This location is the best! I am thankful for getting a second chance, and being able to purchase a new vehicle. My salesman, Donovan, helped me get in a vehicle super fast and easy. The process was easy as ever. Go see him! He is the one with all of the awesome tattoos. You won't regret it! He gives $200 per referral as well.

First of all,salesman was great,but they almost messed my credit up due to showing on my credit that my vehicle was financed twice! They took 2 months or longer to pay off my var I traded in which put a snag in my credit.i have been waiting on a transmission mount to be fixed since I bought my jeep October 23. I had to file a dispute to credit bureau to get one off the jeep finances off! Never will I buy from them again nor will I recommend them to anyone!

Sales people were good. Process was easy. Really should've gotten an inspection on the car prior, waaay to many issues for a 20kpurchase. Ill be surprised if the car is still running by the time I'm halfway paying it off. Get an Inspection done and a carfax before buying.

I am looking for a vehicle. I came to your auto lot on Monday and was approached by a man wearing his hat backwards. I was NOT impressed by any means and was not going to conduct business with a man wearing a ball cap backwards. I thought it was VERY unprofessional and disrespectful. I left and will not be back. Very disappointed!!

Gil's Auto Sales in Prattville is awesome and hands down a great used car buying experience. They treat the customer with respect and really work to get you in a car, truck, or SUV. I was in a tight looking for the right kind of smaller older truck like an S10 or Ranger. I had come by Gils in Prattville AL cause I had meet Eddie Pope in a past event. My friends told me he was a great vehicle salesman that really helped out folks. Considering no one wants to deal with salesmen when buying a vehicle, I knew he was such a nice friendly person that put me at ease and was truthful and straight forward. He sold me on Gils just being there.Eddie did not have the exact vehicle set up I wanted but he promised to keep an eye. Mr Pope called me a few days later to discuss a recent trade in that fit what I wanted. Mr Pope told me all about the Gils process and their purpose was to help people get in the ride they wanted. Learned he had recently been named the location GM.Mr. Pope and his staff at Gils were great. Mr Pope had a few things handled on my older S10 before I even left. Even had an issue with the key to unlock the doors but Mr Pope and his staff took care of me. Can promise that IF I need another vehicle I am going to see Mr Pope at Gils. Go see him and you will not go wrong. Wish I could have given more than 5 stars.

Go see Eddie Pope there he got me done when everyone else said it couldn't be done. Affordable payment for the truck I wanted, Yep you read right for the truck I wanted. He the man. Go and ask for him he will make it happen.

If I could leave negative stars I would. The general manager Eddie Pope is a modern day scammer. He literally removed all of my sisters information out of the system and made it look like she had no income and cancelled her deal because she wouldn t just settle for anything. The level of unprofessionalism is unreal at this location. From him dressing as though he s at a backyard bbq, to arriving late and making threats to potential customers. I wouldn t buy a toy car from this place as long as he s the general manager. Everyone doesn t belong in management that s for sure.

I called and after what seemed like about a million rings somebody finally answered the phone told me to fill out an app and call him back , I did that called him back and couldn t get in contact with him. Then I called back a few days later asked if someone could go over my application with me and I got transfers to someone else and their phone went to voicemail I left 2 and still haven t got a response.

Just an fyi if you want to buy a decent vehicle this is definitely NOT the place to go! I test drove 5-6 with every one of them had major problems! From no brakes on one, no ac another, to horrible front end issues! The salesman was extremely rude had no interest in actually selling me a car I wanted at all!!! Actually rolled his eyes when I asked to drive a car! Found 1 would have settled for but had a horrible hum and a vibration in the front end. Was told I would have to buy car and pay warranty deductible and take it to a shop on my own time! When I called to speak to manager he wasn t any better at all!!! When I mentioned that I drive a lot he was way too concerned with me driving to Florida!!! If you are selling me a car for $16,000 please, sir, explain why I would have any worry driving 3 hours from home???!!! Would definitely not use them ever!!! Btw I got an amazing car at Long Lewis and my sales rep was extremely patient!

Went in to purchase a 2012 chrysler town and country today. I took the vehicle to get it inspected before buying or sign the contract. In finding Gipson s said this van was junk and had so many problems with it it would be a money pit. Do not buy cars from this place! Get it to a inspector before buying!
