Checked and replaced my battery, then they checked my alternator and starter just for my peace of mind. I was in and out fast. All 3 employees that I interacted with were kind, helpful, and knowledgeable

My visit to AutoZone was overall ok. I purchased brake pads and when I got time to replace them I found that they had included lubricant grease and charged me for it. They should not have assumed I needed it without asking me. I already had a tube of this stuff and they were wrong for that. So buyers pay attention when you purchase brake pads from AutoZone. I have heard others complain about this issue.

So this place is awesome. Especially Curtis who helped me find a part and even installed it for me. I was going to do it myself but he offered and i was happy to receive his help. He's very personable too so don't hesitate to ask for him when you go by.

Beautiful, neat, new, clean building and grounds. They just need a diagnostic machine.....come on guys, yall know people be wanting to get their car's diagnostic codes read, especially if their check engine light is on.....Yall need to order a machine for the store. If you need to have your codes read, don't go here cuz they don't even have a code machine smh I guess there's is broken. They told me to go to another store cuz they don't have one....lol what an Auto Zone without a diagnostic machine....

I had an AWESOME experience today! My battery needed to be replaced. Curtis was extremely helpful to make sure install was done right and also replacing additional needed parts under the hood. What should have taken him less than five minutes took approximately an hour. I didn't anticipate the issue with the post on my old battery being almost broken off. Curtis took his time and worked so hard and got my old battery out. He remained patient and professional the ENTIRE and got my new battery installed. The epitome of excellent customer service!!!Thank you, CurtisMichael Z.

Curtis B. was very helpful! His customer service was outstanding, and exceeded my expectations! I was having issues with my car battery and Curtis tested my battery, helped me find all the products I needed without hesitation. He also helped me install the new car battery I purchased. With me not know much of what I was doing, I am so thankful to have Curtis come in and help me get my car back running. I ll definitely be returning to this location for all my future automotive needs.

Outstanding customer service!!!! Went in to see about my car battery. Was greeted as soon as I walked in and Mr. Curtis B got right on helping. He grab the battery tester and went straight out to my car. He then helped me to find the battery I needed to purchase and installed the battery with no problem. He was awesome! Glad to have them in the neighborhood. They're very helpful and always friendly

My battery died in on the far side of Publix parking lot. Curtis walked over to my car after I bought a new battery. He carried the new battery and his tools all the way to my car.

My battery was completely done for (easy to forget when you've been working from home for over a year and a half). Got my car jumped and headed straight to Autozone where an awesome associate found the right battery and replaced it for me. I felt awful that it was SO hot and humid outside but he was friendly and professional, never complained once. If I had cash on me at the time I would have tipped. I wish I caught his name. Great service-fast, friendly, and fairly priced. Thanks for making my car happy again!

The low beam headlight warning light came on. The sales crew helped me quickly by looking the part # up online. Stephen also took out the old bulb to make sure the numbers matched. I went ahead a purchased a two-pack of bulbs. Stephen replaced the one that had gone out and even put a new one in on the other side. Great customer service!

Felita (SP?) And the other guy ( forgot his name ) were absolutely wonderful. If only the computers would quit crashing. I'm in IT and we don't update or do maintenance while customers are there. I had patience, not many do. I hope these two tonight get rewarded for their patience and skill and knowledge.

David B. helped me with replacing both headlights. He was the only one in the area who helped me after going to 3 other chain auto parts stores. He made me laugh too and I made a new friend. This is my new auto parts store now! Please give him a raise he worked hard for me and I didn t have to pay too much, which I love! Thanks.

There are one or two girls that work here that are absolutely amazing. However the last few times I have been in there, they sadly were not there. I can't say the same for the Male staff. Extremely unprofessional and do not seem to know what they're doing. If i could give them zero stars I would. Do not take me seriously (assuming because I am a female and I work on my own cars). I will not use this location ever again.

I ve been to this store at least 4-5 times. Every time excellent service, courteous, and definitely knowledgeable of their products. What I like best is the easy replacement of a dead battery within minutes.

I was discriminated against,referred to by a racial slur and refused service by an AutoZone employee at the Old springville Rd./ Chalkville Rd. Location. This occurred on October 21 2018.
