I started my attempt at an oil change at Pep Boys. Dropped the keys off, and after an entire hour without them touching me or my wife's car. We decided to leave. So we pulled up to Take 5 and spent possibly a total of 20 min from start to finish. That was with other cars ahead of us. We never had to leave our cars themselves, were offered complimentary water as we pulled up, AND as we left. The whole wile having pleasant conversation, and warm smiles. This Take 5 will be my go to from now on. Thank you for the great service!

In and out; always friendly service technicians. Mr. Levi does a great job training up his staff and is very personable himself. No complaints. This is my go to for my oil change needs fluids top off and wiper blades. Keep up the good work!

Austin helped me out. He was very knowledgeable and he helped me get my car running better than ever I m even bringing my wife s car back tomorrow! I can t say enough about Austin s ability and knowledge he is just the best. Very professional, when told we were taking a long trip, the manager ensured our tires were aired to correct pressure and also offered an injector cleaner due to our vehicles mileage. Will definitely be using there services regularly.

Very very very very very very professional. We never had to get out of the car. The manager spoke with us personally. And they truly did do everything that a full service oil change company should do. I wish I could remember the names of the manager and the two staff that helped but I would give all three of them 5 stars. I previously used lube Plus in Columbus Georgia only to find that I was seeing oil spots in my driveway. I drive a 2023 GMC Sierra and some knucklehead did not put the oil filter on tight enough and when I checked it, I had to add another quart of oil to it only two weeks after I had my oil changed. Won't go back to Lube Plus, but I now have a new home at Take 5 Oil Change. Thanks to the whole staff for being super professional. Keith E

Quick and efficient. Weird when I asked about a coupon they said no. I said, let me check online. Found a coupon immediately for $18 off, the guy knew exactly what coupon was available.Anyhoo, the water they offer is nice, but check for a coupon before you go,

When I pulled up to the garage door there was an attendant at the opposite door looking at his phone with his back to me. I waited, yelled out the window and lighty beeped the horn a few times before he finally looked up. A few more attendants briefly appeared and quickly disappeared. It was Saturday evening and I felt like they were either offended to have to work or had something going on inside their office that they wanted to get back to. Everyone disappeared for about 5 minutes (maybe the oil was draining). One attendant finally reappeared and seemed to be the only one working, but he didn't complete the checklist. I had to request a tire pressure check. I didn't bother asking for the remaining fluid checks because it had already been so long and he seemed to purposely take his time rearranging the hose to do the tire pressure check, I just wanted to leave. I won't go there again. I would have gone to Columbus, but I was pressed for time and thought I'd give it a try again. The other time I went to the Phenix City location I was told the oil looked fine and I didn't need it changed; even though I knew it had been over 5000 miles. So, I've been going to Columbus since then.

Levi the manager is probably the best auto shop manager I have met!! He loves what he does and you can tell. The staff are just as great and will In particular stood out for us today for his great customer service !! we will absolutely be coming back!

I like the fact that I didn't have to get out of my truck. I was disappointed after I left that the sheet they gave me said my tires had been checked and the windshield cleaned. Neither was done so I called and spoke to Levi and said I could return and have it done and the tech must have overlooked it. I told him I would have to come the following week

When I pulled in the mechanic were friendly! There were at least 6 cars waiting when I pulled in but somehow I was only there for about 20 to 25 minutes! This was an awesome experience and the manager William was very kind and knowledgeable. He really helped me a lot concerning my questions! I just hate I can only give 5 stars, they deserve 10 stars!

The oil change service rendered by these guys was professional. Especially was the customer service exceptional. Austin was very kind and considerate. He also went the extra mile to make sure that our automobile needs beyond just the oil change were met. Keep up the great work!

Great customer service, friendly, and efficient. The guys in the shop even took the time to verify what I wanted done a few times just so they didn t miss anything I requested. Also very observant place as well. 10/10 would recommend for anyone in need of an oil change. Didn t even have to get out the car.

It was fast!! The cashier asked before giving a recommendation on an oil grade based on my last oil change, which gives me absolute control over my decision.I got my water in an adequate amount of time and the best part . I was notified of a present sale which allowed me to buy filters at a better rate than normal!! Customer service was on point! I was made to understand everything thoroughly!

Took my car by there, 2 months after oil change, because oil was low. They topped off for free and I was told that they do this service for no charge between oil changes. I was told that my type of vehicle burned oil more than newer vehicles. I have a 2011 Honda CR V

0n 3/22/24 I went to take5 in Phenix City Al for a oil change, the tech who waited on me informed me they didn t have a oil filter for my vehicle. He told me I could go to an auto parts store to get 1 and they would discount the oil filter from my bill. I purchased the filter for $20.84 and went back to get the service. I gave a different tech the oil filter and they changed my oil and filter. This tech told me my bill was 101.40. I reminded him I bought the filter. He got his manager to discount the filter. The discount was only $10 not the $20.84. The manager said he wasn t paying that price. I pointed out that his other tech asked me go get a filter. He said he didn t care. I will never go back. I did a yelp review and posted to my 5000 friends on my Facebook.
