Jacob Lopez, the shop foreman is on top of things. He always works really hard at getting me in the shop, taking care of the problem. They get me back on the road so I m not down missing work. A special thanks to Mason Hudgins, one of the mechanics there that is constantly taking care of the truck and fixing problems, you re a champion dude. The whole service team is excellent and they re ready to assist me. They effectively handle any problem, whatever it may be. Professional, courteous and dependable sum up their services.

I taking my husband to get gaskets sealer he say they was so helpful make sure he purchased the right sealer for the job..thanks for your customer service

They will have your truck for a week for something minor then let you know that they don't have the equipment to fix it so you have to take it somewhere else! I had a bad experience with them last year but was assured that they had fired and the folks who screwed me last time had quit but nope, STILL HORRIBLE! Will NEVER EVER GO BACK. They are so bad that a guy I know who is running about 40 trucks in his fleet had 75% Mack swapped to KW and I'd getting rid of Mack trucks.

Just drove our truck nearly 300 miles from Ga.to get all our service and warranty work done!After a really bad,unprofessional experience with TransPower,its worth it to us to get a professional experience when we need our truck fixed!They are helpful,know what Mack has to offer,and have always done us a wonderful job.Will be back again!
