when I came to pick up a dirt bike of mine that the police had impounded. I brought proof oh ownership and was lied to by the front desk guy that my serial numbers did not match with what the proof oh ownership said. The front desk guy called the cops so that he could verify my ownership even though I had proof. He lied to the officer and to me. Was charged for 2 days on lot and it hadn't even been 24 hours since the bike came on lot. Over charged mileage and just the point that I provided the necessary documentation and had to waste an officer time to prove that I owned it but my proof of ownership was legitimate. How is the owner going to fix this. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I went to the location this morning and the clerk said owner wasn't in. They hide behind a tinted window because they know they dont want to face people. Very bad business. They will rip you off and go to sleep that night not caring that they prey on people's bad situations.

Knotts Wrecker Service is the best towing company in town. They worked with me through the whole process and were all super polite. The lady at the front desk answered all the questions I had.

My wife was recently in an accident and Knotts Wrecker Service and Collision is where her car was towed. Most times dealing with a wrecker service the people are vague and rude. But everyone single last person that crossed my path said hello to us and wished us a good day. Now since the insurance company was going to take her car we needed to get her things out of the car. We waited for the gentleman to let us back and he walked with us, urged us to be careful on the rocks and even found a Phillips head so that we could get her tag off of her car. When I tried to get the screwdriver from him, he said, Oh no ma am I m going to get it off for you. You guys these people are so kind and professional about the business! If I EVER need a tow again, I m calling them!

I needed to have an old 1972 Chevy Titan semi-tractor towed from a field to a mechanic's shop in order to start 'rescuing' it. Carl showed up just a bit early and got things going very quickly. It's obvious he knows what he's doing; he spent more time knocking down the 10 or so wasp-nests than he did actually hooking the Chevy up and locking it down for the tow.Carl's and Knott's towing attitudes and commitment to any service, no matter how small or unusual was something you just don't see much these days.Thank you Carl, and thank you all at Knott's Towing!Services: Special vehicle towing, Local hauling

Zero stars!!!! Unfortunately my brothers bike was taken here. He was not able to pick it up so I took off work several times to get it with the paper work they asked for. When I arrived I was told they needed different paper work each time. now the cost is to high to get it out. They will not let my brother get his belongings. They also hide behind tinted glass and only take cash.Service: Motorcycle towing

I've used these people 3 times already. Twice for my vehicle and once for a friend's. I called 2 or 3 different people and none of them were available. But Knotts was. Everyone said it would be 45 minutes to 2 hours of a wait. Knotts said they could be there in 20. And they were!! Loaded the car up quickly and drove it to the service station. I am so thankful they were available to help us that day. And the other times as well. I would definitely call them again if I ever needed them.

My experience was awesome all the way around starting from the estimate and ending with the return of my vehicle. My vehicle's repair was flawless! Prob best paint job esp when dealing with a pearl white paint. Their customer service and communication skills were par none. Also love the fact that they got done sooner than expected. Kevin, Justin and their staff took care of my car and made it look new again.

I was broke down in Columbus, gave them a call. They were short staffed but made time to pick my ride up. The driver said 15 to 20 mins he was spot on. I was able to ride with him to the location of vehicle drop off. The price for the tow was very reasonable. If I need a tow I will definitely call here 1st!

Had a very good experience with Chad and Knotts Wrecker Service. Had an early morning collision with a deer. Within minutes of getting off the phone with my insurance I got a call from Chad to verify my location and let me know he was en route. He arrived very soon afterwards, picked up my vehicle, and towed it to my preferred shop 75 miles away. He was extremely courteous and made the whole situation painless. I would definitely recommend!

They came to the accident scene and towed the car. They waited patiently while we decided if the car was drive-able or not. Once we decided to get it towed they were extremely careful since the car was "lowered" to be sure they didn't cause any damage. Once back at their lot they gave tools to help remove my belongings and even helped cover up the back glass that was busted out so that it didn't cause any more damage. A+++ people and service. Highly recommend.

There is nothing fun about being stranded. I literally call Knotts and they were there in less than 10 minutes. The receptionist was nice and courteous and soothed my anxiety right away ensuring me they would be right over. The guy the towed my car was nice as well. My daughter had an accident today and after waiting for over an hour and not getting a response from any other companies the insurance company sent the request to I called Knotts. I explained what happened and the dispatcher said she would have someone out right away. I think the driver warped over to my daughter and husband. He got there and loaded the car in the space of twenty minutes. I am so so appreciative!! Thank you for helping us after wuch a rough day!Service: Car towing

Knotts Collision service has the most friendly employees especially Justin and Jessica. They were very professional and my car looks great. This company is quick and professional. They have towed my old 4x4 twice and both times they were on scene in less than 10 minutes. They also have the best rates and are the most polite people that you could deal with in this business. A++!

I d give them no stars if that was an option. They give misinformation about documents needed to get your vehicle out of storage. They only accept cash which is extremely suspicious.

I"ve been very impressed with the entire team at Knotts Collision. They take the time to talk with the customer, get to know you, and even become friends. The quality of their work is exceptional!. I strongly recommend them!

They were very difficult to work with in a time where I needed understanding. In the end after discussing my situation with the police in their lobby, my vehicle and Trailer were released to me but at a rate that was $50 higher than I was quoted on the phone. Be ready to fight to get you vehicle back. There is legitimate reasons to be sure the law is being followed to avoid liability of theft, there is also paranoia.

The staff is kind and treated us well when our car had to be towed after an accident. It is also nice that they are conveniently located for someone from out of town to find.

This company stole my car after a accident. My insurance company was sending a tow truck out. These people are thieves. I got my reimbursement from my insurance company for the towing and it s 100 dollars, but the tow company won t let me get my car. They said they want 350 dollars. This is absolutely criminal. Sad thing is they may be in cahoots with Phenix City Police. I m still waiting on a call from the Police Chief who I hope will rectify this. If he doesn t then they are just as criminal as this tow company. These folks are mean Spirited and acted really ugly to me.
