Awful service. Bought a radiator, and in less than six months, it failed. Was told to bring it back, and they would refund my money. Got to the store, and the owner would not make it right.

Went in for a battery and wiper blades. Very helpful and friendly. I was informed that this is the only locally owned Auto Parts store in Phenix City. The money you spend here stays in our community!

I went to AutoZone to get a Jeep thermostat and Gasket and they were going to have to order the gasket. I went down to O'Reilly Auto parts and stood at the counter while a young lady was stocking shelves and looked at me and went back to stocking shelves so I left. I then went to Napa and they were very professional and they had both my thermostat and Gasket for a cheaper price than what AutoZone and O'Reilly shows on their internet store

Watch what they tell you cause they will tell you one thing and when you drive all the way across town to tell you another. Very dissatisfied with this location. Could be so much better with more attentive employees!
