Mavis made the tire-purchasing process completely seamless. I found the tires I wanted on their website, booked the installation service, dropped my vehicle off on the designated day, and then the service was complete in about an hour. Tay provided excellent customer service throughout the process as well. If you need new tires, I highly recommend this Mavis location on Riverchase Drive!

UPDATE: I came in to get 4 new tires. Service was so fast- I was done in 30 minutes! Service is consistently friendly, and they are helpful.Quan & Anthony were amazing! They are efficient, helpful and so very friendly! During a time when quality service seems nonexistent, the gentlemen at this location surpass my expectations!

Tullis was amazing! I came in after something happened with another shop and even though it was late in the day, they were super helpful and friendly. They fixed my issue quickly and made sure that everything was safe. I honestly appreciate Tullis so much and the staff there. I will be making this my only shop for repairs. I appreciate the attention to detail and willingness to help! Thank you again for everything!

Got a blow out on my car called Mavis and Scott was so incredibly helpful. Sending help to put my spare on and it is almost closing time for them. Highly recommend. I ve got my tires there and have had work done on both my vehicles.

Tay was amazing! I came to the tire shop before closing and he assisted me with a new tire for my car. He was very patient and informative during my visit. I left feeling satisfied.

On Saturday we went in the store to put our stock tires on our truck before moving to Colorado the following Tuesday. My husband is in the military and we have to pcs to Colorado. We picked up the truck and two minutes from leaving the shop the whole front wheel came off and almost hit the car coming towards us. We were going 45 miles an hour and the truck slammed to the ground. They knowingly put wrong lug nuts on our vehicle and let us leave the shop. They refused to take responsibility before finally admitting that they knowingly put wrong on our vehicle.Highly recommend not bringing your vehicle here. You might leave with several safety issues and get into an accident as a result - we almost did.

Josh and Tay got my car right in, inspected, and tires rotated before my upcoming trip. I have never had such fast and efficient service at any other Mavis stores I have been to. This was my first time going to this location and I will definitely be going here from now on. Thank you!

I ve been in a few times because I keep running over nails somehow lol , and the guys are always so great and helpful! Good prices and fast work , definitely come in to see them for any car issues !

Went to Marvis for an oil change and they were quick , respectful, and had great customer service! Especially David . He got me in and out and was very informational when it came to letting me know what all my car needed! Definitely recommend.

I brought my Dodge RAM with oversized tires to have flat repaired. The Manager, Atron, was very professional and explained how my tire was damaged beyond repair. I explained to him my budget did now allow me to purchase new tires at that time. He said he fully understood and what was really great was he did not try to pressure me to buy tires or up sell me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAVIS!!!!!!

I stopped in at Mavis to see if they would install a headlight for me and they did! The young man was friendly and professional. I was not charged for the service! He also answered questions I had about work I needed done on my car! I will be getting my car serviced there in the future! Thanks Mavis!

To be honest I was amazed by this experience at Mavis on Riverchase Rd, worried about showing up last minute for a slow leak repair before going out to town business trip tomorrow. There I met Taye managing the front counter and he delivered TOP KNOTCH customer service. I never knew anyone could perform that service in 10 minutes. Mavis has set a new standard in the area.

Do not come here for any sort of brake work. Had rotors and pads replaced by them less than a year ago. Started making terrible noise and took it somewhere else to evaluated. Turns out they had been installed improperly which was causing the issue. When this was brought to their attention, we were quoted $500+ to fix their own mistake. Absolutely shameful - take your business elsewhere.

I ve taken my vehicle to Mavis for several different types of services. From oil changes and tire rotations to tire patches and repairs. Each time, the service has been excellent. If you need service on your vehicle, go see the guys at Mavis. They will take care of you.

Needed a brake light replaced on my way home. Saw this place and stopped on a whim. Service was quick and professional. The office was clean, the customer service was outstanding. Soda machine takes credit cards, clean restrooms, plenty of parking. Conveniently located next to gas/petrol station and Publix. Anthony waited on me and was excellent! Thanks, Anthony!

I had brakes put on that will squealing after one week of installment. I took back to them and they kept giving me the runaround putting my car on a lift for 2 hours and ain't expect nothing talking about they put some grease on it. In the brace was still squinting I had some shocks installed due to the fact they told me that was the issue and it wasn't $700 down the drain I personally would never be going here again.

I can't say enough good stuff about Mavis Tires & Brakes here in Phenix city, Alabama. They did vehicle service work on my GMC 2500 recently. They did twice the work, installed double the parts, and still gave me half the price as the dealership! They even saved me from paying for parts that the dealership said I needed, but didn't! Thanks again, Mavis Tires & Breaks, Phenix City, AL!

I ve used Mavis several times and recommended to friends. I will NOT be going back! Took my vehicle in for oil change and to have my tires rotated and balanced. I requested mobile one oil three times. (Which was not used) when called that vehicle was ready I was quoted a price. Upon picking up my vehicle they tried to charge me $40 more than I was told. When questioned, he reduced the price. They did not rotate my tires or balance them. Wasted $110. Put regular oil and did not do what I requested. Be very careful using them, I felt like they were shady and didn t do what I requested. Their invoice is very vague with no details.
