Customer service was great. I was able to go in tell the associate what I needed for my vehicle and he took me right to it. O Reilly is my favorite and only auto parts store I shop at because they never let me down. I mean never as in 15 years now.

I bought two brake calipers on line and went to pick them up and they had one in stock and they found the second one at the O REILLY on highway 80. I picked them up with no problem.When I went to return the Brake Calipers Cores the cashier named AMY. Was really rude and nasty. Accusing me of getting one of the calipers for free. I showed Amy the online receipt from the email and she kept insisting that I did not pay for two and got one for free.Them I had a second was for two Brake Wheel Cylinders and AMY gave me two Wheel Cylinders that did not fit my truck.So because of Amy O Reilly s just lost a Customer.

I don't recommend this store to anyone. My husband brought an alternator from here and it was bad. He returned it for a new one and they act if their machine was broken to test it. So, he had to go down to Hwy 80 store and get it tested. It was a bad alternator. They gave him a new one and apparently, that one wasn't working. So, he took his truck to the shop. The shop told him it was the wrong alternator. The mechanic wrote it off so my husband could get his refund. The manager AMY had the nastiest attitude and told my husband their store was going to take a $300 loss and they only could do a warranty refund. So, my husband called customer service. It took for the customer to call the district manager to get the issue resolved. Amy doesn't need to be in customer service if she can't handle situations properly. She also stated it was my husband's fault that her employees and herself gave him the wrong part and he should know what part he needed to get. We won't be taking our business there anymore.

Went in upset and frustrated with their competitor over "false advertising" over their oil change kit special. Amy was a huge help and went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. I was so very happy with the effort she put in to helping me. I left one completely satisfied customer. Being a woman it is nice to know that I can go in and get what I need without being taken advantage of. I highly recommend O'Reilly Auto Parts, and I will definitely be back!! Thank you Amy for all of your effort, it is greatly appreciated

So last night I got off work and went to help a friend move. After I was done helping him move my headlights started flickering and went out on 13th street. Right in front of O Reilly s. I pulled in there around 9:55pm. I was thinking ok, I got 5 minutes before they close. I can hopefully run in, buy some new headlights and then put them in before they close. Marko,Robert, and Summer were outside as I was walking in. They all said hey it looks like your headlights are out. I laughed and told them that s why I was there. So long story short they all helped me get the headlights I needed, as well as helped me install them in the parking lot so I could make it back home. Something I absolutely did not expect with it being 5 minutes before they closed. Marko and Robert were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We had them installed in 15 minutes and I was on my way. It s hard to find great customer service like that now a days. I am extremely grateful for them. Great job and I can t thank them enough!

I spoke with a woman at the Hwy 80 store and she was extremely rude so I just hung the phone up. I then called the Crawford Road Location and spoke with a woman earlier I can t remember her name she was so nice and genuinely tried to help me. I called back and spoke with Shaun ( not sure if that s how you spell it) but he was extremely nice and helpful!

I recently visited O'Reilly Auto Parts and sad to say one employee Haleigh was very uninterest about giving me assistance. I was not acknowledged she remained more interested with whatever activity she was involved in on her phone more so than offering me assistance.After not being assisted by Haleigh a gentleman named Shawn offered to assist me. Shawn was very greet able, very knowledgeable, warm and very helpful of my needs and concerns . Shawn also gave suggestions as to products and products to assist with my vehicle running better.. Shawn assisted with showing me where certain fluids went into my vehicle and how often and when to refill those items.

This place has went down hill since they got rid of all the good people. We use to recommend this store over any other auto-part store, but if I could give it 0 stars I would! The people they have in there now do not have the first clue on what their doing. My husband has been sold the wrong part on multiple occasions. They claimed to have parts coming in on certain times, and they never showed, and the best we got was a whoops sorry. I m all for someone being new and still learning, but your whole staff does not have a clue. Get people in here who know what their doing, or stop getting rid of the ones who have a clue.

I love this store. Always got friendly, helpful, employees. Today they even took my bags to my truck for me, since I walk with a cane and get wondered very easily, it was of GREAT help.. Several courts of oil plus other items, would have just about done me in. Thank you again..

You know what? I won't be disrespectful but, I'm only gonna give a "1 rating" to this place- cause my husband bought an: "Innova carscan inspector plus repair solutions�" @ O'Reilly's, just a few days ago, and it wasnt what we thought it was and they wont return the product!!! To be honest, they should have made sure to tell us that information when we were buying it. I mean, it's totally something that a customer should know before they accidently spend $146.99 for a product that turns out to be to high tech for our vehicle, which means we just wasted our money. Does anyone maybe know anywhere that we can sell it to, cause thats a good chunk of cash, that we seriously need.

Great se4vice and helpful came in for a specific battery and they didn't have it ins stock but Donald helped me get a better battery and installed it. Excellent service and products.. go see Big Don!

Always friendly and helpful. Never had a problem getting the parts I needed. This last trip I needed to get a couple of bolts for an alternator for installation. They in no way had anything close to what was needed. We so lost without the bolts. Had to wait until the next day and got 2 from an auto junk yard.

Great costumer service. Was happy to know it was not a hassle to get a replacement starter after the housing broke on the previously bought starter with my recipe ready and in hand it was a in and out process and even installed the new starter in the parking lot. Great job guys and thanks.

Went in today and had the pleasure of having Jen assist me. Jen is an amazing asset to this company and goes above and beyond! She spent at least an hour helping diagnose what was wrong and aid in fixing it. I won't be going anywhere else for car needs. She's earned a customer for life!

O'Reilly's has a good selection of car parts and accessories. Prices are reasonable and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They were out of my product, or they would have received five stars. But they did offer to locate it locally or have it shipped in for next day pick-up.

Well the guy said go ahead and pay with card well I put card in and he jumps around counter trying to cancel my purchase, well turn out that they had transferred a women's purchase from another register to this one so it charged my card and all because they were not paying attention I have to wait for my money to be put back on my card and it takes 3 to 5 business days what a mess thanks D' bArtagnan

Many times I go in here and there is just one person working the counter. I'll see someone working in the back on moving inventory around in a shopping cart. This doesn't make any sense. When there is more than one customer up front every employee in the store should be up front helping.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I do not recommend this place. Everytime I go in their always rude. Always huffing cause they have to do their jobs dont want to answer any questions you have and when i went there on the 19th of june the employees said welcome to auto zone when I looked up they started laughing. Ive never seen such immaturity from grown adults expecially in a business where your suppose to be professional. I will not be going back to this location. The owners of this location need to hire better managers so they will hire better employees. Some that dont mind helping customers answers their questions and some who are not so damn immature.
