I stopped here to price a patch for my tire, and they explained that they patch and plug the hole. Then, to my surprise, they said they'd do it for free.I'll really appreciated their kindness and superb service. I will definitely check with them when I need new tires.

William was amazing! He could have lied and said I needed a new tire and I d spent money, but instead he was honest and told me I was fine. But if needed something to come back. Rare to find a company that employs honest and truthful folk. Me and my wallet are grateful for William!

Zero integrity. I m appalled at the way they tried to conduct business. I came here to get a tire patched and was somehow told I need 4 new tires. I left quickly after being told this.I acted like I was clueless today, and was taken advantage of big time. Places like this have a bad rep for ripping people off. I don t want to recommend anybody to a place that doesn t do honest work and I will highly recommend against this place. Guy came out to my car before I even got to the door, all jittery, found the nail and immediately said yeah to ensure your safety you re going to need 4 new tires. And I said really? . He then proceeds to measure the tread depth and says yeah I m seeing .337 so you need new tires to ensure your safety. Like WHAT? Tread depth at 337 and you have the audacity to say I need new tires?? He kept saying to ensure your safety like I m a clown. So here I am thinking, this guy wants me to drop 1k on new tires, then he s probably going to patch my tire and resell my set of tires because they are still in good condition!It s a shame people act like this. You will 100% be scammed if you go here. Just drive down the road a bit and go to Gray s!

"Exceptional service at Discount Tire! Fast and friendly staff. Initially, there was a miscommunication on the old tire buyback, but one of the guys there quickly resolved it. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is commendable. Highly recommend!"

Came to Discount Tire this morning after a late flat last night. Didn t wanna drive on a donut several hours home. Stayed overnight came in early bc I had warranty from another dealer on my tires. They made multiple attempts to get the warranty covered. In the end there was an error on my paperwork that did not allow me to get the tire covered. They were SO SO professional and again made multiple phone calls to try to get it resolved updating me along the way each time. Even though I didn t get my warranty resolved, due to no fault of theirs, I bought a new tire got a new back washer blade and finally was on my way. They have definitely earned a new customer as I ve never been more pleased with customer service. Thanks again guys you rock!!!

Blew a tire on US65 driving back to Indiana after vacationing in Florida. Put the spare on, but didn't trust it to get us home. Called Discount Tire in Prattville and they were so helpful; found a couple new tires that would work to get us home safe and had them changed in record time!All the employees had incredible attitudes, were extremely helpful, and provided professional service. I've always had great experience with Discount Tire and this emergency situation was no exception. Would highly recommend!Thanks guys!

Professional service. Dropped off my vehicle to get 4 new tires. Not even an hour later I was getting a text to come get it. Prices are very fair. 4 18" tires for less than $800 out the door.

Hands down the best tire service I've had in Prattville. I've used one mom and pop shop and four other major retailers through the years in Prattville. This was the best service yet. Purchased four tires online and scheduled the service. Dropped off the vehicle well before the appointment time. Four tires were mounted, balanced, and installed in about thirty minutes. I couldn't even finish running errands in town before they texted me that it was completed. The individual in the store which attended to me was polite and cheerful. Ok price on the tires too. I recommend them.

Clean environment, very friendly staff. Took no time to mount tires to the rims. Due to my mistake on the wrong lugs, they refunded the $10 per wheel. They have earned my business. Every other place would have scratched the wheels but they did an outstanding job. I look forward to future visits. Matthew c g has earned my business and I m sure my friend will go there as well since he has many issues before with other local installers.

Matthew was very nice and courteous. I bought tires but I didn t have them installed there. When he found out that he only had three in stock he ordered one and asked me if I could return the next day. When I got there I didn t have to wait he saw me and told another associate to get the tire and place it in my car.

I had a tire replaced by these guys today, and I am so incredibly thankful for them. I came in with a flat tire, struggling to figure out how I was going to pay for another one and these guys came through for me. I don t know what magic that guy pulled out of his hat but either way they were able to get my tire fixed and me back on the road quickly and safely. I will be forever indebted to them. I am so grateful for the hospitality and professionalism that these men showed me today.I can t say enough words to ever express my gratitude for these guys. 10/10 would recommend over and over!!!

I came here about a month ago to get my tires rotated & they explained to me that I needed to replace my tires in about a month so they said they didn t want me to waste my money on rotating them when I needed to replace them soon anyways. The guy who helped me showed me all options & gave me quotes on tires & told me to explore my options & think about it. After careful consideration I ended up buying tires from them on their website & I paid a little extra to have a warranty on them so if anything happens to the tires they will replace them for free no questions asked. I went in today so they could replace them & everyone who works there is so kind & sweet! They had me in & out in such a quick timeframe! I would highly recommend this place to everyone if you want great service, attitude, & quality tires! I will definitely be returning to them for now on! My tires drive so smooth & I appreciate all their help with guiding me to choose the best ones for my car!

Had an emergency flat on a trip, rode on the donut way too long! Discount tire opened and got me in immediately. I was covered with road hazard insurance and took care of my business in a very fast manner, even sooner than expected. So helpful and respectful. I will continue using this company for another 20 years if I live that long!

Great experience. Zach helped me out and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. Showed up and were able to get my tires inspected and replaced super quickly. Also a great area for the shop as well. Plenty of stores/restaurants to walk to nearby while you wait. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Talk about Southern Hospitality you ll find it here at Discount Tire! Adam was Sooooo helpful!!!!!On our way to Florida from St Louis & got a nail in our tire .. Firestone didn t have time to help us and sent us to Discount Tire .Adam said Sure we can help you! We went to dinner next door and our tire was fixed when we returned! Thank you Adam and your Entire Team! We appreciate your kindness, expertise, timeliness and Wonderful Hospitality! Five of Five Thumbs Up!

This was my first time here. I had an appointment for 815, and due to bad weather and needing new tires, I ran a few minutes late and still was out by 9. Let's face it, time is money, right? Second, the employees were so friendly and considerate. It was like the chicken fil a of tire stores. They didn't try to upset me or convince me I needed something I didn't. And as a woman I especially appreciate that. They listened to what I wanted and went above and beyond the whole way. They definitely got a long term customer.

I stopped in this morning as a new customer to have one of my tires looked at. I had noticed that the tire was losing pressure over the last two days and wanted it checked out.I was there at the opening time and was the first person taken care of. I had been a customer of another Discount Tire store in another State years ago and have always had great service from the brand.Even after being away from Discount Tire for years and after 2 cars later that they had never serviced, I was treated very professionally and with courtesy this morning. The store is very clean, the Staff were very professional, friendly and hard working.They removed the tire, inspected it and replaced a valve stem and reset the TPS and remounted it after finding nothing wrong with it.I waited maybe 25 minutes at the most and after my car was ready, there was no charge. They were experiencing computer problems and refused to accept payment for what they did for me.Discount Tire has always treated me extremely well. I'm happy that I live here in Prattville and that we have such a great resource for tire repair, rotation and sales so close.I'm a customer for life.

Sam & the GM are phenomenal. I ve been there 3 times now & each time I m more pleased than the last. They know me by name when I walk in, it s so welcoming. The first time I came I was quite frazzled, and they handled me professionally and quickly, calming me down along the way. They are very fast as well, mounted & balanced my new tires in 15 minutes. I love the tire certification they offer, it really gives me a piece of mind. I will definitely come to Discount Tire for all my tire needs for as long as I can.

We got the best price (by $450) from Discount Tire in Prattville on a new set of tires. A few months later, I had my car serviced at the dealership, and I thought something was off with how my car rode. Discount Tire rebalanced all 4 tires and inflated them to the correct pressure at no cost. Problem solved! They are knowledgeable, professional, and give excellent customer service.

Michael and Zackary helped our family out in the best outcome possible! Leaving Florida our vehicle picked up a nail. We saw Discount Tire passing by and stopped in. Michael helped us quickly with a option. Wait time was little to nothing as we pulled in and kept our children cool in the vehicle. Thanks Zackary for all your efforts and work. I got tires there today. The building itself was super clean! The service I received from Zach and Adam was amazing!!! They were kind, accommodating, and professional. They worked with my budget and I was able to roll out with a complete new set of tires! The guys that put my tires on Brendon and I can't remember the other guy's name (sorry) went to work IMMEDIATELY on my truck and I was out of there in about 30 minutes. Will definitely visit again. If anyone out there needs tires go to them. They will take great care of you! I will definitely be going to Discount Tires for all of my tire needs!!

Driving by from Texas, passed up an accident and got a huge rod that punctured my tire. Pulled right in and this team took care of my vehicle very quickly. Amazing service, amazing group working here, best service I ve had at any Discount Tire! I was in and out in no time!
