We placed our order online using the app. While on my way to pick up, the app says the order has been picked up. When I get to the store, there's a stack of people waiting for the other online orders to get filled before customers at the counter. Yes, including some of us waiting to just ask. Nope, my order hadn't even been started yet. Keep in mind a good 20-25 min AFTER the order was placed. Though I ordered a 12" outlaw, what I got was a 6" sub, barely attempted on 12 bread. You can see from the pictures.. almost 6 inches of sandwhich didn't have meat.Maybe they're just busy, if that's the case, get some more help. I watched at least two customers walk out after 10-15min without even getting their order taken.

Giving 3 starts because we go to this subway fairly my often and normally order online and normally don t have any issues. We placed an online order today and had accidentally added an extra sub. Called up there multiple times before someone answered to see if they could remove the sub from the order. We were told we had to cancel it on our side, there is no way to cancel an order via the app it has to be done on their side. Okay cool we ll just take the extra sub since it s paid for.We send one person out of our group to go pick up the food, that extra sub wasn t even in the bag so did not receive that even though it was paid for.And one of the wraps we ordered had only chicken and bacon on it and was missing everything else that was added. It s on the receipt but not on the sandwich the other sandwich and wrap we ordered were made correctly doesn t make sense.

The last time I ate subway was fr the last time. They were out of a lot of meats and didn't have anything i asked for and the sandwich i ended up ordering was more like a $2 sandwich instead of a $12 sandwich which is what I spent. Js, if you are out of everything the customer asks for and they didn't leave, you should make them enjoy the sandwich they didn't really want but ordered anyway. At least make it worth what you are charging. 12 dollars for a sandwich is too high to get a bad sandwich and the person making it was absolutely mad that they were at work. So they did not go out of their way.

I would give zero stars if I could .. I walked in at 8:45 on a FRIDAY night to get a sandwich and was told there were closed when the sign on the door clearly says they close at 10 I asked if they could just take one more customer and the worker rolled her eyes and looked away . It would not have hurt them to take one more customer considering I watched her lock the door as I was walking up!!

I ordered through door dash since I don t have a vehicle right now they legit gave me burned bread so hard I had to throw out the food I also ordered 2 cookies they were also not what ordered I called up there and the manager is very rude asked me to bring the food back up there for them to remake it when I told her I m unable to drive since I don t have a vehicle she said you really can t get up here In the next 24 hours i then stated once again I do not have a car and she rudely said we ll let me talk to my dm and see what we can do I honestly doubt I will receive a call back this location is absolutely the worst subway I have ever been too or have ever ordered from! Update! This place has not gotten any better I figured it s been almost a year let me try it nope walked out immediately the store manager took money from a customer gave him change back and never changed her gloves at that point I didn t bother asking her to change her gloves because let s face it she s probably done it all day and the food was already contaminated!

I always come to this subway and order a chicken and bacon sandwich. I always ask for chicken strips instead of that shredded chicken because I think it tastes bad, and I am always told this is a different sandwich and they would have to ring it up differently, which is fine! I ordered online, but did not know how to specify I wanted a chicken strip sandwich with bacon and cheese on it. So I called the store and asked the lady how could I substitute. The lady informed me she was out of stock on chicken strips and hung up the phone. I drove up to the store and saw that she was fully stocked with the chicken strips. I offered to pay for the bacon and the chicken if it s necessary. She refused to make my sandwich the way that I asked! That s unbelievable! I did not ask for anything free, and I was refused service. I then asked the third employee, who did appear to be wandering aimlessly from the front to the back, could he assist me and just ring me up for some chicken and remake my sandwich, and he said no! I ultimately asked for a refund because all I wanted was a chicken strip and bacon sandwich, however it seems you must be a part of some secret society to order this sandwich. The employee named Dee, even accidentally dropped saliva out of her mouth, onto the counter and onto my bag of food. I asked her to remake it because of her saliva, she wiped up her spit off the counter and went back to making food! Unbelievable! I left my food on the counter and called my bank for a refund because they refused to give me a refund. They told me take the spit or leave it. I left it and won t be back!

The manger is very rude and has no customer service skills was hateful to me and the disabled people before me wavering her hands telling them to hurry up to keep her line moving cause she was making sandwiches and has not been informed correctly on the coupon procedures told me I couldn't read said I couldn't have my food got totally out of control yelling at me it's time subway find a new store manager that knows how to make a sale shes lost I really believe they would do better under new management shes nit management material even her employees was thinking the way I was so I couldn't have been in the wrong and she snatched my food from me and wouldn't let me get it corps will here from me

Using the excuse of "we were slammed" makes these ppl think its okay that they messed up the food because they were so busy that it's okay.....no it's NOT okay. It's not hard to listen or read what ppl want on their sandwich. The staff here is beyond rude and aggressive... definitely should of read the comments before coming to this specific location. Definitely won't be back now ! Shocked beyond words that staff can treat customers in such a way and still have a job..... I would never want any of my employees treating customers that way in my work place, regardless if the customer was rude or not. Can't handle it ? Cool don't work here.........simple....

They messed up my online order, after getting all the way home I realized they gave me the wrong sandwich so I got back into my car and came back to the store and the employee was beyond rude to me about HER MESS UP. When I said its just sandwiches, and it's not rocket science she then proceeded to tell me I am banned from the store and she will not remake my food. Then when questioning why she was butt hurt over a true fact comment she told me she lives in the area and she has all My information...when asking her what she ment she then stated " we will see once we get there"......So now I'm being threatened, and banned over a mess up THAT SHE DID ! When reading these reviews I see I am not the only one thats had a bad experience here. Reached out to corporate, and I cant wait for them to call me back !!! Meanwhile I'll be waiting around for her to come "find me"..... she would be shocked once she finds out that I have a concealed carry license no wonder why she works at subway....low class TRASH !

Walked in and no one was there but the two ladies working. Was told I was going to have to wait at least 20 minutes so they could work on all the online orders ahead of me. I realize many people do online orders now but they should be trained to space them out and also take the people that walk in to order. Or have one person there that only does the online orders while the other helps customers inside. Definitely need a manager in there figuring it out as this isn't the first time they've been backed up.

This place is the best. The ladies here are always smiling and on point when it come to making sandwiches. I won't go to another store, the customer service is the best. The staff is great. I'm greater with a smile each and everyday I open that door. No matter what time you come in, they ready for you with a large smile and a happy attitude. They brighten my lunch each time. Very rude the one with green hair. Only asked for a sandwich to be made on a different bread. Over heard her say she had to remake a sandwich, but couldn't remake mine.

Horrible customer service! Was told that no changes can be made to sandwiches if it s a specialty sub, not even take off tomatoes! And I m allergic! I was told, well I guess you can t eat that sandwhich then huh! Both sandwhich artists were horrible and rude! It was explained to me that new rules were put out on Thursday that if you want to make any changes to a sub you have to do a build your own sub, which prices out to twice as much as a specialty, if you want to add even pickles to a sub.Horrible customer service and attitudes!

My sister placed an order on the website for pickup. They refused to make the order because they said it didn't pop up on their end. She showed them proof of the order, and they confirmed it was the right location, date, and, time and still refused and were making other people's orders. People constantly walked off while she was looking for help and even the manager refused. She was waiting there for 2 hours. The subway wouldn't even answer the phone when we called. Please don't go here. Horrible customer service.Update: Subway called back 10 minutes after she left and said the order went to their email instead of online orders and they'll make her order for free, so I'm changing my review from 1 star to 2.

My husband had ordered me a footlong toasted , once I opened it I seen was burnt , he said they had been slammed so I figured maybe the toaster had been used prior to my order n just over heated the bread due to that no biggie I called n asked if I brought it back if they could remake it which they agreed ok that's great but once I got there the lady remaking my sandwich gonna ask me if I did something to the sandwich so I asked what she ment and she asked if I ate it ..lady clearly can see I'm holding a whole footlong sandwich in front of her... So yeah I kinda felt someway about that. And u could clearly c my bread was burnt n felt hard to touch .

The white older lady with all the tattoos and short hair is so rude! She didn t greet me and was so nasty! Attitude like she didn t want to be at work! I order a salad and she cover my salad up with plastic wrap! Didn t explain to me why she s doing that, which I assume they ran out! So I m asking her for all the stuff I need for my salad, she was getting a attitude. Didn t even tell me they didn t have salad dressing packets. Didn t even read me my total or my change. But ask if I want my receipt.

Well I walk in and the lady with blue hair ( I believe the manager or the one training the other) is wiping down the meats counter with a rag and has gloves on. Then she goes to making my food with the same gloves on. Then walks to the back putting her hands on everything and goes back to making my food. While the foods in the toaster she caughs in her hand and spits in the hole in the table and goes back to making my food. SHE THE TRAINER! and doesn't even know that the gloves are to protect the customers from her and other bacteria she touched while in the back or on the rag. Has it really gotten that bad for subway that they mishandled your food in front of you. So instead of blocking or removing this review plz go train your staff. Managers or trainers should be responsible enough to prevent seriously harmful bacteria from contaminating peoples food.

This is what the bathroom looks like today. My pictures do not give justice to how filthy the bathrooms are. The bathrooms are shared with Little Caesars so idk who's responsibility it is to clean them but with all the sickness going around they should be priority. Especially when they do not have customers. Like right now.

I left a review about a month ago, I guess it was removed.The food is typical and the restaurant is clean enough. The staff sucks. They are rude and indifferent. They pay no attention to what they do with their gloves on between sandwiches.I have seen a few girls there who are polite and actually care about their jobs but they must not work often.

I originally left one star but talk about a turn around! We have been multiple times and our sandwiches were amazing! They have new staff and it shows. This is now our go to Subway instead of driving across town. We really appreciate the change.The people that work here are so unbelievably rude. They act like they don't need your business and if you ask for anything extra, like olives, you are greedy and only get three more. I don't know who owns this franchise but you can forget getting our business even though we only live a mile away. We will drive to the one in Smith's Station where they appreciate their cutomers.

There was barely any rotisserie chicken on my footlong. Like literally light sprinkles. I could barely taste it. If I had wanted a vegetable sandwich I would have ordered one.

One star, only because I can't go lower. Every time I have been to this store I have walked out with, at best, not what I originally ordered due to not having ingredients. The past 2 times I have attempted to place mobile orders, been charged for food, and yet walked out without anything. Tonight I attempted to place an order on the app, but was told it didn't go through. My card was charged for each attempt. I attempted to call the store 3 times, no one ever answered. Went to the store, waited 15 mins to be acknowledged, was told they didn't have my order, tried to place an order, and was told I had to go to the back of the line. Completely unacceptable.
