Usually clean and decent people wind up running the cash register. Most of them are educated and the selections at Mapco and know how to run the cash register. There's just a few that don't know their butt from a hole in the ground. Not naming names

Mapco is one of the few gas stations in Piedmont that has nationally branded gasoline. It is relatively newer when compared to the other gas stations in Piedmont. The store is always nice and clean. The restrooms are clean as well. There is always plenty in stock as far as snacks and drinks go. The ladies at the register are always quick and efficient. It is a typical stop for my family when traveling between Cedar Bluff and Oxford or Jacksonville. I would recommend this gas station to anyone in the area.

Every morning I get off work at 3 am. I stopped at the store to get gas and snacks the store was closed this morning, had 2 workers but a sign on the door said sorry we are closed. It's supposed to be a 24 hour store.

Mostly decent folks working there but on this particular occasion, when ringing up my 1 item I noticed that the price was a dollar higher than the advertised price on the shelf. I informed the clerk, once he finished his chicken nuggets, of the error. He begrudgingly went to look, verified that I was not telling a falsehood and responded with, "well, that's just what it's ringing up as." Unsatisfactory!! This is the same situation I encountered at the Memorial store a few weeks back but the clerk, after 5 minutes of hashing it back and forth and basically calling me a liar, finally corrected the price. This is not a new sticker to go up today as it was the SAME item a few weeks ago! I do a lot of my business for these items at Mapco but if this is the kind of treatment I can continue to expect, I will gladly carry that business elsewhere and enthusiastically pay for my items from now on.

If only the restroom was as well cared for as the beer cave. Nasty. Overflowing urinal and a stall that was wet wall to floor.

Always a great experience at this Mapco location. Store is typically very clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

The store is ok and the people who work there are mostly nice, however there are just to many people that hang out in the parking lot especially at night.

Every time I visit, the employees are helpful and courteous. Gas prices are also reasonable too.
