The staff was helpful and knowledgeable. They keep a few items that the other area stores do not. Convenient to downtown. If you work on your own cars join speed perks; it saved me $5.

Scott and his team here are great! There's never a great time to have car problems, but Scott and his team really helped! They got me set up with the right parts and the right tools to get me back on the road fast! Soon after, I had a new alternator and battery installed. Knowledgeable staff ensure you have everything you need, things like terminal protection, a few bucks now... Lots of headache and expenses avoided later.If it's something I can fix, I come here first.

This Manager and his staff were phenomenal. They were very helpful and blessed me with service that was beyond measures.Tuesday night I went to multiple stores that day to get a battery for my Mercedes benz no one wanted to help but they really came through for me and my family. THANKS again

Scott McDonald at store 9117 was wonderful. We broke down on the way from Florida to Georgia. We almost lost a wheel and he didn t stop until he found the parts we need. Love advance auto.O Reillys auto parts has nothing on this store!! Thanks Scott

Worst experience with an auto part store yet!! Will never shop advance again.Went looking for a front and rear signal lamp for my F150. First Advance shop didn't have the rear lamp so looked in computer and sent me to another Advance 10 miles away which see assured me had what I was looking for. Next Advance spent 10 minutes looking for the rear lamp but DIDN'T have it in stock. Waited 10 minutes for clerk to call first Advance because her computer said the original Advance had 18 rear lamps in stock. Turns out original Advance did have the correct parts but couldn't find them ending up in this wild goose chase.Next Went to an auto zone a couple blocks away. In and out in less than 5 minutes with correct parts hassle free. The moral of this epic is to NOT shop Advance Auto parts.

The best used to be a auto zone customer had a bad experience at auto zone involving my wife's treatment now I'm a loyal advance auto parts customer

Poor customer service-had a battery under warranty that didnt start. The employee tested it and said it was good. We knew the batter was good because we went to auto zone and walmart before learning it was purchased less than 2 years ago from advance auto parts. We had to jump the car twice to get it to advance. The employee said the battery was too corroded to start. I asked since it was under warranty would they replace it anyway. He said no because the battery is good and then tried to sell me items to clean the corrosion off. Disappointed in my experience here. Get your battery from a more customer service oriented store.

The store can provide top quality items for every car and truck in a timely and courteous manner; but on some items such as full synthetic oils prices are very high.

Great staff, if for any reason you can't find the part you're looking for they will make sure that it gets ordered for you. Handicap accessible. Great service and family friendly.

These guys actually came out and let me use a 15mm wrench to take a chain off of a bike and didn't even charge. 5 stars then.
