Staff was super nice. The kid (don't mean to offend but he told us he was in high school) was really efficient. And when we got the wrong part and had to come back to switch not only did he do the return really fast but he went and got a tool we out to our vehicle and helped us take the old spark plug out so we could match them and so we wouldn't have to go about doing it all over again. Definitely recommend.

If you re ever in North East Alabama, these guys know cars. Mr. Matos and his staff consistently greeted everyone personally. They were extremely kind and efficient. You can tell how special they value building a relationship with their community. We went in for a simple spark exchange. As a Cannonball racer and with all the auto zones I ve been in, this was a such a great experience that I had to stop and take the time to leave a review.

Couldn't say enough good about this location! Came in with a dead battery and they were quick to find me the best, most affordable selection. The vehicle I drive requires several parts under the hood being removed before the battery can be changed out. It was cold outside. Well these gentleman went above and beyond to go through several daunting steps to get my new battery in place when they could have easily told me to go to a mechanic shop, due to the location of the battery being underneath several other wires and components. Bang up job and super professional. 5 stars for sure!

I went there and got some steering fluid. I boo nothing about cars, and the young man who was helping us volunteered to show us where it goes and then volunteered to put it in. It was freezing outside and he still helped.It may not seem like much, but it was to me.They are great people at this store.

Christian was so helpful! We came in with a corroded battery and he helped us choose the corrosion remover, and then let us know that we could get the battery changed for free (w/ purchase of a battery). We cleaned the corrosion off and then he replaced the battery super fast for us!!! Gonna come back here whenever we need something.

My car was misfiring. The entire on duty team was extremely helpful. It took me a few visits to completely resolve the issue. Ethan was working every visit, and went the extra mile to help me resolve the situation.

Was stranded and broke down. Gentleman there by the name of Christian P. was very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and polite and courteous. He knew exactly what my car needed and I was able to fix my car and get back on the road. Three other mechanics couldn t figure out what it needed and he got it right the first try. Thank you Christian at autozone.

Kevin Matos was an outstanding employee the day that he assisted me in purchasing a new battery for my truck. He was knowledgeable on the subject, ran a diagnostic on my battery, double checked with his manager to make sure he was giving me correct information, then supplied me with the appropriate OE battery for my truck. He then installed my battery. In addition to the above, he was courteous, and very respectful of my age. Kudos to him for being an outstanding young man, and the managers who trained him

Needed low beam headlights for my pilot. Employee Jason changed them for me in the parking lot. Was great to interact with. Will go again.

If corporate would stop updating so often and changing how the employees use the computer system and makes it confusing of where to find the pages of the customer it would be so much smoother. Instead you want to rearrange the system and make it more difficult so it looks like the employee can't do their job properly. Hence making the customer want to go somewhere else. Thanks auto zone

Knowledgeable employees and very helpful! One employee changed my wipers for me without being asked and did a diagnostic. I had an engine variable timing solenoid out. Upon changing it, my car is running 100% better.

Love my local autozone. These guys are so helpful. They go above and beyond to assist you with all your needs. No hassel returns[with warrenty where applicable] They have loan a tool options if needed. Battery testing and charging and so much more. I had to purchase windshield wipers for my SUV I received a free gallon of washer fluid. Awesome!

They are normally very nice, respectful and helpful. I have had one very bad experience and it was with staff and a customer disrespecting a customer in front of me who was a Veteran. It was after he left, they made rude, dishonorable remarks and laughed at him. The man had a brain injury, I helped him in the store. I called them out on it and they apologized but I will never forget it. My son is a Veteran and no one disrespects those who serve.

Only 3 stars however, employees were cordial. 1 star for their altenators and not being able to check them before purchasing. I was told that modern alternators had to be on the car In order to check it because it communicates with the computer on the car. I got a rebuilt one and it was bad right out of the Box.So I took it back and got another one but it was obviously someone's old alternator that had been put in a Box and put on a shelf because it had grease fingerprints all over it and obviously an old one. So now I was stuck. I was then told it would be 5 hours before they could get another one in. so I went to the autozone in Anniston in Lynlock area and got one and back to Piedmont. Now my whole day has been wasted. So what would help the situation? It would be great if there were some way to test rebuilt alternators before someone purchases them. Also needs to have better training to not take someone's returned used altenator and put on the shelf to sell. It would have been nice if an employee would have said something like "I'm so sorry this happened and for the inconvenience. We want to make it right" but there was nothing.

The folks here are top notch! Always friendly and helpful. They usually have the parts I need for truck and SUV, and can usually get the items I need for my car pretty quick (it's German) if they don't have them on the shelf.

This place has always went above and beyond never hesitant on answering phone 2 minutes before they close and willing to unlock door to make sure our vehicles are ready before morning..My wife works for US postal service and does rual route out in the country on country roads can be harsh on vehicles so maintenance is a must.. I can't say enough for our Piedmont Al store they are the best and always positive when we roll in to late....thanks so much for all the employees, who do work there. This little town is lucky to have a parts store who willing to be so helpful. Thanks Autozone and Autozone team members.... God Bless...

After I had a bad experience there a couple of weeks a go I have to say this time was a lot better everyone was very friendly I was helped almost as soon as I walked through the doors & they had what I needed. & a salesman even helped me find a pump to put gear grease in my truck the best one for the best price I will be back for my next auto parts need

There pretty nice and fairly knowledgeable and that particular store in Piedmont Alabama has a no rush atmosphere, anyway I enjoy shopping there.

They always look out for me. Always very helpful and kind. This AutoZone should teach other auto parts stores how to operate. They are awesome.
