Rebuilt my transmission 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe in December 2023. Only in the shop a week. Still running great. I highly recommend them.

I had a slight leak on my ranger's transmission that no one else caught and I was unable to fix because it was not coming from where I thought. They found it immediately replaced the seals, cleaned the area where it had leaked, and properly tested it to confirm it was repaired. I have had no problems since. Prices were very reasonable.

I had my transmission replaced with a Jasper remanufactured transmission in my F-350.The people and service were beyond excellent. I'd recommend them to anyone for transmission work!

Transmission crapped out in our truck less than a week before our camping trip that had been planned for almost a year. I took the truck to A&S on Friday afternoon hoping it would be ready to leave the following Thursday. They were incredibly understanding and said they couldn't promise it would be done, but they would try. Sure enough, I got the call on Wednesday that it was ready. Can't thank them enough for going the extra mile to save our vacation.

Prompt service on 2018 Nissan Titan transmission repair. Quicker and cheaper than their competitors. They even washed my truck.

We broke down in prattville Alabama on our way home to Michigan from Panama City Florida.We went to ford dealership and they were no help, we called two transmission places off from Google and were blessed to get Beck and his staff, they not only took care of our auto needs, they treated us like we were their own family. Rides to and from hotel while we waited for the service to be done and the most knowledgeable and courteous business owner and staff I have met in a long time. I can not say thank you enough or recommend them highly enough!!!!

My family was on our way home to Michigan from a family vacation in Florida. We made it to prattville Alabama and our transmission decided to go out. We contacted a few local shops and they were rude and no help, we found this business off of google and so glad we did! Their staff was so friendly and kind, treated my family as we were part of theres! Beck was booked for weeks out but knew we needed to get back home and got our car in and fixed it as fast as he could! They are truly the best company I have ever dealt with! I had a rebuild transmission here and they gave me a warranty. I had problems again and they honored the warranty with no headaches. There's a lot to share so bare with me. First I had taken my SS Camaro to 4 different repair shops in the Birmingham metro area to diagnose a weird clicking noise in the rear end. No one could diagnose the problem or fix it. A friend suggested I take it to A & S so I gave it a shot. They were able to diagnose the issue quickly and even located the rear differential that needed replacing. During the process of the repairs they called me periodically to let me know what they were doing and how long it was going to take which is unheard of in today's society. Most shops just Park your car in the back of their lot and wont update you on the repairs. I really appreciated that! They fixed it the first time around and the car drives better now than when I first bought it. They did a great job from beginning to end. I would highly recommend anyone needing rear end work or transmission repair to give these guys a try. They were very professional too which was the icing on top of the cake.

Awesome service! I had them put a clutch in my Mustang and they did a great job. Mark and the other guys were a pleasure to deal with and you can tell they really care about the work they do. We were visiting from out of town when our vehicle needed work. Suspected that the transmission needed to be replaced. I made arrangements over the phone to order a transmission and took the vehicle to the shop. I received a call a little while later informing me that we did not need a new transmission. A caliper bolt had come loose. They replaced the bolts and it took care of the problem. I was very pleased and thankful for the honesty of this company and would recommend their services to anyone.Service: Brakes

Mark Davis did an awesome job on the transmission in my son's truck. Not only was the work top knotch...but he repaired things he really didn't have to do. He went above and beyond and that's what people want when they take their vehicle for service....they want someone who they trust to take care of them! Thanks so much Mark for all your hard work!

Me and my husband just made a visit here. We have a Volvo, so we thought we would need a simple check up considering we purchased it used. Nothing wrong out of the ordinary. But it was the fact that Mark took so much out of his time to check it, and even answer all my questions plus my phone calls. They definitely deserve the recognition they get.

A++ service from A&S Transmissions. My family was heading north from Florida to Tennessee for a vacation. We thought we dropped the tranny on the way and managed to get to a Chrysler dealership...they wanted $8000 for a tranny replacement. We thought better and drove to A&S...where Mark discovered a simple problem that caused a sensor malfunction...and he fixed it for $180.We expect to get fleeced when taking our vehicles to mechanics. This shop and this man did us a solid. Stand up work and I would recommend their business to anyone.Two thumbs up!!

The guys at A&S went above and beyond this afternoon! Not only did they stay open late to wait on me they also called in reinforcements to nail down the actual problem when they realized it wasn't my transmission after all. Best service I've had in a long time!!!

They were both reasonably priced and quick they offered to show me how bad my transmission and transfer case were I would highly recommended going to them I will be bringing any of my vehicles to them if they have transmission issues
