If I could give this ZERO stars I would. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. I purchased a tire from this place on a Thursday and air began to seep out by Saturday. He tried keep my spare tire but I was able to get it back but he still kept my money for it. I took it back to him on Monday and he put air in the tire and still charged me. I took it back today as I m making this review due to the tire still seeping air from it so I could at least get it replaced. He refused and wanted to plug it and charge me $10 for him selling me a bad tire and then proceeded to put air in it and wanted to charge me $5 for that. I left without paying anything because it was the worst service I d ever had. I then found out from other locals that he is racist to all races that aren t his which I m assuming he s Mexican or Puerto Rican but I would NEVER refer anyone to this God forsaken place.

Do not I repeat DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM HERE!!! This is a new person here and they are rude and sells bad tires! We got a tire put on the rim, he wouldn t balance it because we didn t have the car then I went to a different tire place on Crawford rd and was goin to get it balanced the new tire place told me the belt was broken in the tire I had just bought ended up having to call the police and STILL had to eat the cost of a tire and had to get another tire so o repeat DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS!!*In response to your answer Sir, I would come back to your business if my life depended on it!! If there was a way for me to sit just outside your property and let these people know exactly what type of person you are I would!!!

Worse place to go go to usaTried to sale me a used tire for $50 which wasn't bad price...when I looked over used tire it was full of nails this place is trash store is nasty roaches and rats everywhere

The person that owns this tire shop should get a zero. He's very rude and don't value customers. I asked for a tire plug and he gave me an attitude as if I was bothering him. Just shut the shop down. You've failed as a business owner

Wouldn't pick up the phone and wouldn't help me over the phone when I called I only was asking a question to see if they could put my rim on my tire and kept hanging up the phone on me when I called back

Had a blowout on a Sunday. My truck is lifted and the spare is way to small. The guy working came out took my wheel and tire and replaced the tire and brought it back to me for a very reasonable price for the situation i was in. I would recommend this place to anyone needing used tires.

Josh is amazing!!! My husband and I brought my Nissan there and he was able to detect the issue so we did not waste a bunch of money on things that were not the issue. I put a new fuel pump in (yes, me, a girl ) and my car runs like brand new! Thank you, Josh! You were knowledgeable and took your time speaking with us! We will reccomend you and this company and be sure to bring our vehicles in for whatever the needs are.

I've been going to this repair shop since the first time I came to them for help. Their prices are reasonable, and they are very courteous and do their best to help you. They are very accurate in their diagnosis a vehicle problems, and are willing to Rundown each possibility until they find what actually is wrong. They do give estimates for repairs that are reasonable, and they also sell used cars at their location and at another location.

This place is without a doubt on of the best shops I ve ever dealt with. Their prices are very fair and they an outstanding staff of skilled mechanics. I wish I could give them more stars. If you are looking for an auto shop in Phenix City this is your place!

Well, everyone here seems to agree, and have said what I'm about to say, VERY HONEST PEOPLE and great at what they do, very experienced mechanics with a professional and fun attitude, tells you whats wrong instead of saying you need this and that when you don't. just had my tires changed and a replacement of my control arm, thought i was going to have to break the bank but thankfully this shop is very well (FAIR) priced, i could keep going on and on about this shop/company but I think you'll get the point, if you ever need auto work, please believe me this is THE PLACE TO GO.

Never will take my truck here again they ripped me off. They charged me the whole time my truck was here even with me paying the bill in full. Then they were stripping my truck of parts they took the brand new battery out of it. Then proceeded to tell me it didn't come in with a battery. When I clearly drove up in the truck.

Took my fianc� suv here and they messed up her car. It makes popping noises when you turn they were supposed to fix her hub bearings and didn t know what they were doing. Come to find out they put electrical tape on some wires underneath (really). Don t take your vehicle here they dont know what their doing.

Great shop, they got my husband his heat again, and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg...they won't mess with you, just give you what is need. Thanks, will come here again.
