Love this shop. Very affordable prices and the work is decent. Wouldn t want to go to any other shop and they re open on the weekends which is rare and I love. Definitely will be returning.

I passed by this shop not paying attention to it for a while now. As I was on my way to WalmartI was adding up 29 x 2 plus tax and not get my spare tire patched cause I been told by service tech they do not patch trailer tires.I asked even if I bought the tire from Walmart? He said sorry.So at this little place he gave me a great deal. Great service and patch my spare tire the price he quoted I had to give him extra.I will be going there for now on. I go through 1-3 trailer tires a month. I recycle pallets everywhere I go I see nails on the ground I pick up nails and my trailer tires pick them up also. I have to constantly air trailer tires up and see 2 or 3 nails in themI will buy my tires at Walmart 40- 65 dollars online and for now on bring them to this little place to put them on.I asked his price on the trailer tire it's not as inexpensive as Walmart so he can't get all the business but the mounting and balancing he has my future businessOpen on Sunday 10- 4 when I need it the most. On my way to Walmart to get trailer tires put on rimsVery friendly Tech

If you like to tighten your own lug nuts this is the place for you. Ole Hee Haw should worry more about doing the job the right way then a tip. Better make sure you have cash or you will be walking to get it. I'll Never go back never recommend

I have been coming here for years with several different vehicles over the years. Today I went to get these rims and tires I bought put on. They were too tight on my calipers so they didn t move. I was so upset because I got ripped off by the person I got them from on top of I work third shift and hadn t been to sleep yet. My tires on the rims that were on my car were ate up bad. At first they didn t think they had the size I needed in used but had 2 new ones but I needed 4 tires. I was in tears at this point and beyond frustrated because I wasted money on the ones that ended up not fitting. I couldn t afford all new tires after what I spent already on the other ones and they only had 2 new ones. It wasn t their fault at all!The owner told me he would search for something that could work and found some tires for the rims on my car because I was explaining how I was supposed to go out of town tomorrow and I bought these rims with new tires expecting them to work and so on. He spent at the very least a good hour making sure they were put on the rim properly and balanced well. Him and his wife were so genuine and caring and understood why I was upset. I can t thank them enough for listening and being able to help me out so I can safely drive out of town tomorrow. This is why I continue to go to them because they are always reliable. I can t thank them enough for coming through and turning my day right around!

Plugged my tire in a few minutes. Very friendly and helpful. And the price was reasonable. I'll go back if I have any other leaks

This has been my go to tire place for many years. Was a great business at the old location but the new workers at the new location is running this place in the ground. My card was double charged on my last visit. Took hours to get a print out from the bank and wait for someone who could refund my money. Had a tire plugged and the plug came out the next day. The guy who plugged it said he didn't think it would hold when he did it.but waited til I brought it back to tell me that. I have found a new tire shop since this. I have 2 toddlers and it was totally unacceptable for him to repair the tire knowing it wouldn't hold

My experience was great here. Most companies try to rip off females. I went to get a tire and the guy said a nail is in your tire and we can patch it for you. He advised I didn't need another tire. Now what company actually does that?!!! What company actually tries to save you money? Otto's will! This is my first time here but it definitely won't be the last. I highly recommend it!

I normally don't leave bad reviews, but I have to post this. Avoid the new one on Hwy 80 at all costs. I waited for over 1 hour to have my tires installed. And if that wasn't bad enough I went inside to pay and the lady at the desk said that my card had declined, which I knew wasn't true because I checked my balance before I went in. I checked my balance on the phone and showed her my statement and sure enough the money for the tires had withdrew from my account. The lady had argued with me for about 15 mins despite me showing her my bank transactions. I decided to call my bank and have them explain to her that the transaction for the tires had went through. She still didn't understand, it wasn't until she had called the card reader manufacturer that he explained that the card reader was down,she let me leave. It took a total of 2 hours of waiting for me to finally leave. Avoid this place at all costs, but if you do decide to go PAY WITH CASH. Their card machines are often down and don't work.

Had the guy put tires on rims. Had all tires leaking from the valve stems. He failed to check for leaks. Took him 1 1/2 to do what he said was a 30 minute job. Wanted to argue when I told him the checking for leaks should be part of the job.

If I could leave 0 stars I would they act like they don t care at all sold me a bad tire with a knot on it then we came back they said nothings wrong didn t even tighten it up all the way no customers besides me rn and took them 20 minutes to even talk to us finally when they replaced the bad tire after us telling them multiple times they still went to the wrong side of the shaggy haired white guy does your tire double check it wouldn t reconmend at all very unprofessional

Had new tires installed. Left lug nuts off my wheels damaged a valve stem and ask me if I had wd-40.

If I could do no stars I would. This place is awful. They want way too much for these bad tires. As much as they want for a used tire you can go to Walmart and get a brand new one.

Used them for years but won t anymore , went to the new location on hwy 80 by McDonald s and waited 40 min for the guy to change my tire . Then out of nowhere he takes my rim and throws it in the back of my truck and starts working on someone else s vehicle! Very Rude And Bad Customer Service! Won t Go Back
