While passing through Pell City, Alabama I noticed a nail in my tire. Vulcan tire in Pell City was the first place I came to. They agreed to look at it, I made a cup of complimentary coffee and got my son some complimentary water and popcorn and we sat on the couch while they pulled it in. Come to find out the nail was very small. They checked it for leaks and gave it the all clear. After receiving this good news I pulled out my wallet to pay and was told by Clay Wooley that there was no charge since there was no leak. The piece of mind that comes from knowing my drive back to Chattanooga without a flat tire was worth $20 to me, but he refused. Good ole fashion southern hospitality. Thanks again Clay.

I don t often feel so at ease at car mechanic shops, but I felt like these guys were honest, professional, and not pushy. The waiting room was very spacious and comfortable. Smelled like popcorn actually. And I happened to have my dog with me and they were very friendly and let her sit with me in the waiting room. I m already planning on using this shop again for my next oil change and tire rotation. Oh and the man helping me settle up sang me a brief riff because my name is a lyric in a song, which was funny and kind.

The Lovejoy Family is truly appreciative of Rusty and his crew at Vulcan Tire! My wife had a concern about her brakes, so he got us in quickly and took a look at everything, on Saturday morning. It was discovered that something may have gotten hung up, causing the brakes to make an abnormal sound and he sat down with us in the lobby to ensure us of our safety and to let us know everything looked great. They didn't charge us a dime and made sure that my family was very well taken care of. Businesses like this seem hard to come by, nowadays. However, you shouldn't hesitate to take your vehicle to these guys! The professionalism and their concern for our wellbeing were top notch. Rest assured that you're in great and honest hands! Thank for everything and many blessings.

Had an awesome experience at Vulcan Tire & Automotive today. Needed a set of tires before heading to the beach tomorrow. Rusty was able to get the set of tires I wanted delivered same day. Zero sales pressure. Buzzed over after work and they were able to start working on my car immediately. They had my tires mounted and balances and had me back on the road in less than 40 minutes. Seriously great service, will be returning for all of our cars.

These guys are awesome, they made a mistake. They owned up to it and fixed it for no charge. If you want somebody that will stand by their word and do what they say and has excellent customer service. This is your place.

I am so excited that Vulcan has come to Pell City. I first used Vulcan in Moody, Al.For years Vulcan serviced my tire needs and sold me tires at the best value. Always in a timely manner, polite,very lady friendly and made me feel comfortable. Never once have they tried to sell or repair anything unnecessary for my vehicle.I have, myself in the past year moved to Pell City, Al. and I was so happy and blessed that Vulcan followed soon after I arrived. Please make the service personnel feel welcome here in this wonderful community that I have become to so appreciate.

Great place. Great people. We use these guys for our F350s and F450s and they always do a great job. From tires, alignment, ball joints etc. Wouldn t go anywhere else.
