The cashier was very rude & had an customer chase me down very confrontational

I went in to complain about the food vendor they have in their parking lot I had purchased food from him and found hair in everything it was absolutely disgusting the cashier told me I'm not going to speak to his manager because I'm not going to trash that good man's name I spend a total of around $500 a week in that store I will never spend my money there again I don't know the cashiers name he's in his twenties with a beard and glasses just know his attitude cost you at least $2,000 a month in business

The General Manager, Penny, and her staff are always polite and courteous to me when I enter the store. The store is always very clean, and the bathrooms are even cleaner. They have a great selection of fountain drinks and hot snacks. When I'm in Pinson/ Palmerdale, which is at least 2 to 3 times a week, I always make sure to stop in and say hey to everybody. There is really nothing much more to say. They are good country folks who know how to treat people and run a business. I encourage anyone who is traveling down Highway 75 who needs gas, food, a restroom or just to have a friendly chat to come by and see Penny and her staff at the Chevron in Pinson/Palmerdale

My truck broke down there today in front of a gas pump even. And I went in and told the employees that my truck wouldn't start and I was working on it. They were all very understanding and patience and kind. They didn't mind me standing inside to beet the heat and make a few calls. Luckily after it sat for about a hour or so and I cleaned a battery terminal it cranked up (seems it was flooded) So thanks to all the employees working there for the hospitality. And this is a very nice and clean convenient store with very friendly staff, easy access in and out, plenty of parking and a great place to break down at.! Oh and thanks to the guy that helped me get my battery cable back together and wouldn't even take enough to buy him a beer in return. There are a lot of friendly people who are always glad to help out here in Pinson/Clay we're lucky to be living here. I mean we could be living up north above the Dixon/Mason line!!MyDaMnWoRd

Lady with the black hair and glasses needs some serious customer service training. I understand it s just a clerk job but come on! I witnessed your actions, arguing, being loud and very unprofessional towards customers. That type of behavior is highly unacceptable, plus you re old enough to know better. You should not work with the public if can t control your emotions and act better than that. You know what you did, what you said, and how you behaved today, I will spare the details.

Not one word. I stoppedin this morning and the cashier her name starts with a K did not greet me or say one word to me not even when i said Thank you at the end These people are very rude and disrespectful. I don't recommend this place.

I stop by this gas station all the time sometimes daily, just about ALL there STAFF they have working in this store are VERY VERY RUDE.They need to HIRE people with a better bed side Manner who wants to Work with the PUBLIC.Don t be surprised if you get left at the counter while they finish doing whatever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nobody here is rude, if you think they are, well maybe go to the shell across the street. Or maybe YOURE the problem.

Store was clean but customer service was wonderful..very friendly and helpful..prices a little high but overall worth it

I don't know who does the ordering but they're always out of everything. The only time I go to the store anymore is when all the other ones are closed and I've been going here for 10 years.
