us back on the road! Thanks to the guys for helping me when we were in a tight spot. They played good music in the shop area too!

Gray's in Prattville is the ONLY place I EVER take my vehicles. Great people! Highest quality care! Makes you feel like "home". We just love them all! Go there..you'll never go anywhere else!!!!

Grays skilled technicians came to the rescue in solving an issue with a 3rd row seat I use for my grandchildren that wouldn t go down. Instead of expensive parts etc they found a practical way to solve the problem right on the spot and didn t even charge anything. It was no small thing to me though! Thanks !

Grey s has always been courteous to myself and my wife. They determined the issue(s) and communicated them in layman s terms before proceeding with the repairs. Repairs were done quickly with great outcomes for us. They are my go to automotive repair facility.

I called and spoke with the shop twice, explaining in detail the problem with my vehicle. While having my vehicle towed to the shop, I called and explained a third time what was wrong. After passing a towing company to transport my vehicle I was told by the shop that they wouldn t work on my vehicle so they turned the tow truck away and I m out the towing fee for nothing. I told them the first time I spoke with them that I was on a fixed income.

Went and had them look at my tire because it kept losing air. They are always great when I go to them. And they are quick with the service, getting me in and out right away. Appreciate everyone there!

Honest work. Rarely do you find a place that will treat your vehicle as their own and these guys do it! Needed a patch on a tire and they were able to get me in and out in about 30 minutes. Always recommend taking your vehicle here!

We started having car trouble right outside of Prattville on our way home to Tennessee. We immediately pulled over and found Gray s and we could not be more thankful we did!! They squeezed us in as they were getting ready to close for Easter weekend, immediately identified the issue (which ended up being more serious than we realized), and got us fixed up right away! Would come back here a million times and definitely will if we re ever in the area! This place is the best.

Found a nail in my tire and pulled into Gray's . I was very surprised to find a super friendly staff. Lance got my vehicle pulled back right away. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. They have gained a customer for life.

We were traveling through Alabama pulling our camper when we heard a really bad noise coming from under our vehicle. We found Lance and the he other guys at the shop and they were amazing squeezing us in and fixing our issue. They were professional and went out of their way to help. Can't recommend them enough!

I love these guys! Lance, Gabe and everyone that worked on my car are simply amazing! They don't push anything on you what you really don't need done! They will call you and explain in detail what the problem is before they start working on your car! My car runs great now! (Sorry for talking your ears off lol)I finally found a place I can trust and they will always have my business as long as I live in Alabama! On the other Hand once I go back to Florida, Fort Walton Beach is only 3 hours away it will be worth the drive, just saying :)I highly recommend Gray's Tires in Prattville, AL to everyone! Thank you again for being awesome and always having smiles on their faces! :) :)

Completely disappointed with brake service. Had my rotors and brake pads replaced October 2, 2023, returned a few weeks later due to squealing issues and had the pads replaced; however, 4 months later they are still squealing. I returned last week and was told again that I have good brake life and the cost to Gray s is too expensive to change my pads again. Needless to say this was a $500 bought lesson to return to dealer maintenance.

Very nice people. Were able to fit me in to patch up my tire with 2 hours left in their day. Everyone was courteous and respectful, great place to go!
