My car was taken to a work bay promptly. My oil change,tire rotation and courtesy fluid top offs were all done to my satisfaction. An indoor waiting allowed the work progress to be observed while seated. Each employee was courteous and friendly. It took 2 hours, a bit longer than I hoped for, before I was in my car again. The cost of services was lower than 3 other places in the area. After leaving,I checked my tire pressure and all fluid levels and was pleased to find them all correct! I would recommend Walmart Auto Center. There is a temporary app download to let you check on your vehicle, when work is started,ongoing and complete. The app is handy if you want to shop or leave the premise to know when your vehicle is ready.

Awesome deal on servicing my 2020 Maxima. For just $300, I got a full synthetic oil change, installed two new tires, and received lifetime road hazard coverage, along with rotate & balance services. Took a couple hours but you can t beat the price.

They suck customer service always bad. To busy out side or inside talking to coworkers. Spend less time dealing with customers.Now however the mechanics out side are top notch . Only reason ill give the 3 stars

Lost world! I was basing my purchase on last experience at the Chelsea location. Totally different! Took two days to get 2 tires installed. I won't do it again.

Pulled in with a flat tire and didn t have my tire size that s understandable. Asked to use a jack to change my own tire to put a spare on, they couldn t because of safety issues, that s understandable. After sitting and waiting for 1 1/2 hours for them to put my spare on, I went inside, bought a jack, changed my own tire in the parking lot while they watched. Don t waste your time with these people.Service: Tires

I was from out of state and the lady that checked me in was very helpful and honest. She also got me in very quickly without an appt and back on my way home!

On Sunday morning, getting ready for a road trip, my husband noticed a huge nail in our tire. Walmart Automotive was the only place open. Jeff, the service manager was fantastic! The tire could ultimately not be plugged . Even though he was short staffed, he managed to have a new tire put on the car in no time and sent us on our way. The service was reasonable, timely and courteous! We recommend Jeff and Walmart Automotive highly!!Service: Tires

I came it at 5:10 on 3-23-22 to get my oil changed on my 08 Silverado. I was told that 1 person was in front of me and I would get a text once it was finished so I went and grabbed the few items I needed. Well here it is now 7:30 and I was just told that they had forgot to do my oil change. I mean how do you forget to do your job it s not like they where super busy it was 1 guy and me. Then after they decided to pull in to do the oil change one of the employees tells me that I m lucky because they are technically closed already. I promise you this I will never go here again. this place is a joke!

I had a nail/puncture in my tire. It was super bad and sudden. All of the other garages in the area were closed. Walmart's auto center was closing in 30 minutes. I called, and made my way over. They weren't able to patch my tire due to the puncture. But, they put my spare on quickly and free of charge. Very professional and nice. 5 star rating.A couple of years ago I had a pretty bad experience at this location but the service and staff here made it up. Glad I chose to give them another chance and will return if I have any other problems.

There was only two customers when I got there. Waited 3 hrs to get 4 tires. I watched alot of talking and goofing off and also had 4 different people work on my car. I had to tell each one that I wanted to keep my old ones. Then when I finally went to leave they still did not put them in my car. I'm a 55 year old woman and had to load them myself. So I would say that it was a bad non professional experience.

We had a tire going down while traveling I-20 and pulled in at 7pm (closing time). They didn t hesitate but went out to check the tire. After finding a puncture in the sidewall, they mounted and balanced a new tire. They saved us much time and trouble where I didn t have to unload the suv to put on the spare. It was awesome customer service, after quitting time no less.Service: Tires

Good hours (7-7). They're a tad slow and they won't fix tire punctures within 1-2 inches of the sidewall. You basically have to run over a nail right on the center line of your tire

Been here three hours so far and they haven't started my tires yet. I was told it would take two hours to complete. Appears they are understaffed and jumping from one car to another instead of working on and finishing them as they come into their shop. To the best of my observations, they performed regular maintenance on two cars since I've been here.

The worst experience I've ever had getting tires. I would leave zero stars if I could. I purchased 4 tires online because of their low price. I went to get them put on 3 different times each time they had over 2 hour wait. Then when I finally decided to do it it took them over an hour to just locate my tires that were ordered online. I specifically told them I wanted my tires back when checking out. Three hours later when my car was finished they said they had cut up my previous tires and I wouldn't want them back. I had looked at my tires the day before going and there were at least 10,000 miles left on them. They preceded to show me tires that were worn until the belts were showing, which were not the tires I drove in there with. I would not recommend this Walmart tire center to my worst enemy.

1st and last time visit to this location. Took my car in for 4 new tires and the associate who placed the tires broke a part off of the wheel and didn't bother to tell me nor did he write anything in the comment section of the receipt I was given. I didn't find out it was broken until my car started vibrating when I applied the brakes. After already waiting 2 hours the 1st time I went in and then having to wait 2 1/2 hours the 2nd time I am done with this location. There were workers just standing around while a line of cars waited to be worked on. I heard several complaints from folks sitting around me and have to say everything I heard was true. The dept. seems very disorganized when it comes organizing the flow of cars in the bays to be worked on. Only 1 person was working the counter and they seemed very overwhelmed .

I've been here for an hour so far "next in line" while staring at 4 empty bays. One person already gave up and left. Stood outside for a half hour and nobody checked me in, I finally had to come in and talk to the cashier. I'd leave but I have a slow tire leak and don't trust it to drive anywhere else. This is insane.

Slow!!! CSM standing at the register, but hasn't done anything. Attendant is running around overloaded. Mechanics busy coking and joking with other associates (whom are on break behind the building).Went in for one tire. Somehow the 3 people behind me in line, from the beginning, got their tires mounted and were on their way, yet I am still waiting. Standard size tire (235/75/15) subpar service.I WILL NOT be returning. Even if I have a flat, this Walmart won't see a penny of the cost or a second of my time.

Wait time 2 hours and 15 minutes ... and counting. I would say poor management because of possibility of undermanned shop, but these guys move slower than molasses. Just picture the slowest moving object you've ever seen, well that's times 10. I am all about enjoying a work day and having conversations to distract your mind, but when you have 20 customers lined up and average wait time is 2 hours? Time to hustle and bustle!! Current wait time 2 hours and 20 minutes...for 1 tire!

This place is a pathetic JOKE!Open. NOT near closing time. NOBODY in front of us. NO other potential "customers" there. At least 4 employees dedicated to the Service Center department. And they state they CANNOT check a tire for a simple leak and plug it if needed.I mean seriously,... what a PATHETIC JOKE of a "service" center. Please avoid Walmart at all costs.

Can't walk in and get tires. Have to have an appointment only. Refuse to work you in. So don't go there if you need tires in an emergency setting or you work all the time and trying to get replacement on your only day off. If you need quality friendly tire service go across the road to City Tire in Pell City, Al

I had a blowout on I20. Rushing to get to Atlanta for a meeting. The team got me in quickly as promised and got me on the road within 1 1/2 hrs. Couldn't asked for any better. Thanks Wal-Mart

Trash. Said they couldn't do my oil change because of an over torqued oil plug. They guys at Havoline had me in and out in 20 minutes with no issues.

They were understaffed and dealing with more than one upset customer. I had to wait over three and a half hours just to get a single Tire put on my car.

0 stars. This place is a joke. Bought tires here to save some money. (Its Not worth it) 4hrs just for a rotate and balance. Unbelievable. Management should be let go or reprimanded. Do not go here.

It was horrible. This is the 2nd time they have taken someone in before me. Sorry to say a said a foul word before I left. (It's been 5Yrs)Went to express oil.Will not be using Pell City Auto again!!!!

LONG wait times and they are always so busy. Just a tip to readers, if your getting groceries while your car is getting something done, wait until your car is in the bay before you start shopping!
