Jerome helped replace my wife s vehicle battery on thanksgiving eve. The best customer service and with a smile. He was from the Center Point store and had been with the company for about 20 years. Thank you so much and I will always be a customer because of him.

Very helpful staff after purchasing a used suburban and the previous owners had a front post battery that they had forced into the needed side post position... The employee was very helpful and we had a good laugh.

Very helpful- I had been to 6 or 7 other parts stores & nobody had a bolt I needed for my calipers. The lady at this advance took the time to look into another option that would work. She found me a bolt ( that worked perfect), just by taking a little extra time to go above and beyond. I wasted hours at the other parts stores when if I would of went there first, it would of taken 10 minutes Thanks

Grocery shopping I discovered Advance was in the shopping center and was glad to see it there. I have been a loyal Advance Auto Parts customer for years and the employees at this location are nice and friendly so I will be looking for to coming back to this location. Thanks for helping my daughter get her windshield wipers replaced.

Didn t wanted to return a brake pads because they were dirty had to go to the one in center point where they did let me return them.

Clean new store however customer service is poor when you call in they don't stop talking to each other long enough to hear what you are calling for.
