Came in and got my lines tested to see if there was a coolant leak. They were very kind and turns out I didn t have one but they didn t even charge me to test it. Good, honest people!Service: Vehicle InspectionService: Vehicle Inspection

Spent $4000 with these yahoo s and they still misdiagnosed my truck. Had to take it to another repair shop to finally get my vehicle fixed right. Secretary up front has a terrible attitude. Beware.Service: Auto maintenanceService: Auto maintenance

We were traveling on our way to Florida Saturday Feb 29 when a wheel bearing went out on our pickup truck. We stopped at Carroll's Auto at approximately 4pm and were lucky to find that the shop was still open even though it was supposed to close at 2pm. They were kind enough to agree to look at it and install a new one that we had already purchased. However it was "welded" on the axle due to the brine that's used on our Canadian roads in winter and required a new axle. Rodney (owner) and staff of mechanics called all over the place until they found one in a neighbouring town and Rodney took us himself to buy it; a round trip of approximately an hour. It was installed in no time and we were able to continue our journey. We can't say enough about Rodney and his friendly and helpful staff. They went over and above any service we have ever received. Thank you just didn't seem enough especially as the labour charge was extremely reasonable.

Office staff is amazing and the guys in the shop do what it takes to get the job done I would take my vehicle to another shop thanks again to the carroll's auto team
