Sent my car in for a diagnostic test, they called me within a hour. The staff were very nice, honest and patient. Also took the time to explain to me the things I needed to know. They worked on my car and it feels like a whole new car. I definitely recommend!!!

I usually come here for anything I need from air in my tires to oil changes. Maya was super nice and made sure I understood everything she was telling me. She was super respectful too! She definitely needs a raise;)

Stopped by to get an oil change. Maya helped us out and was very informative. Great customer service skills. Had a few things extra with my truck and she explained what was going on and what needed to be done.

Nathaniel updated all of my new information pertaining to my email etc and repeated all back to me so that it was accurate. He was very knowledgeable of the recommended services currently needed based on the mileage of my car and gave me a handout about these recommendations.He was efficient in changing my oil, checking under my hood as looking for potential issues that might be needing addressed. He topped off windshield fluid, cleaned front windshield , checked turn signal lights, brake lights, horn etc.. He was polite & courteous, just excellent and we appreciate that!

I use this Express Oil Change often. For my work and personal vehicle. The staff is always friendly and helpful. And Maya in the front bay is the best. She knows her stuff.

We have been taking our cars to this Express Oil change since they opened. They always take good care of us and our vehicles. Technician Terry is a great asset. He is always super friendly and informative. Lets us know about any issues and what needs immediate attention and what can wait. If you can, make sure Terry is your technician.

The staff is really great except that one creepy dude in the glasses. Maybe they should keep him downstairs. I really love the woman they have working there. She's sassy and knows what's she doing. Next time I'll ask when creepy dude is off so I'll know when to stop by.

Great place to take your vehicle to get worked on.very friendly and trustworthy. Scott in the service dept.is super nice.they won't try to sell you something you don't need. Take all my vehicles here to get worked on.

Daryl at Pinson Express Oil was great. I called for new tires, he ordered them, dropped my car off and in a couple of hours he calls me to tell me I'm ready. Fantastic service.

I could not be more pleased with the service I got on my brakes several days ago. The price was incredibly fair and they didn t try to sell me something I didn t need, which I appreciate. I ll go back even if another place is closer. Great management. Professional staff. And quick service.

I come to this location from time to time on my way from work usually it s great service but every time I m greeted by terry it gets uncomfortable he stares a lot . And what makes it even more awkward he just starts talking about another car recommending I go with his option I m giving 3 stars because the rest of the staff i usually interact with always put a smile on my face

Kelvin was awesome!!! He s the only reason I m giving any stars at all. The rest of the workers literally sat in the office and watched this man service my vehicle by himself.
