They do the best service they are so polite fair honest! Kayla always keep you in touch and let you know what's going on. You can't beat the service! Honest and reliable can't really get that anywhere so great to be able to get it there.

AMAZING, THOROUGH, QUICKI came to them at 1140ish and by 1230 ,they had my part and my car fixed. They were very thorough ,straight no chaser. They heard what situation I was in and worked to get me in and out of there. The receptionist was FREAKING AWESOME, I have found a new place for all my auto needs. I highly recommend them for all your auto carriers needs. They have a customer for life.

I have used this repair shop for 2 years now. They were highly recommended to my wife and I. They have performed major engine repairs, AC maintenance and repair, diagnostics, and oil changes for us. I would recommend them to anyone. They are trusted in our community by Municipalities and law enforcement. Very happy to find a facility in the Columbus/Phenix City area that works on Mazdas...called other dealerships prior to Firestone and no one could work on mazdas... they fixed my car and was very reasonable and in a timely manner...I am so very happy to have found them thanks to a Mercedes Technician that highly recommended this shop and Mr Allen.

I had a blowout on 185 and drove in with a spare. Allen was the representative who assisted me. He did not have the tire in stock. Since I was traveling through town, he called several other tire places to help out. That speaks volumes to me in customer service and honesty. If you need auto service, go to this place. You won't find better in Phenix City! THANKS!!!!

If you are 1st in line that day, and no other city, or county vehicles take priority over you, you'll get your vehicle taken care of.They arent concerned with losing long time customers.Go make an appt. With Firestone Bridgestone in Columbus,Ga. on Veterans parkway. You will see the difference....

When calling to see if they take appointments for oil changes they tell me no that it is first come first serve so I drive 30 minutes out of my way to get there right when they open up to only be told they cannot get me in till maybe later today. Very disappointed in the lack of organization of this place. Who doesn t do appointments for this kind of maintenance work?!

Everyone very hush hush, talking why looking somewhere else, very pessimistic, Doomsday attitude. I know it's all to protect them from liability suits. What ever happened to trust, recommendations, honest opinions? Every answer to every question seemed will rehearsed. Two days later my alternator goes out! Maybe a coincidence, but it seems like everyone I put my trust in the professionals, things start going wrong with my car. Don't trust mechanics, lawyers, maintenance individuals, had one of them tell me, "if we fix it too well, we'll be out of a job, always have to leave something for another day." There's no real honest people in this area, not anymore. Bureaucrats have got their fingers into everything. Law suits are the "American Way!" So you can't really blame them to avoid taking responsibility for their actions. I know what my part costs, they were going to charge me nearly $500 in labor to loosen and tighten bout 6 bolts? A little extreme, they did an estimate but I never got to see it, I asked to see the defective part, but was given the excuse we would have to put it back on the lift. Since it wasn't on the lift, they had no plans to fix it!Allen from Phenix Firestone called, his only concern was why I was so critical of him. I thought that was clear, but this was the second time I took this vehicle there for the same issue, the first time I was told nothing was wrong with it. In any case in order to resolve the problem Allen stated, "we're not working in your cars anymore!" I guess I hurt his feelings?I used to love taking a vehicle to Phenix Firestone, always felt like they were looking out for me, always trusted them! Now I get the feeling I'm unimportant, it's really changed over the years!Enough said hope you all have a great holiday I'll be home fixing my cars! LoL!

My daughter is in college in Columbus we live in McDonough Georgia. I needed to have a tire put on her car. And it was her first time by herself and the Firestone location was absolutely fabulous and everybody was great I really appreciate it all their effort. Thank you Daniel
