Customer service was great and very quick. I had the pleasure of meeting a couple of their awesome employees. Most females don t go to these places because they will try and confuse them and upsell them more than they need, this place does NOT do that. They were very welcoming and honest about their work.Kirk did a great job at telling me and showing me everything he was doing through the whole process.

The guys at Express Oil Change in Prattville go above and beyond! Recently, my car needed an oil change and new tires. Kirk was super helpful, and extremely professional. He was able to get my tires ordered and installed in a timely manner, and had me back on the road in no time! Good customer service makes for long-time customers! Keep it up!

Needed headlamp and wiper blade replacement on 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Technician Kirk had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. I ve used these guys for years. They are hands down my go to shop for oil changes, tires, anything within ther capability. They are competent, down to earth, reasonably priced, and very customer driven. By the way, Larry Puckett is the most customer driven dealership I ve ever dealt with. Been dealing with them for 40+ years.

We always have a good experience here but Kirk made it exceptionally good today. He was super friendly, hooked us up with some new windshield wiper blades for a great price, installed them and we have a 6mo warranty. The interactions with the staff can make or break an experience and Kirk was definitely a great representative for Express Oil change!

Went in to get my stand oil change with Kirk. He went above and beyond to check my wipers and rest my maintenance on my vehicle. It s a Toyota and it takes an act of congress to reset. The new wipers are so much better on this rain day.Thank you Kirk see you in 7500 miles.

I received an oil change by Kirk in November of 2023. He was very helpful and respectful. He helped me find the most cost efficient services that benefited me and my vehicle. I recommend him if you are ever in the area and is looking to go to Express Oil Change in Pratville to receive services. It pays to still have kind people around who enjoy doing their job.

Kirk was a huge help to me and my car. He made sure everything about the maintenance on my car was taken care of. Tire pressure, hood shocks, battery installment along with my alternator were in good standards. I appreciate the work they always do when I bring my car to Express Oil in Prattville.

Best place for an oil change. Ive gone here for every change or rotation needed for the past couple years. They helped fix a leak for my wipers just to be kind and have always been time efficient as well as respectful. Absolute 10/10

I go to Express lube for all my oil changes or anything wrong with my car they take care of me and Alvin in the back always takes care of me something really wrong with it. The guys that does the oil change in the pit and everything are super nice always friendly and just about know what's my name every time we go in that makes it so nice to go in and get service.

I have been doing business with Express at many different locations and cities for over 10 years and this one is the best. I have 3 vehicles serviced here and no one has beat the service at this location. Reed is the most professional and hands on manager I have ever had the pleasure of communicating with. He and the staff were nothing but helpful and courteous. They were so good I sent 2 more vehicles to them versus another shop. Not one time disappointed and I will highly recommend this location to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection, Wiper blade installation, Oil change

12-06-2023 I had my oil changed today, but with my safety inspection my running lights were not working. Kirk was my service person and he took his time to check out the problem. The problem was corrected, oil changed ,new wipers recommended. A good job was done to get me back on the road. I highly recommend this place .

Do NOT come here for AC issues! I went to Express the other day to have issues with my AC diagnosed. The manager S***e said that they would run dye through the system to find any issues and then fill up the freon. Be said it would be $99.99 for the freon and then $30 extra if it requires more freon than what the package offers. A little steep, but I was okay with it if it fixed the issue. At the end, I found out that I had a possibly bad condenser or 2 other things. That being said, I didn't have the money to do those repairs, so I just said I'd come back then. S***e dissappeared after, and while I was waiting for him to come back I talked to the technician. He admitted that that when they went to put freon in, it read 0 psi before and after. I was disheartened, but then hopeful that they stopped when they realized there was a bigger issue or wouldn't charge for the freon. I was Wrong. I was quoted $142....$109 (even though he originally said $99.99) and the $30 up charge + tax. I left Express with 0 psi of freon, robbed of $142, and still sweating in my car. This experience was awful, and I still feel robbed all these hours later.Service: A/C installation & repair
