DO NOT bring your car to this place, if you don't want it to get screwed up. I brought my 2010 Volvo XC90 here for an oil change & tire rotation, and now when I hit my brakes, the front end vibrates, and it's more violent when going faster.The technician states that my front rotors are warped. The technician also suggested that perhaps my calipers went bad - and it just happened to coincide with when they touched my car. The customer service person suggested having the rotation un-done. That's not a solution. SOMETHING went wrong, while the car was in their care, and they won't take responsibility.I have had ZERO PROBLEMS with the brakes in my car since March of this year, when we did some major repairs. The front caliper springs were replaced, master cylinder replaced, brake lines bled, and rotors & pads replaced.Yes, it's a 13-yr old car, but it's an 8month old brake system. I have the receipts to prove it, and showed them!!!

Took my Chevy avalanche in for an alignment which I haven't had done since 2017 so it was past due and they told me that it was perfect and they didn't charge me for the check. I think that was very honest of them they could have easily just said it was done and charged me the $99.95 for the service.

After a year of not using this place from a previous bad experience, I decided that maybe they had enough turnover to give then another chance.Today I dropped my car off for an oil change at 11:45. I asked when to pickup and was told 2:00. At 4:30 I went to pickup and was told it wasn t ready. Poor customer service, poor communication, poor technicians, literally nothing good happens here! Avoid at all costs!Service: Oil change

My A/C was blowing warm air. Took my car there to have them check on the Freon levels/add Freon if needed. Almost 2hrs go by before they let me know Freon is fine but there s other issues with the A/C- they cannot fix it there- and here s a $135 diagnosis fee?!?! I was NOT happy.

I have a ~4 month old Maverick that developed a very slow leak in one tire. With less than 10,000 miles on the vehicle, there was nothing that could be done under any warranty, so I was quoted $315 for a replacement tire. The best they could do was to apply my FordPass rewards to take $200 off, but that would then mean that I wouldn't have the rewards in the future to apply to oil changes. Annoying, but I can deal with it. So I scheduled the replacement as they had to order the tire.The real trouble came when I arrived for my scheduled appointment for the tire replacement. I scheduled it for 10:30 and showed up around 10:05-10:10. At 11:15, they finally took my truck back. What's the point of scheduling an appointment if they're going to be 45 minutes late? Because I had an appointment, I was scheduling the rest of my day around this, which was then thrown completely out of line.When they finally finished and I went to leave, the truck had a terrible squeal when it was in motion. I heard it when they were moving it from the bay to a parking space, but didn't realize it was my truck. I don't know why they would call it finished and return it when it was squealing as bad as it was.I already was not the happiest with how the dealership handled selling me the vehicle (trying to perform extra services without my approval and charging me for them!), but they have not been instilling any confidence in the after sale support for my vehicle.
