Carried a lawn tractor tire that just would not hold air to Morrow Tire. The tire had given me so much trouble I was sure I would have to buy a new one but one of the shop guys checked it, showed me what was happening and fixed it. All in less than 5 minutes and then he didn't charge me a dime! This is the second time I've used Morrow Tire. They are efficient and super courteous. So glad they've opened this shop.

Don't wait until tomorrow, take it to Morrow! The folks here and nice, upbeat, more than willing to help you with your car's issues.Took my car in to get a tire looked at and they were quick to get the tire off, report the issue to me, and offer solutions to solve my issue and prevent it in the future.When ordering replacement tires, they gave me options for different tires and layed out the prices for each option.I wish the staff the best.

My car was shaking really bad when I was braking and couldn t figure out why. Another tire shop sold me tires and an alignment and it didn t fix this issue. I brought my car here to JR and him and his guys fixed it right up!! They test drove it before I left and it s driving perfectly now!! Everyone here was nice and professional and super helpful!! Thank y all!! Highly recommend!!

These people are great. I have had to have my coil packs "replaced" twice from the place I was buying my car from, and it still wasn't running right.I called Morrow's because I thought something else was wrong with it.They found out what the problem was and fixed it fast.They fixed more than my original reason for my visit and they didn't price gouge me. I will definitely go back to them work on any of my future cars.

I highly recommend. He changed my oil and fixed my tire. They are very friendly, nice, and caring people who does an excellent service. My family will always come back to them to have things done to our vehicles.

I highly recommend! I took my Kia to them earlier today. My Kia was making a scrubbing noise. They actually took their time and made sure they found the problem. Good honest people and awesome customer service! I appreciate the hard work and the time that they put into finding the problem! I will definitely be using them in the future!

Just left Morrow Tire in Piedmont Alabama and they broke my wife's center cap on her one year old 2022 Toyota 4 runner while rotating the tires and blamed it on whoever did it before. It's never had the tires rotated before. The owner refused to make it right or take responsibility.It's hard to support local when they screw you over.The owner at first said it broke when it fell on the floor but then tried to blame the last tire rotation. It's never had a rotation before.Edit to add: If it was already broken before your shop as you claim,how come you have my wife all of the broken plastic pieces?

May I just say how amazing they are! They are a family company with strong family values, with honesty and integrity at the core of everything they do.Since my husband and I share a car, we call ahead of time and make an appointment and explain that we have to stay until the car is done. We've never had to wait very long beyond what a normal procedure takes, for the service to be finished.We find Morrow Tire and Auto to be delightful and pleasant and that saying something when you're having to deal with car issues lol :-)

Did a good job putting my new 35-in tires on my Jeep, even went out of his way to accommodate me on a Saturday. Good work and a very fair price will definitely use again

I paid you over 400 u didn't fix the problem had two mechanics tell me you didn't do it right when I ask you about fix it right you said my truck was jinked was my money jinked you took

Gone there twice now with car troubles. Twice they tried to talk me out of repairs, saying "It's not bad enough yet." Next day the engine kept going out. Took it to someone else and they are doing the air duct repairs needed to prevent it from cascading into something worse. Morrow missed a lot.

I had my oil changed and my brakes done and I am quite pleased with the service I received! With it being a holiday I wasn t sure they would be able to get me in but when I called, Jimmy informed me that he would be able to do both today. I felt like I was in good hands and I wasn t going to get ripped off. We are new to this area and don t know much but I will definitely be coming back! He even took a picture with my passenger. Went to couple different places to get prices for brakes and rotors done and one place said I'd need a new break caliper these guys did a great job and price was fair the others said it would be 747 to 1131.76 for the job. Great work guys.Service: BrakesService: Brakes

It s never a good start to a weekend when you wake up on Friday morning to a flat tire. I had to get kids to school, work, & then pick my kids up by 230. The guys at Morrow were quick, efficient, knowledgeable & had my car ready in time to do the things I had to do.Not to mention, I was afraid my whole paycheck would have to go toward the repairs. $40 & I was on the road again. Today was my first visit to Morrow Tire and Auto Shop. And I am happy to say that I have definitely found the shop that will take car of my car needs from this point on! I highly recommend them. It is a clean shop with professional, competent and knowledgeable mechanics. Give them a try, you won t be sorry.
