This is a family owned Chevron. It is owned by some of the best people in town. They have loving morals and values and are 100% more trustworthy than probably anyone else in town. They will never try to just scam you or drain your wallet, they are really honest and helpful people and they just want to help the community thrive!

I took my car today as scheduled and they fixed a lot of things! I m not a car genus.. but my 2003 car is driving great now! But more important I really wanted to say how nice Mr Herrod and his son are! Also the guy that did the work who s name I can t recall.. Gordon?They are all so nice and treat you likea friend! I love that place! Really A+!

Great bunch of people at this Chevron/U-Haul location!Jack is one of the best employees ever, he's very professional, polite, & helpful!I've been coming to this Chevron for the last 28yrs!

Great place for auto service needs. I just moved to the area from Virginia and Herrod's was recommended by a friend. They did some work on my pickup and I was highly pleased with the work and fair price. I will continue to use them for all my automotive needs. Allen and Gordon are the best!

Excellent service and fast! They look over your vehicle really well letting you know if you need anything else that needs to be done or potentially. Decent prices for there labor and services also.

Great family business. Will even take you home if need be and return your vehicle to you after problem is fixed.The only time time I do business with others is when I need warranty that is better. Being a widow warranties are a necessity for me.

I never even knew that full service gas stations existed anymore, yet Herrod's does! They are SO nice! I arrived with a messed up tire and a restless 6 year old in an extreme hurry to get back to Montgomery, and they not only fixed that tire in about 5 minutes flat with no wait time, but balanced and rotated ALL my tires in about 10 minutes more! They were gentlemen who treated me with respect and didn't rip me off just because I was a woman either. They were VERY reasonable in their prices! I can't speak highly enough about them!

Wonderful family business...honest,which is rare these days,especially for elderly ladies who r often taken advantage of. I dont even usually look at my receipt as they r totally trustworty.Also,they will work with u for whatever it takes to get the job done. I drive up with a turn signal light out,they r so busy,but boom! Im there about 15 minutes. Recently,had a low tire,again,they r busy,but boom! Get my car serviced and tire fixed,there about 30 or 40 minutes. And some would have sold me a new tire,they told me it was fine,,just needed air. Lots of aggravation in todays world,but not at herrods service station.

The employees are all so friendly and helpful. i get my oil changes done here. all i have to do is call first and my car is taken back as soon as i get there.

Really poor experience. First it took almost a week to look at my vehicle and then they said they won't/can't fix it... absolutely no explanation. I brought it in for three separate issues and didn't get any details about them. Simply googling the problems cited a lot of do-it-yourself things to look for. I would expect actual mechanics to be able to provide details about what they did to find the problem.This was a recommended place to go, but not anymore.
