Needed a spark plug. Stood in line for about 4 minutes, cashier was checking out a customer for wiper blades. Then she went out to install them with another employee. I am still waiting, well then here comes some clown they all know, They take him right away. Guess the line doesn't apply if they know you? She finishes up with him and walks away. Now no one is at the front desk. 1 minute later, another employee shows up and says hang on guys it will be a few minutes. I walked out at this point. I will never shop at this store again!!!!!Drove a few blocks down the street to Durbin auto parts. In and out in 3 minutes.

The only issue I have is the staff turn over , which I know what it like trying to get help but I like getting to know my suppliers and know they will be ordering the parts etc I need . And be notified when they are available. The staff there are helpful, & courtesy. Just getting to know them .

What a joke. Guy couldn't find my spark plugs . Said he couldn't find his tape measure to measure my wipers which he could have looked up in the computer..on top of that . Dude left me to help another customer. Left me standing at the counter. The help there sucks and I will use AutoZone from here on out.

Advance Auto seems to have everything I need from the bottom to the top. Fair pricing on most of the things that are needed. I've been a customer for many years and never had a problem. The stores are close enough to walk to if needed.Happy parting too you

Went to get a battery for my truck they didn't have the gold one I wanted, so they gave me the platinum one for the price of the gold. They also installed it for me with no problems.

Planned my morning around getting a part here. Been waiting outside for a while. Apparently they don't open at 7am like the website and the information on the door indicates. Not cool. It's 7:20am and I'm heading to another store. Thanks for wasting my time. ( Response to the store response. Google indicates the business verified the hours 4 weeks ago. The store door also indicates 7am. I believe y'all were just late.)Tried this place again on 4-21-23, about a year later. Online order to be ready in thirty minutes. I arrive after thirty minutes. Wait for a few until the the three associates get done cutting up and talking and finally help me after a fourth associate who was actually working pointed out that I was waiting. He couldn't find what I ordered. Had no idea what it even was. He had to go and look at a picture. Then gave up and told me they didn't have it. Wasted my time again. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. I won't try again.

Friendly staff and always eager to help me figure out any situation I'm going through. The prices are usually a little cheaper here as well but I'd rather come here just because of the staff being so friendly and nice!

Went into the store in Prattville and had such a terrible experience. Josh was extremely rude and was very unattentative. He had no concern with actually helping me whatsoever but was very condescending. Will not be going back there!

The purchase was fair but the man that installed my battery lost a couple of pieces of the hold down for the battery. He did not offer to replace them but just huffed and puffed and left it like it was. I am disabled so I was not in any way able to argue or help in any way. Like I said, the purchase was fair but the service was not so good.

Had to buy a battery. It was 3 months past the warranty. Guy was nice enough to discount battery $25. Plus he informed me I had a $20 coupon on record, plus I'm getting a $15 rebate card. Want God do it.

Staff is always excellent. They help in any and every way possible. I have been dealing with Advance in prattville all of my life. If there ever was an issue, they ensured it was handled above and beyond.

If I could give no stars at all, that would be ideal. Ordered online, got the wrong store in my order. The guy tells me theres nothing he can do even though he has the parts in stock. I called their corporate line to cancel the entire order and reorder fron the right store, and the lady at corporate informs me that the guy could've just pulled the order to his store. It also took a week to refund the hundreds of dollars I had spent ordering. They lost my business permanently.

I just called the store in Prattville Al to see if they could assist me with obtaining an alternator to hold for my fiance to pick up this afternoon....the gentleman muffled the phone and began making derogatory comments about customers, then said "let me regain my composer" and came back online... I told him that since I was such an inconvenience to him I would use another company.Never again will I EVER use Advanced Auto.Thank you to AutoZone for the great service without the hassle.

I needed a headlight for my vehicle. Went to Advance and when I walked in one employee was on the phone, one was outside and another was in the back. The phone rang so the person on the phone called the one from the back to come up front. The person from outside came in and answered the phone and the person from the back came to the front then turned around and went to the back. The whole time I'm standing there and no one even acknowledges that I'm there. I stood there a little longer then walked out. If they were busy they could have at least said they would be with me shortly or something. I went to O'Reilly's and they waited on me as soon as I walked in the door and even changed my headlight for me.

Folks here are always quick to help you,but that also means you can expect a wait if there are a few people in the store. They have always given me solid information to go on while troubleshooting my automotive issues and even directed me to other resources if they couldn't take care of it themselves.

Went into the Prattville location to get parts for a vehicle the girl Courtney was so rude and disrespectful and when I was asking her about a parts she was like we have a couple and I was like are you going to check to see if you have them she was like I guess I wasnt there to inquire I was looking to buy part will not be back to this store due to lack of training and customer service

Ordered a replacement air filter to replace my stock one online. Even though I ordered it specifically for my vehicle it was the wrong one. I take it to the local store and they exchange it for another one, but unfortunately it had to be ordered. They assured me it would replace the stock one and there would be no problems. Once it came in and I tried to installed it I realized it wouldn't work as a stock replacement. It will only work if I spend another $240 for a air intake. These guys are idiots. Go anywhere else....

Terrible, they sold me the wrong tail light bulb, i went back in the store to ask for help because it didnt work, he told me he couldnt diagnose it without even looking. Went to pep boys, they sold me the righr bulb, went in with no problem. So I went back to the store to get my money back, bout 30 min later, with my reciept, Some young blond hair guy, told me i needed the package it came in which i had digarded. So after getting pissed by their incompetence, i said a few choice words, which i was told to leave (his) store and never come back. I have shopped here for 20 yrs, but never again.
