Took my 2016 Honda minivan in this morning. This is the only vehicle we have that can fit my whole family, so I needed it fixed fast or I would have to rent something. Took it here, with a computer and battery issue. They had me fixed up and back on the road in no time. Prices were fair and service was amazing!It s nice to have somewhere to take a car to as a woman and not have to worry about them misleading you to fix something that can wait or wasn t needed. This is a trustworthy and reliable place, just do better than I did and try to schedule an appt and not drive there in a panic with fingers crossed they can help !Services: Electrical repair, Auto battery replacement

If you want a repair shop that actually cares and goes above and beyond to make what can be a very stressful experience seem like a walk in the park, then come here! Mrs. Laura called and checked in with us almost every day.Our new to us truck from Carvana broke down on the side of the road on base (fort Moore) and my husband had to leave it cause he was in the middle of important army stuff. We haven t had the truck for 2 months so it was covered under carvanas 100day limited warranty and also covered under the extra warranty we bought. McCarleys was an out of network shop so it was going to be a 200$ deductible but I decided the peace of mind they give was worth the money. When I say they took care of everything I mean it! I didn t have to argue once with a warranty company. They handled it all and got us back on the road!I m so thankful for finally finding a shop that I can trust!

I was having trouble with my car and they were able to diagnose and fix my car. It now runs great and I am so happy my dad recommended me to them. I will continue to take my car them and recommend them to others. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable.

It was very expensive compared to other places I got a quote from, so I wouldn't recommend it. It was 139.97 to get my car checked out even though I was told it would be 138 even. They are friendly, however. Also, if you tell them you don't plan on getting your vehicle fixed here, they make sure to only tell you they aren't responsible for what could happen to your vehicle in their lot. I know that, but they make it sound like it's not a safe place for your vehicle to be in the first place.

I would like to start by saying this is an awesome business that cares about their potential customers. I sent an inquiry email concerning oil consumption on my Audi Q5 and when I could bring it in for diagnostics. I received a phone call within the hour addressing my concerns. The young lady informed me of manufacturer's issues that my model vehicle has had over the years. So instead of having me bring it in to them and paying who knows how much to get it fixed, she told me to call the dealer directly and see what they could do for me first. None the less I did and the Audi dealer is going to take care of it at no cost to me. With that being said I could not ask for a better business experience in dealing with this company because instead of taking advantage of me they took care of me and I am so appreciative of that. Just know that they will definitely be getting my business on my other vehicles when it's time to service them or if they need major repairs. To the young lady I spoke with, again I say thank you!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Extremely nice people. Repaired the leaks in the transmission on my 1964 Impala. Also replaced the rear main seal on the engine. Excellent service and they stand behind their work. I highly recommend them.

I took both of my Trucks to Randy. My 2000 Silverado was constantly having the add anti freeze warning light coming on, he found that both heads and the block had cracks, we put a new engine in it. It took less than a week to get it back, it runs great now. The price to get the motor and install was very reasonable, alot cheaper than other shops. He also work on my 81 Chevy Silverado. I will not take my vehicles to any other shop from now on. They are very knowledgeable and very reasonably priced.

Took my car in with transmission issues. They found the problem, fixed it, and had it back to me quickly. Very reasonable prices compared to other shops. Very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Highly recommend to everyone

First job was to replace brakes, pads, and rotors. Not long after the brake switch alert came on, when I'm thinking this is something they would have checked on for me. Second job was low acceleration power. They did not advise me on my limited power train warranty which would have covered the expense of replacing a fuel pump. They just ran the computer test, then quoted me $950.00 to do the work. I don't think I will be back. Loss of trust...

We have been using McCarleys for our vehicles and we have never had a bad experience with them. We have taken our Hondas and Ford diesel to them for maintenance and repairs (we do not take our truck anywhere else) and would, and do, highly recommend them.
