We stopped by AutoZone to purchase windshield wipers for my car. It turns out that wasn't as simple a task as we anticipated. Our car apparently has some special features that seemed to require specific wiper blades. We didn't realize that and as we struggled to change the blades, the staff there was extremely helpful in assisting us. Ultimately, the manager, Michael, really came through and was able to solve our problem for us and could not have been more kind in doing so. He went over and above to provide us the best service. We will always come to this store for our auto parts needs from now on thanks to this great experience.

A light suddenly popped up on my dash, instead of waiting for hours at a dealership I stopped by autozone for a diagnostic. Ryan helped me promptly and helped solve an easy problem that the dealership would have probably charged me a ton for.

Guys there are always helpful, I haven't worked on a car in ainute, you forget little things, and the guy was really helpful the other day, when just helping get the right type of oil for my car, he told me something that I had forgotten about, it's always good to have those guys in the world.

I purchased a battery for my key fob, but I didn t know how to get the key fob open without damaging it. The courteous staff helped me change the battery and made sure it worked before I left. Always a great experience at this store!

My wife s card needed a new battery and I was in Auburn working and I called up there. Their pricing was cheaper than Oreilys and advanced auto parts. I spoke to manager Ryan and he was awesome. He helped us pick out the right battery and got pricing for everything. I ended up being able to leave early and meet my wife there at Autozone in Prattville. When we got there Steve rang us up and had a great attitude and was super friendly and helpful. I was prepared to change the battery in the parking lot and then before I knew it the new guy named Alex was already out there changing for us!Start to finish these guys were great. Great attitudes, pricing and customers service if you guys need anything go see those guys and they will take care of you.

Went into store for online order pickkup. Item not pulled upon arrival. Staff could not find item even though computer stated it was in stock. I canceled entire order.

Phillip is awesome. Very efficient and most of all polite. I heard the lady next to me say, Phillip you are AWESOME! Phillip should be rewarded.Guy behind counter, big older guy with short gray hair needs Phillip to teach him some customer service skills.

They are amazing! Tenisha helped me at first and was spot on with finding a problem. James H. then found me in the parking lot trying to get the part changed out. Was having some difficulty without a tool. He helped with that, replaced what needed to be replaced and I was on my way. Both were so pleasant and helpful. They knew exactly what was wrong and got it taken care of quickly and painlessly. I am so grateful to the both of them for their help today!!!

My son's truck broke down a long way from home. We had to snatch the alternator out and put a new one in. They were very helpful with tools and they were very patient with us as we had to work in their parking lot. Thanks a bunch!

I have spent 10's of thousands of dollars at this store in the last 14 years. I went in to buy brake pads today. The associate scanned an item and put it in my purchase without asking. It wasn't a mistake. I asked him if it was free and he said no. He acknowledged I didn't ask for it when I confronted him about it. THIS IS NOT HONEST! What a scam! I'm disappointed. Very disappointed.

I don't usually take the time out to write a review, but I have never been more please with customer service I've received before! Noah Mullins goes out of his way to help me find exactly what I am looking for and is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects! My husband and I frequently visit this location in prattville and if he is working we can always count on him getting us in and out without a hitch! If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!

Had my alternator checked out here,and the parts person said that it showed "failed on his readout. I asked how many Amps. it showed. He said that it only shows "Pass or Fail". I disconnected the Positive post from the battery, and the motor stayed running with everything on.....? SCHETTIE

This store is awesome! They quickly diagnosed my dead battery, had multiple options for me to choose from for a new battery, AND installed my newly purchased battery. Then, to make it even better, they installed the battery for free! I'll definitely return for any vehicle needs that I have!

I came by Friday night and Chris at the Prattville store came out to check my battery. My terminal was bad. They did not have the terminal for my make and model. Chris took off my terminals and cleaned them. He fixed my terminal so that my car would work until I got to a store that had the part. He jumped my vehicle off for me. All in the dark and cold. I was blown away by such amazing service. I tried to give him a tip and he would not take it. He wished me a Merry Christmas and I was on my way. I can't say I got the same service at a different Auto store down the street.

Great place! The staff is quite friendly and more importantly, quite helpful. If they don't have the item you are looking for, they can get it sent from their warehouse. If you are military, don't forget to ask for your military discount. Overall, a great location to get your do it yourself items from simple oil change to your harder engine work jobs.

The lady that helped me was so nice and courteous. She helped me find a replacement spark plug for my mower. Almost as soon as I came through the door , I was greeted and helped. Would go back again.

Can't say I ever got the young man's name who helped me, but it was regarding my blower motor, I'll definitely shop here again, and honest guy, hard to find them in this industry. I will update w his name when I go back

Have keyless ignition but battery was low so I had to use key but it jammed or so I thought. Phillip at Prattville AL store quickly diagnosed that I used key instead of entire key fob in ignition. Remedied in a minute and we were so relieved. Good job Phillip!

Extremely helpful, knowledgeable associates in a clean, organized store. Came in with the plastic body under the car dragging on a Sunday afternoon when all of the mechanics seemed closed. Mr. James helped me figure out a good temporary fix and even put it on so I could drive back to Montgomery and get it looked at by a mechanic next day. Very much appreciate their help!
