The two stars I did give were for the employee that was working at the time because he tried his best. Battery died while in town, since my last one came from a different O Reilly my husband automatically went there. The 2 year warranty on the battery had literally expired THE DAY BEFORE. The employee told us they would still guarantee the warranty. He tried his best to get the date to override but the system wouldn t do it. He got the manager to help but the manager would not even listen to the entire thing & just automatically shut it down telling him to either pay the $179 or leave. If it wasn t for the fact that it was almost 9 pm in a town over an hour from home we would have just left. The manager was a complete jerk & was absolutely one of the most unprofessional people I had ever dealt with in customer service. Thank goodness I didn t live in that town.

I give 5 stars- because of Nicole. She is in the back and does mostly commercial accounts but she is the absolute best!! Hands down.

Quite happy with the professionalism of the crew of this location. Went above and beyond trying to help us get the part that we needed! I appreciate that. Highly recommend this location.

The delivery guy which has delivered to me several times is more professional than anyone behind the counter. If I order something he gives me follow up calls. Good man.

How these guys rate a 4.5 out of 5 escapes me. Just spent 5 minutes in there...they had 2 employees one was more concerned about helpi g customers who weren't even in the store, they were on the phone. The other employee doesnt know how to get a customer to tell hi. What he wants without first telling his whole life story. They need more employees there and better training. I will not be back there.

Not great. We called and ordered a dipstick for my husband's Jeep. The man told us it would be in the next day, took our name and number and everything. We go there to pick it up and they said they didnt have it and couldn't get it. Never did receive a call telling us this

I dealt with a female employee first & she was very smart and knowledgeable. She was very polite and helpful with all the options for buying each part I needed. She knew exactly where everything I needed in each isle of the store was too.I also asked a couple of the male employees questions and their opinions, they were very helpful as well. They even made it known loud and clear that they would do "price matching". I highly recommend.

I ve been using OReilly Auto Parts for years and tonight I had to go and pick some coolant and figured out there were other things wrong with my vehicle. I was super overwhelmed, being a somewhat newly divorced single mom, and the employees there were incredible. They made sure that I was okay and helped me out, on top of making sure that my kids were okay while we waited on a ride to take us home. Thank you so much for being kind and considerate!

I went to Pell City O'Reilly's to get a headlight bulb the manager wait on me he was was not very friendly he didn't offer to change my bulb out website says y'all change bulb

Walked in and walked the aisles as usual, like a kid in a candy store. There's something about shiny car accessories that make me smile. Found what I was looking for without anyone's help and got into a conversation with a young lady stocking product. We discussed purple max and how it helped my cars fuel system immensely. She helped me pick out the correct one for my gasoline engine, then proceeded to the checkout so I wouldn't have to wait.

I had purchased windshield wipers two or three months ago and Everytime it would rain, they were extremely loud and annoying. Since it was summer and not raining that often, I kept forgetting to return these wipers. I finally remembered yesterday and Sarah and another girl was so nice and changed them out for me. I really appreciate their help and understanding.

Went in for a Cv Axel. They were fast and helped get the parts I needed. Would recommend them over Auto Zone any day. Also had my 2 year old daughter with me and one guy offered to carry the part out to the car! Awesome experience really appreciate there hospitality.

Hoorah!! A place for a no parts knowing lady like me, to go to a place that has predominantly women working their. Makes me proud to be a woman. You go lady's from O'Reilly's you smart women.

i have ordered the same part 3 times and on the third time, it was still wrong so I finally decided to go to another O'Reilly Auto Parts store where they have more experienced representatives for help. Originally, this location had lost my original part causing me to have to order a remake part and causing a major delay in repairing my car.

Great place and amazing customer service! My battery had to be replaced and it was a major pain to get it out, but they did, even with a storm approaching! Definitely my go-to place now!
