Lug Nuts were not tighten properly on tire, as you can see out of 5 lug nuts: 1 came off, 3 were loose, and 1 was tight. A Video would have been posted but google does not allow it. Furthermore, they had the audacity to blame it on the car. Brought it back to them to tighten, never had anymore problems. How do you accuse someone after they pay you a hefty price for work. I was very disappointed because I actually admire the work they do. Do better precision tunes.

This is the third time they messed up my car. They have over tightened my oil pan bolt which caused a major oil leak in my car and when I took it to another mechanic to have it fixed they refused to pay for the service because I didn't bring it to them. I will never do business with them again and I don't recommend you either.

When i say the service was awesome!!The manager Danielle was so helpful and understanding in my frustration with another shop i took my car too and was ripped off!! They listened to my concerns and provided a solution which fixed the overall problem. Im grateful to her and the staff for assisting me and not ripping me off! Definitely will return for all my car services!

They made sure our car was in good hands. Their customer service is friendly. Their mechanics are totally awesome. Overall, they are the best in town to get your car fixed.

They were fast. I was disappointed that their advertised "sale" price didn't include everything. So the actual price was actually $15+ more.

One Nation Party Band was traveling to FL when we saw smoke coming from our van s tire. We found Precision Tune in Phenix City AL and when we pulled up they got right to us. Our problem turned out to be minor, but our service was major. Thanks to Danielle and the ENTIRE crew for yalls amazing service! We made it to our gig on time and had an AWESOME show! and of course we had to shout y all out on @onenationentertainmentATL IG page bc YALL ROCK!

HORRIBLE PLACE, DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR ANYTHING. I took mine in for an oil change and they advised me I need rear brakes and quoted me $350. I told them I couldn't afford that and to just do oil change and rotate tires. They told me when I picked my car up they had a problem getting my lug nuts off so they only rotated 3 tires, realistically; how do you rotate 3 tires exactly? My husband did my brakes but literally had to DRILL out the studs AND lug nuts because the "professional" from this store not only put the damaged lug nuts back on my car but they tighten them SO MUCH that it stripped the lug nuts and not even a torque gun would get then off. When I took my car back to them for help the owner said oh yeah I remember this car, I spent over an hour trying to get these lug nuts off, OH YEAH? THEN WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU PUT THE DAMAGED ONES BACK ON? I got no response. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE.

HATE to give one star.They had my car for almost a WEEK and and did not even touch it.I think they really didn t know what to do and wasted my time instead of telling me.Then FORCED me to pay for a diagnostic I did not ask for; but of course they believed their worker instead of someone who was willing to spend $1600 with them. This is the WORST shop to choose if it is not an oil change you need. Please don t be fooled like I was.

*Edited: Now that I've taken a few minutes to go through other reviews, I see I'm not the only vehicle this location over-tightens and damages the lug nuts on. Imagine your wife and kids on the highway late at night or at high noon, and no one strong enough to change a simple flat... A cop, pop-a-lock, and local tow unable to get lug nuts off to change tire. Owner's response, don't bring my car back, they refuse to loosen the flat or remaining tire's lug nuts so that a human can change their tire.Also, if you're not careful, you'll pay and drive off only to realize you haven't even received all the services you paid for. Always ask for the actual work order; the receipt is for what you paid for, not the actual service your vehicle received. Owner will have you pay to take your vehicle to have poor service fixed elsewhere.Only place I've gone for routine work since moving to PC 10 years ago, and regret bringing my cars there, repeat patronage is not appreciated. Please don't wind up stranded on the side of the road like me, its much too hot outside.

It's so sad. I used to get my oil changed here until the owners got as greedy as the other precision tunes in Columbus. I asked the front desk lady why the others in Columbus went up in price. She answered that she didn't know why but stated that their prices would stay the same because they were privately owned and operated. I went in today to get my oil changed and they have now converted their prices just like theother precision tunes in Columbus. I asked her about what she said about the business being privately owned and operated and she said to me, we are all affiliated.What liars. I will have someone else change it now. There are cheaper companies and you can always do it yourself! This was a big let down for me. I always thought this company better. I thought they had better integrity and values than this. I will never go back. I hope you can compete with everyone else that does the same things you do. We already know you can rip them off the same..Service: Oil change

Awful customer service! Was told there wasn't a wait, and I'd have to come in to see what type of oil I need. (Of course when I get there I'm told I need the most expensive oil, you could have told me that over the phone) also, there was about 15 people in that lobby so I was just lied to and wasted my gas for no reason

This place is a proper scam shop . Steve ( The owner ) Tells his employees they will be reprimanded if they actually disclose the true severeness of the vehicle's situation to the customers . He has made it policy to always only "suggest a systems diagnostics been ran on the vehicle ", which is a flat rate at $90 , then charge the highest price for parts to do the repair . The Technicians ( none of which are certified ase Mechanics ) are not properly trained on how to place the lift on the frame on the customer's vehicle so not to bend or warp it . The have caused several issues with not only my vehicle, but my family as well . the technicians will over tighten lug nuts and forget to lube the top of the oil filter when doing an oil change . Worst of all , they will send you out in your vehicle with an extreme safety issue if not addressed immediately and merely mention that they "suggest " a vehicle diagnostics check to determine the issue .....knowing that anyone who know mechanics can CLEARLY determine the problem just by inspecting the vehicle while it is on the lift .

**edit : i was contacted by the owner and i really appreciate him reaching out to solve my problems. it was reassuring to know i was being heard. thank you!honestly wasn t expecting to wait 3 hours seeing as there wasn t many people ahead of me. i was also told two different prices upon paying which was double what i was told. it was really annoying seeing people come in after me get their car serviced and leave before i could seeing as we got the same services.Service: Oil change

They left the air filter out again. The first time my husband noticed and we went right back. They fixed it. This this I drove it for 3000 miles. I took it somewhere else because it was running badly. Obviously we used them because they had cheap oil changed but it s not cheap if they mess up your car.

So far they helped me out they fixed my oil leak problem. They are quick and don't hold your car for days like INNOVATIVE in Columbus GA. I will be taking it up there again this week for cooling concerns and I will write another review based on that issue. The only thing is the price is high but it's worth getting your car back the same day!

Fords have a design flaw in their lug nuts in being very difficult to remove them for a tire rotation. Management took the time to explain this to me. After several lugs being messed up. WARNING!!! Dishonest owner!!! Took my vehicle in to have the gas tank dropped for a fuel leak and was charged $300 labor up front to have gas tank dropped. Stated on receipt the gas tank would be dropped. Only to have the receptionist call back per owners request As he was the one working on my vehicle that he needed to open my tool box to repair my leak. When I asked why you need to go through my tool box the Owner stated that he was going to take the truck bed off of my truck instead of dropping the fuel tank I paid for him to do because it was easier for him. I told him that I paid for him to drop the fuel tank and not take the bed off. But he said he didn t care what I paid for that he was going to do whatever was easiest for him. I told him I could take the bed off at home myself. This place does SHADY work and very DISHONEST. Be aware the OWNER does not care about his customers or what they ask for. He was very ugly and rude to my wife and I. Be very careful that you get the work that you pay for. UPDATE also owner did a computer diagnosis for my AC and told me and gave me a print out saying I needed a condenser and a new condenser line and several other parts to fix the problem totaling up to $800. I took the vehicle to the Opelika Precision Tune and it was fixed properly and all I needed was a $60 evaporator. They quoted me over $800 and the parts they said I needed wasn t even the problem. STAY AWAY from these crooks. They need to be shut down there very dishonest.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Air conditioning

I used them before had a great experience. But this time went in to get a front end alignment. I had to set and wait an hour and a half. Which was ok the problem was I was told that they would not be able to to do it. So after waiting that long I was not pleased could have told me that a long time ago on top of that had to pay a fee so I asked for them to do it anyway. The employees were fine with doing it but the manger was not extremely rude and nasty. I will never be back and anyone who took the time to read this thanks. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Superior tires in Columbus GA took great care of me.

My husband told me it was a good place for an oil change, so I went there. My car had over 62,000 miles on it, so I knew that it needed some maintenance. They were all very nice, the mechanic was nice and informative and they offered me a discount on my oil change and manager's special. The best part is that I noticed a huge improvement in the way my car handled when I left. I will be going there for regular maintenance from now on.

This is the most unprofessional shop I've ever not had the pleasure if visiting. I drop my truck off to get a Oil change. I had to end up having my truck towed away. Cause the guys burnt up my starter trying to start my truck. The owner made out like his crew didn't do anything wrong.. After I explained how to start my truck. Don't ever take your vehicle to this establishment ever! Non of the guy are actual certified mechanics..

I take my 2001 Chevy Impala to Precision for all my oil changes. When my car was shaking, I took my car to Pep Boys down the road from Precision. After keeping my car overnight, with no call from them, I called Pep Boys and was told my car was ready, my new tires were all unbalanced and I needed an alignment. I picked up the car, paid them and drove home. The car was still shaking. Money down the drain. I took it to Precision. They replaced my CV Joints. Cost more than I wanted to spend, car repairs usually do, but they fixed the problem. And I didn't have to leave the car overnight. The very first time I went there to get an oil change, I walked down to Waffle House, which had just op-ed when I waited. Somehow on the walk back I dropped my bank card. Luckily someone returned it to the bank and they called me. They let me take my car, work unpaid for, and go retrieve the card so I could pay them. I have always been treated with the utmost respect, from the front desk to the mechanic in the shop. My car is back there as I write. Unfortunately, the boss is having back surgery tomorrow and can't take care of my car himself so he arranged for a certified mechanic from the Victory Drive location to diagnose my problem. That man, Steve, is coming from Columbus to check it out, on his day off, so I don't have to have it towed. I've witnessed a couple of customers give the lady out front a hard time because the oil change cost a bit more than the $19.99 special. Hey folks, if you want more than the basic, you got to expect to pay a bit more. It's spelled out clearly in plan sight for everyone to see. I pay more for an oil change because I choose to use high mileage oil and get my fluids topped off, but we discuss it up front. There are no surprises.

I love the staff there, they are all friendly and they let you know if they come across anything wrong with your vehicle but don't pressure you into fixing it but offers you to come back when we are ready to at your convenience. Precision tune auto care at this location has one of the worst customer service. The front desk receptionist Danielle is very unprofessional and has one of the nastiest attitude and the manager Jerry Taylor is unscrupulous. Jerry yelled at a customer over the phone telling them to shut up and asking if they have a degree in mechanic. Both should be fired!

They don t even deserve one star. I brought my car in to get a new oil pan put in and they tried to tell me it was gonna be close to $400 for the oil pan itself. Which when I called auto zone it was only $80 with express shipping. So I would not recommend this place to anybody. They will try to get as much money out of you as they can. I don t know if it s new management or what but last time I got my oil changed they were pretty fast and a decent price. So I have no idea what happened to make them want to suck money out of people but it s not right.

I went to have a valve cover gasket replaced. Which I bought prior to dropping my car off to them. They called me after I left telling me it will be $90 just to read the codes. Then told me the needed to change the coil pack because if not I'd be back in about a week when they go out from the oil leak. And that would be $400. When I picked up my car they charged me $870.00. My car was smoking and I had another mechanic at O'Reillys and they said my valve cover gasket or my coil packs have NEVER BEEN CHANGED.!!!! THEY RIPPED ME OFF AND I AM GOING TO EXPLORE LEGAL ACTIONS . IF I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS I WOULD. DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Took my truck back. Tire does have as an issue but a failure to communicate this issue to me is the cause of all the anxiety. They.have taken care of my problem. The owner got involved and answered all my questions, did whatever I wanted him to do with regards to the tire issue AND refunded the money I paid for the I initial balance. I had no expectation of a refund since they did the work on Saturday and pacified me Monday.

Took my vehicle in for an oil change. I decided to have my tires rotated and balanced while I was there. Now the vehicle pulls to the right and shakes when I go over 55 MPH. I called Precision Tune and they said it was more than likely a separated tire...I had the work done on Saturday and this is just Monday. Why did they not catch the separated tire when they were rotating them? Aren't they supposed to check for stuff like that? Anyway it doesn't matter, it is not a separated tire. I took my vehicle to a reputable tire dealer and they saidA. The tire pressure is not consistent. A tire cannot be balanced until first it is inflated or deflated to the correct tire pressure.B. One of the tires has an old weight on the inside and none on the outside. All weights are supposed to be removed before balancing can be done properly.C.One tire has no weight on it at all which is nearly unheard of.D. One tire has nearly a half of a pound of weight on it and the weights are not next to each other but placed on different parts of the rim when they are supposed to be next to each other.The tire dealer, who asked me not to tell him who worked on my vehicle told me that in his professional opinion some of the tires were not balanced and the ones that were balanced were done by someone who did not know what they were doing. I am going this week to see if they will fix this problem to my satisfaction....Stay Tuned

Not happy with place went in for a front end alignment and they tried to charge me more for the alignment cause I installed new parts it was going to take them longer. So they went from 79.99 to wanted to charge me 149.99 not happening. Took it to rapid tire on hwy 80 and they did it for 61 dollars. Precision lost my business that's why there lot is always empty.
