My family and I were new to the Phenix City area and prayed for an honest, reliable and affordable place to have work on our vehicles done. Faison's was highlighted to us and 9 years later, we are still taking our vehicles there and highly recommend to others to do the same.The team there goes above and beyond to get you the service you need at a reasonable price and time. Any work they are not able to do, they recommend great alternate places for you to get it done.

Bo was very helpful. Had a tire puncture he had me back on the road in about 10 minutes. This was my second time using them. I will continue to go back for all my automotive needs.

I absolutely love these guys I took my vehicle there it was ready the next evening they were friendly and courteous and didn't charge me an arm and a leg like I was quoted from some of the other local shops..heyyy they even put my break light bulb in for free lol I will always choose Faisons for my vehicles

Took my car here after taking it to a honda dealer. They put in new spark plugs for half the price that the first place was charging. They also found an another issue that the honda place didn't find. They fit me in without an appointment even with how busy they are and fixed my car quickly. I would definitely recommend this place. Great price, great business!

I was considering purchasing a new car because I had lost hope in my 13 year old vehicle. There was so much wrong with it. These guys were able to fix her up and make her run like new. The prices were fair! They won us over. We trust them more than we have ever trusted a shop before. They were highly recommended by Bens Body Shop and we know they re good people too. We will be bringing our vehicles here from now on. Hands down, the best service we have ever gotten. Timely, fair, honest. Thank you, guys!! You have loyal life customers here

I brought my 1992 Buick Roadmaster in there and they did a completely Great job. I bought it to two other shops in Columbus but with no results. I highly recommend my friends to give them your business. They completely fixed my issues and my car run Great. Reasonable prices and Great Customer service. Bo and Jerry did a great job. The staff here are honest and do great work. The prices are some of the best in town. When I need to get work done that I know the dealership will over charge on I go here. It's rare to come by a car shop that you can genuinely trust.

Great experience. I had a fuel injector go bad. They were able to get my car in on short notice. Complete the repair the same day. The final bill came in under the estimate.Definitely found where I'm going with any future needs.

They were very professional and courteous. If they don't fix the problem the first time. Bring it back and they will charge just for the parts. But, they will make sure the vehicle gets fixed. A friend of mine recommended Faison's months ago. Long story short, I noticed a sound on our camry and upon inspection, thought it was water pump. Took it to Faison's, didn't tell Jerry what I suspected. He looked at it, drew the same conclusion. They fixed it, very reasonable price, professionally done! Highly recommend them!

I began taking my 1999 Ford Expedition to Faison's since January of 2020, usually for tedious kinds of repairs that other shops did not want to be bothered with. Every time, Faison's has come through with timely, fairly-priced professional service and exceeded my expectations. I brought in my wife's Lexus for new tires recently and again, they came through for us with flying colors. As long as I live in the Chattahoochee Valley, this is where I'll be taking my vehicles and highly recommend them!Services: Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes

Great place. When I first moved up here didn t know anyone or anything. Looked up this came up. Brought my truck in. Treated me like I knew them for years. Very friendly plus they work with you. This is the only place I go now to get anything done. Been here now for 3 years and anytime I have a problem with my truck. This will be the only place I go. They fix it and get it done. Very professional and there very reasonable.

This great personable locally owned shop is rare in today's society. It's like a breath of fresh air or a blast from the past being treated like an actual person and not just a vehicle. Only downside for me is they close early on Saturday but highly respect the Sunday closure.

Well I'm not from this town but I was driving through with my five-month-old and my hungry, autistic five-year-old. I must've ran over something because my inflation light came on and when I pulled off, it was nearly flat. At almost 5pm on a Friday. These guys are very near the highway so I kinda limped the van along to their shop after finding it on Google. Knowing nothing of this town, I won't lie, appearances made me a bit nervous. There were no strobe lights, electronic signs, or LED TV's. No tires set up to convince you that you needed that model. But this place was a gem, and I'm so fortunate and lucky that I stumbled on it. They didn't have a tire for my van, so the owner himself drove across town to get one, in what I know was work hour traffic (because I was soon back in it). You know these guys wanted to go home for the day, but they balanced my tire and pulled it together after their posted hours. He could've charged ten times what he did, for after hours, or having to pick up a tire, or for my clear lack of knowledge and na�vet�, but he gave me a total price MUCH cheaper than the price I bought those tires for during a scheduled appointment at another place. Made it safely home with little wait time, with my two littles. While I was there I saw a couple guys stop in that clearly knew the owner/place, and I realized..... this type of place is the one, if you find it, you go there the rest of your life. It's a bummer when your car breaks down and usually a surprise expense, but these guys aren't going to rip you off - they'll do the right thing. I don't live in this town, don't know anybody there to refer personally, and unless that happens again, I'll probably never go there again, but he still did the right thing. This place is the real deal.

Came here after we ran over a roof rack that was stuck in the tire. They pulled and plugged it within 5 minutes and only charged a few bucks. He was super nice and it was a life saver!

Great people - helped my sister and I out of a jam two years ago. Not only fixed the car, but drove us (and our kids) to a hotel in their personal vehicles.

I had three other mechanics work on my truck and for some reason they couldn't get it right. This team hooked my baby up! Tight and right! I'll never go anywhere else. Huuuuge recommendation for FAISONS!!!!!

Took our car to firestone for an a.c. issue they stated it would be 1300. Went here for a second opinion and they replaced a relay and fix the problem for 60 dollars. Would highly recommend
