Yall lied about the parts I need went to Firestone for a second opinion, ended up spending $33 for inner tire rod. When you all told me I needed $2000 worth of parts fire stone put the part on and line my car up for $129 and the car is running fine. I advise no one to Use Gibson tire for Service I wouldn t even have them to change my oil.

Got my car in on a busy Friday, listened to my concerns and what I needed. Updated me directly during the time I waited and made sure I knew what was needed and what the costs were. Longest wait time was for the parts but the work itself was done pretty quickly. I know I paid less than most places would have charged for the same repairs.

My experience this last time was horrible. I purchased some tires in February after they put the tires on they told me I need struts and shocks on the passenger side the driver side was good. So I told them I would wait on the alignment until I get those replaced. They insisted that I go ahead and get the alignment and I could bring the car back as long as I was still in the miles range for my alignment they would redo it. Well Monday all that changed but they did redo the alignment. So now all of a sudden I need a sway bar on my driver side .. so let me guess the technician didn t see that the first time so 3 weeks later now he sees it. Prattville location has really became a down fall because they are always running off the good employees then they end up with some junkies. They really need some staff who knows about cars not just anybody because they can operate a computer. I asked to speak with the Technician yesterday so he could tell me the name of the part the white girl that works in there tried to be funny and put the man at the front counter on the phone that studda real bad u can t even understand what he is saying. They need new people or they gonna loose good customers

This place has been better. I was recommended to this place over a year ago and used them for work. They did great the first couple of times. Unfortunately it appears they lost great front desk personnel and mechanics. I took my truck to them with and expectation of an oil flush and change and a transmission flush and fluid change. The lady took my request and called me later saying my truck was done. I asked if they did a transmission flush and if they had found anything. She said she would have to get the technician to look since he did not do a transmission flush. They called back and said that the transmission had too many miles and a flush was not recommended. I picked my truck up and will look for someone to check my transmission.

The service was extraordinary. It was one of the best experiences I ve ever had getting my vehicle serviced. Megan who was the service advisor for me was a joy to work with. Her customer service was superb. I don't know much about cars. My check engine light came on. I went to Gipson's and said, "there's a light on on my dashboard." They came out to my car immediately, checked it, explained what it was all about and what Gipson's could do. By the end of the same day, I had my car back and it was all fixed. THANK YOU!I have used Gipson's on a regular basis for 8 years and have never been disappointed.

Work order #422839I went in to replace a broken headlight bulb. I had my own bulbs, a pack of two. They replaced only one but didn't give me back the unused fresh bulb. They outright stole it from me. Furthermore, they didn't even align the bulbs, so now I have one light going straight ahead and one pointing down.

I ve used them for 10yrs and always a 5star until now. My truck a 2001 needed extensive work which the mechanics did a great job (with the exception on one that is no longer there). They fixed the botched first job . My issue which caused the truck to be there longer than needed and increased labor chargers was that one of the front desk women, kept inserting herself into the troubleshooting. Making decisions on her own to have the truck put back together knowing things were still broke. And ordering services that were not needed. I really think those actions were from her and not the mechanics. I was about to have the truck towed elsewhere when TK and Lyndon took over, staying late in personal time to fix the issues and also their best to adjust costs to what they should be without those mistakes. I m now happy with the service, but had they not made it right, they would have lost a loyal customer. And luckily the front desk worker, has moved on.Services: Electrical, Auto brake repair

I am an avid return customer for the seasoned professionals at Gipson Tire. The reason I come back is because the business is fair and customer focused. My service advisor Caitlin Parrish took the time to explain charges and provided information concerning warranties and business-related discounts. I am very thankful for the support Gipson provides to veteran's and for the special acknowledgement given this Veteran's Day. I routinely share my experiences with friends and family members.

They took the time to go over additional recommendations and tell me which ones should be done now, and which could wait a little longer. Once I decided on the work, they had my vehicle ready the same day. Update: I left a message at the number provided in response to the review with no return call. I did speak with Brent McKinnon from Left Lane Auto who now owns Gibson Tire who told me they were not responsible even though there is 40000 miles left on the warranty and an alignment was done. Gibson Tire is not locally owned anymore and they don't stand behind thier warranties. Most will recognize my name and you know how to contact me if you would like to see the emails between myself and Brent.First Review starts here.WARNING! They will not stand behind there warranty. They put 4 new tires, and preformed an alignment on my wife's GLS450. These are not cheap tires. Come to find out, now the tires are worn out with over 40000 miles left on the warranty, that a complete alignment can't be preformed on this car. The caster/camber can't be adjusted unless a kit is install. Which wasn't. Although it specifically states on the invoice the person that preformed the alignment done the caster/camber. I was charged 89.95 for an alignment that couldn't be performed correctly. Why wasn't I told an alignment couldn't be done correctly before installing the tires? Greed! This new company that bought these stores from the Gipson's don't care about customers. I spoke with Andrew who could only refer me to his district guy, Brent who has not returned my call. Total frauds. Beware and make sure your car/truck can have a total alignment before allowing them to up sale you on something they can't do or won't stand behind. Update: I didn't get any resolution but from customer phone calls and word of mouth, I figured I cost them a good bit. And still going.Service: Tires

I took my 2018 Silverado in for tire rotation and balance. I was notified my truck was ready for pick up. When I arrived, I saw a mechanic outside in the parking lot with a floor jack and impact putting on a lug nut on my right front wheel. Looking further there were three more lug nuts missing. The mechanic came back out with three in his hand and installed them. My truck was apparently driven out on two or three lug nuts on my right front. Further, they DID NOT check my tire pressure on all four wheels. I m not happy and probably will never use Gibson s againService: Tires

at 8am i called them, with a flat tire and 2 damaged ones, and asked if they had the tires i wanted in stock but they didn t but said they could order them by 11am i had 4 new tires. fast and hands down the best customer service. amazing staff

Excellent customer service and honesty. The man working there literally brought me back to actually show me what was going on with my car and even advised me not to make the expensive repair since it wasn t necessary yet. This is car service at its best. Andrew Bass and his team at Gipson s in Prattville, Alabama have thoroughly impressed me with their very friendly and professional service. They truly have gone above and beyond to handle the unexpected mechanical issues that I was having with my Honda. Brandon patiently took the time to explain the work he performed, while answering all of my questions. I would highly recommend this established business to anyone in need of quality repairs and/or service for their automobiles. Very straightforward and honest folks!! Not real satisfied at this time. We were told our battery needed replacing. We decided to take it to Long Lewis Ford ( our vehicle is a Ford Explorer) They checked battery and it was 100 % charged .Also there was a ding in my door they was not there when we dropped it off. Please advise eiekers yo be more careful with customer vehicles .Services: Tires, Oil change

Walked in on a Friday afternoon around 4 with my dust cover dragging under my SUV.. they appeared busy. I was greeted professionally and very friendly and walked out about 15 min later with it fixed. No charge. Apparently I ran over a stick. Clean lobby, friendly, fast service can t ask for much more.
