After being jerked around by Safelite, Oxford, Al, for over a month (windshield did not come in, no more of those in our warehouse, windshield came in defective, lost order) I had my insurance cancell Safelite. Instead, I called Jeff at ALABAMA GLASS MAGIC. That was yesterday afternoon. Jeff pulled out of my driveway at 10:40AM, TODAY, and I have TWO new windshields! Also, GLASS MAGIC was SEVERAL hundred $$ LESS than Safelite. The work is great and guaranteed. If I had read the Safelite reviews first, instead of just believing the TV ads, I would never have wasted my time with Safelite.Service: Auto windshield repair

I called to get a quote from Alabama Glass Magic and to see how quickly they could replace my windshield. I was given an unbeatable quote and my windshield was repaired the next day. I will definitely use this company again in the future if needed. Great communication, very punctual, and super nice! Jeffery came to my farm on time and was able to replace my back glass on my truck in about 30 minutes! I called about a quote yesterday and he was able to get the correct glass (which others it took a while to find) and made it so easy for me! Will be using this business in the future and will be telling everyone about them!

Called Jeff and he was out the very next morning. Replaced my windshield in a very timely manner. Also, when he quoted me with a very good price he called back and said the supplier had dropped his price so he was going to extend that savings on to me. Customer service like that is unheard. Our experience working with Alabama Glass Magic was wonderful! After the most recent storms a limb fell on my windshield and wrecked it. We had Alabama Glass Magic referred to us, and I'm so happy that we used them. Jeff came to our house for the windshield replacement and was extremely nice and professional. I hope we won't need another windshield replacement any time soon, but if we did we would absolutely call Alabama Glass Magic again!

I use them several times a week for replacements and cut outs (I own a body shop) and their service happens to be far more superior than that of a "Big" company. Their pricing is competitive and they strive to please. Highly recommended!

My daughters car was broken in on Saturday night.I searched every glass company in Birmingham on Sunday. Alabama Glass Magic was the ONLY company to contact me on Sunday. Even though the glass could not be replaced until Monday morning at least my request was answered back.When they arrived at my home they were courteous, fast and $100 cheaper than the others.I appreciate Alabama Glass Magic so much and I would recommend them to anyone.Thanks again
