Wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable! The customer service was top notch and the attention to detail given to my repairs was impressive. I was informed regularly about the progress of the work being done and my vehicle was completed much earlier than promised! They even gave my car back to me with the interior cleaner than it was when I dropped it off! Gerber met and exceeded my expectations! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else!

I highly recommend Jason and his team at Gerber. Their repair work was great and they were helpful, friendly, gave advice, and were honest. Hands down the best customer service and communication you will ever find. And had my car ready two weeks earlier than they originally estimated.

Everything about this location is 100% what a body shop should be. The customer service is the best I've received, I really like how McClain calls you every Tuesday and Thursday to let you know what is going on with the repairs. The body work and paint are very well done, you can't even tell an accident ever occurred, the paint match was perfect. I will never use another body shop for my cars, you earned a customer for life. The receptionist, what a bad attitude, this woman should be fired immediately, you definitely shouldn't have someone with a punk attitude dealing with the public. The Gerber in Montgomery is way better, take your business there!

Absolute best service around. Quick , friendly, and HONEST! They are VERY helpful. I feel like most places try to take advantage of girls, but they did not at all. I can't recommend them more. The work is amazing and so are the employees and owner.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Jason does great work. I got in a fender bender in my 2015 Ford Focus and messed up my bumper, hood, and front side panel. It came back looking better than new. They did a great job on the paint. I was very impressed with how well he handled the insurance company who were very slow and hard to work with.

I carried my truck there after the tire shop scratched it so I can't speak on price because I didn't pay for it but the work was excellent I can't even tell where they painted and where they stopped. I am beyond pleased with the work and would highly recommend advanced collision.
