Called them after safelight canceled our appointment. The best thing we could ve done! Very professional, and prompt. They made us feel like a priority despite them being extremely busy. The communication was excellent. My husband is active duty and we live on base, our technician came right to our home and took care of everything over the phone since we were both at work.
