We've used Firestone in Prattville for as long as I can remember and they have always been top notched. They go above and beyond to keep you informed every step of the way. Chuck is awesome. Always greets us by first name as soon as we step in the door. That's the only place we go for car care!

Update: the issue has been handled to my satisfaction as the company has reached out and made things right. I appreciate Chuck and Matthew working with my wife and I and listening to our concerns. Thank you for doing the right thing.I walked in with an issue with my car. I explained I thought it was the alternator because of what was happening with the car and my battery was less than 2 years old. It was the day after Christmas and they were low on technicians so they decided not to test the alternator and just replace the battery. So my wife and kids are heading home 450 miles away in Florida and we make it two hours down the road and of course because it was the alternator the same thing starts happening again. Now I m 350 miles from home stuck on the side of the road with kids and my wife. I had no choice but to have enterprise come pick them up and get a rental for them to get them home safely. I have to get a hotel and have the real issue fixed. $350 for a battery I didn t need. $300 for a rental I shouldn t have needed. And 130 for a hotel I didn t want. The one star they do get is for Chuck at the counter being so awesome.

Fast friendly and great service. I had appointment for 2 pm but was immediately given service upon arrival. I was out of the shop completed before 1:40 pm. The time saved was extremely helpful. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

8 am appt for an oil change. Understaffed, they promised to have me out in an hour. At the hour mark I reminded them I had a meeting and they quickly finished up my vehicle. Despite having at least one employee no show, they did their level best to get me finished up. Quicker than the RAM dealership honestly.

Best customer service I have ever experienced at any Firestone. Chuck and his Team of techs are awesome. Although I passed up 3 other locations to get here it was definitely worth the trip. itdefinitelydrive.reviews

We were traveling through to an important appointment and acquired a flat tire just before the exit. We quickly pulled off with little time to spare and the staff got us in and out in a matter of 15 minutes to make sure we made our appointment. They were polite and truly care about customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this location.Service: Tires

I am blown away with your fantastic service. You guys are absolutely incredible. You have my truck operating and feeling like a brand new vehicle. I am smiling ear to ear every time I start it up and drive it. There are so many people there That have been such a great help. I have now had both of my vehicles serviced there multiple times. I love the honesty and integrity that your entire team has. There are several names to list, so I want to make sure that I give a praise to everybody there at your store. Most recently, I would also like to extend an extra thank you to Joe, Morris, Dennis, and Chuck. I m having to put air in one tire every other day, so something is obviously wrong with it. This place, though, couldn t find anything. So they let me off for free, which I suppose is something. But again I m still expecting to have to drag out my air pump every other day for that one tire while the other three are fine. They just kind of shrugged at me when I tried to explain this. I get the feeling they didn t care as it was the end of the day and they just wanted to get rid of me.Also, one of the workers used the r slur in the lobby.They also recommended over a grand in other services, but these guys couldn t see any problems with a tire that loses ten lbs of air pressure in a day, and I have been ripped off by other car service centers before, so I think I ll be shopping around.Edit: two days later, tire alert on my dashboard like clockwork! But since they said nothing was wrong with it, I guess I can just keep driving on it until it has a failure on the interstate and I have a terrible accident, huh? Cool.

Sophia was a lifesaver. Our truck battery died 10 hours from home and we had to limp it to the Firestone. She came out from the front counter and put in a new battery for us. Absolutely incredible, lightning quick service. We were back on the road in no time. I would recommend this place to anyone. Sophia deserves a raise, she's incredible!

Paid for lifetime alignment with Firestone. Been coming to this location for a while to get oil changes balances and alignments on my car. Well the last 2 times I've noticed after bringing my car in the tires will still shake like my front end was going to come off at any minute..They tried to tell me that it was because I needed new tires.. well I purchased two new tires and still the shaking. Now we decided to visit Gipson tire shop. Customer service was 100% better than Firestone.. we didn't have to stand around waiting for someone to notice us and definitely didn't hear any excuses about limited mechanics and be overwhelmed with customers. We left the car and was told a time to come back to pickup. Once we went to get the car they gave us a print out of what the issue was.. NONE of the tires had been balanced and NO ALIGNMENT had been done previously!! Firestone had charged for work they didn't do..After Gipson balanced my tires I took the car for a test drive on interstate 65...I got up to 70 mph and it was like riding on a new paved road..I really hate I paid for the lifetime alignment with Firestone Because I wasted money. It's sad how they can tell you they performed a service charge you for it make you wait all day to come back to pickup the car and nothing has been done! I guess that's Firestone's policy. I'll take a hard pass from here on out. I will be spending my money with Gipson's. At least I know a manager plus corporate will call to follow up and make sure you are satisfied even without calling them. And that's their policy.

Mr.Chuck is rude and has no people skills, is worker throw the paper in my face and let my 2016 f-150 truck engine running out side the parking lot. Marcus & Amanda were a huge lifesaver when I had issues with a tire. They were helpful, got the job done, and even charmed my kiddos in the lobby. They communicated great with updates and I was in and out in a reasonable time. 5 stars across the board!

The tire pressure warning came on while we were traveling south on I65. We pulled off after Googling tire repair and went to this store. They were very busy, but the manager was very helpful and took care of us in a very timely manner. All the guys at this store are great!Service: TiresService: Tires

Good experience, I was a little annoyed that they didn't check everything that I asked them to, and they told me my car was ready when it wasn't, but that's probably because they remembered at the last minute and checked said things. I'm moving out of state, but if I wasn't, I'd return as a customer.

Great fast oil change service. Gentleman at front desk was very polite and helpful getting me in and out before I had a long drive out of town. Won t go anywhere but here for any auto service.

I've used Firestone in Prattville for over a decade. I love that the invoice has no hidden fees. You see exactly what you will be charged for before they take the keys. They are fast and efficient. If it will be a wait they let you know upfront by offering an appointment or to drop it off. I very nearly made a huge mistake today and went by pepboys. I even questioned their price and had the pepboys woman show me the break down of the charges. There was still $80 unaccounted for between the break down and the total. Pepboys was going to charge me over $300 in labor for 4 tires. Pepboys invoice was $1061.00 for 4 tires that were $109 each and $199 lifetime alignment. Thank goodness two customers sitting there talked me into leaving with their bad experience today. I went back up the road to Firestone where I should have gone to begin with and got the same priced tires and lifetime alignment and paid $788. I'm very happy with the service and integrity Firestone employees give. I will always let people know to go to Firestone in Prattville and steer clear from Pepboys. Thank you Firestone employees for always having my best interest.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

I took my truck in to get new tires. I was chartered to work, and my truck was ready when I got off work. I was able to use my teacher discount on the service, which was great.

Driving to the beach and your alternator starts to go out with 10 senior girls for senior trip adventures .not a great way to start. However and THANKFULLY Firestone was open on Memorial Day. They were SO NICE, had me in and out within 45 minutes! Thank you for your service Firestone, your prompt service and extremely fantastic staff!!

They didn't fix my car properly the first time nor the second. I went to them in January. I had car problems again, went to them in February. And I still had car troubles. I finally went to a different car shop. Now, my car runs smoothly. Firestone's excuse is, "We want you to save money." But I missed two days of work because of them. I missed 1 day of work when I got my car "fixed" January. I missed another day of work to get my car "fixed" again in Feb. I can't keep missing work because you don't know how to properly fix a car. When I went to a different company, sure they kept my car for two days, however, now it's good and fixed.

I think I have a varying degree of an experience at Firestone. My 1st impressions were excellent! I worked closely with Chuck and he definitely set me up for success to get my air conditioning fixed on my Mazda CX7. While they ordered the parts it took about a week for the right one to show up and then get installed and completed. That was not an issue because they stayed in communication with me anytime they had a delay. I definitely saw this as incredibly professional and trustworthy.I got my car back and everything seemed to be fine.. I have started to notice a noise coming from the fan that was not there before. I have also started to notice a rattling noise that was also not there before that comes from either the engine Bay or somewhere at the bottom of the vehicle. There was also a piece of plastic that was not properly re installed.. It still currently is dangling from the front of my car as I have not had the proper fasteners to put it back. About a week after I had the car the top radiator hose came unhooked and all of my radiator fluid drained out. My car began overheating and I barely made it back to my house. After investigating what the cause was I noticed that the top radiator hose was reconnected but the clip was not placed back in its original location to keep the hose from sliding off.I did call Firestone back and I spoke to Chuck and let him know that occurred.. He did say if I can find a way to bring it to Firestone that he would try to help me out. Of course the car was not driving and I did not have fluid to put back into it right away but right away.Which is why I am giving them a 4 star rating. Although although I had so many issues and most likely will deal with secondary secondary even tertiary Problems with the car Firestone has remained professional and trustworthy from the beginning. I do hope that I can find some time to bring my car back so they can take a deep look to see if any additional damages have occurred..

Chuck & Dennis are amazing to work with. While I've had a few minor issues Chuck was quick to take care of the matter, make it right, and with little effort required from me. A true no hassle situation every time. I will continue to come back to Firestone because of the quality customer service.

Family and I had an awesome experience!! We were on our way down to Orange Beach for vacation when our truck started vibrating bad enough to hit the shoulder and take a look. We had a few wheel studs sheer off of driver side front wheel!! From the moment I called, Amanda was a Rockstar! They didn't have the studs in stock, but told me to try to limp it there, and she'd be looking for the parts. I tightened the remaining lugs, and got it there. After many calls, she finally found the parts about 30 minutes down the road. They went to get the parts, had it racked, repaired (while we shopped and ate lunch in the nearby shopping center), and back on the road in a few hours! The pricing was reasonable, they didn't try to "stick it to" the out-of-town, desperate vacationers! A very big thank you to Amanda and the staff for helping us get back on the road!!

I was charged for an oil change last month. Today while running errands my low oil level sensor kept going off. Look and I'm almost out of oil. Go up under my car and the oil filter is not the filter that is listed on the receipt. It's the same filter I purchased at a prior time from auto zone when my boyfriend changed my oil himself. That could be very catastrophic for me because I am a delivery driver and my car is my livelihood for my family. I am now wayyyyy past an oil change. I will say I am satisfied with my tires from them. It's the first time I've encountered a problem, it's just a serious one. It looks like they drained my oil but didn't finish. Really bad I've been driving around with barely any oil for over a month.

I called all over Montgomery just to get some one to check my tire to see if it needed to be patched. They were too busy to look. Prattville said I could come with no problem. Service was fast and friendly.
