At this point, my interactions with everyone have been pleasant. I bought a vehicle that is having some issues but they are working with me to resolve those issues as best they can. The jury is still out, but thus far we are good. I will say they could ve been more informative of vehicle issues they knew were there before the sale took place. Transparency gets my business EVERY TIME.

TCcustoms @ Town&County Ford in Pell City, AL is a top of the line, high quality service second to none! I can't say enough about their customer service, attention to detail, and overall workmanship when I decided to upgrade to a Roush Suspension System, add window deflectors and a hood deflector (not pictured in the attached photo) on my 2021 F150. They wasted no time upon arrival, and they were so efficient - I could not even finish a cup of coffee. Nathan was extremely professional, insightful and oversaw my vehicle install requirements/expectations from a to z. I have tremendous confidence in this service and their team of experts/technicians. Whether its tires, rims, leveling kits and anything to add or modify on your truck - this team is first rate! I drove an hour and 50 minutes to have this work done (on two occasions); the first time the suspension system and window deflectors were added; the second time I had the hood deflector (purchased at a Ford Dealer near me in Georgia) added, along with torque settings and alignment check without charge. I was so impressed the first time, I did not hesitate to make this trip again!

TCCustoms went above what they had to do on my truck. They treated my project like it was their personal vehicle. It was something they had never done to a truck before. I would definitely use them again.

I have used TCcustoms yet but have heard good things. Ford Town and Country though is an outstanding dealership and have used for years. Never had problems and has always been honest. They let me know when I need something but they tell me if it's recommended by ford.
