Wow! A car repair shop that does what they say they will do. Pricing was great and Mark explained every detail of the repair. The vehicle was ready at the precise time he said it would be ready. Will continue to bring our vehicles to MPS.

I can't say enough positive things about the service I received today. I'm finishing up a 12 year build on my track car. Needed alignment and MPS is only the second place to do work on my car outside my garage. They treated my junk with exceptional care, performed research to help me set up the suspension, and took a bit of time for bench racing. The owner and two of the mechanics that I spoke with were exceptionally knowledgeable and very willing to help a guy out with suggestions.Today they were setting up my track car, installing a 6 speed in a restored 67 Chevelle, and replacing the engine in a 1500 Ram. These guys can do it all.

My car unexpectedly broke down on the way from Atlanta to Memphis. We were able to get it towed to MPS. Let me tell you. The customer service that Mark and his guys provided was second to none. Mark was super courteous and understanding. They diagnosed the issue quickly and let me know the options all while I continued the trip in a rental. I would recommend them to anyone. We had an awesome experience! Also special shout to Hank's Towing for getting the car where we needed it for a great price.

MPS automotive offered affordable, excellent, and professional service. Mark was very easy to communicate with, honest and upfront. He kept me informed about the repairs and offered over- the- phone payment options. I had no idea how to get my daughter's vehicle towed. He coordinated w/ Hank's Towing and applied the towing fee to the repair bill. I live 4 hours away, but Mark and I spoke as though I lived in town. My daughter picked up her car and was happy about the service and performance of the Lexus. Thanks to Mark and the mechanics at MPS automotive.

Always great service. We've had several cars taken care of here. Mark and his service techs are very thorough, and do what's needed without unnecessary services forced on you. Keeps our vehicles in tip top shape and reliable. Definitely recommend!!!!

This shop is awesome! They re very experienced and thorough, it s no wonder why they keep so busy. They resurrected my 94 F150 and it s been running great since.

Haven't gotten my vehicle out yet but as of now i have a good opinion of the shop. Had mixed opinion of owner at the start but he has shown to be a better person than i had judged him to be at first.

Talked to them over the phone and was very professional will be sending my wife's Lexus to them soon and if there as good and reasonable as the reviews I may have a full engine rebuild I need them to do on a 20r engine

Great service but the guy was more concerned with the people he was on the phone with more than a customer standing in front of him, but once off the phone he was great.

Best guys in the state. I am serious , I would like to have the talent in my Body Shop that Mark Puls does at M.P.S. They were super busy but worked with on getting my truck up and going. They showed me the parts that were bad and replaced and warned me of some other thungs that would need my attention soon. I'll be back if I need anything else
