On Nov. 20 I was traveling from Miss. to VA and my new jeep broke down near Leeds. A nice man stopped to help and we figured out the problem and he told me to call McSweeney s. I am so thankful that I did. Teleatha and her team treated me right. They understand my plight and got me in right away, they not only fixed my problem but they found another that would have left me stranded again and fixed it quickly and got me on my way!!! They were so caring about my situation. I really appreciate all they did. I also would like to mention that the sales staff were very friendly and personable as well. You really do employ nothing but the best!! I may live 3 hours away, but you have a customer for life! Thank you for everything

Just recently purchased a new Ram from McSweeney. The customer service was phenomenal and the sales representative (Calvin Crum) was great to work with. McSweeney gave us a great deal on our trade in that I was happy with. The price on the new Ram was not overpriced like other dealers.I m a religious guy and definitely enjoyed the Christian music playing in the facility.The McSweeney staff made sure the new Ram was cleaned, inspected and they even filled it up with a tank of gas prior to rolling off the lot. I HIGHLY recommend seeing McSweeney for your new/used vehicle needs.

I recently purchased a fantastic truck at McSweeney. My experience couldn't have been better. Dirk McMullin did an excellent job in assisting me with my selection process. Everyone there is very friendly, thoughtful and helpful. I highly recommend this dealership!

Just purchased a new Ram 1500 Laramie. Cj my salesman was exceptional. He was prepared, polite, professional and consistently made sure I was ok with everything. I was able to meet the service team and they were equally of the same caliber. Called with just a couple of questions after the sale, everyone went above and beyond. Just overall nice & helpful. The experience was the best I have had in a very long time. If you re looking, I would take the drive to see them you won t be disappointed.

Friendly and nice. Got us in quick. However, when paying they don t tell you there s a charge for using a card to pay until you show up and you notice the price increase when you go to stick your card in. A heads up to the customer would be nice so they can decide if they want a different form of payment.

I have never enjoyed the actual buying process of a vehicle, until now. I flew in from out of state to purchase my truck. They had all of the paperwork ready to go. No haggling on the price, No high pressure sales for extended warranties. No running to get 6 different managers . As soon as I walked in, Jamie made me feel right at home. She even ran and grabbed me a coffee from Starbucks. Ethan, my salesman, was awesome from start to finish. Buying a truck from out of state was a little stressful, but his timely communication and willingness to go above and beyond was greatly appreciated. Kevin in finance had me in and out within 30 minutes. He made sure all of the taxes and out of state stuff was on point. Finished off the day with Ethan giving me a thorough run down of everything this truck can do. I can honestly say I really enjoyed the buying experience here. I will send all of my friends and family here!

BE AWARE.....We went to this dealership on March 18 because we found a truck on their website that we were very interested in. We had a ford we wanted to trade in. I spoke to our salesman prior to us going. We get there, test drive the Ram we wanted, we told the salesman to get someone test drive our truck while we were gone. That didn't happen so we had to wait on that. After they drove our truck and the salesman asked what we needed to for the trade in. My husband told him. Well, after they drove it, they came back with a low ball offer and told us the truck had a whining noise...they got the mechanic to drive it and he said it was just the tires..The salesman kept asking my husband what he wanted for the trade in. Finally, I told him "we didn't walk up here and we won't walk back home" they came back and gave us what we wanted out of our trade in. While doing the paper work, they told my husband that as soon as the check cleared the bank, the check cleared the next day, they would mail the tag/title info to the DMV. I went to the tag office several times trying to get the tag but they didn't have the paperwork. Keep in mind, McSweeney only gave us a 20 day temp tag...The temp tag expired on April 7. I called McSweeney on April 8 and left a message for Kim in the title dept. April 9, she didn't call back so I called her back and to our surprise....they haven't even mailed the paperwork in yet. She is supposedly overnighting it to me so I can go get a tag. We asked about a tag frame for the new truck...the guy in parts said 'he couldn't find a tag frame". I found one online at Mopar.....This was the worst vehicle buying/trade in experience we have ever had and it took a very long time....Also, they hounded us to give them a 10 on the survey they send out...needless to say, they did not get a 10 and we will never buy or recommend anyone to buy from them.

I was metatarsal the door by the salesman ,I showed him the truck I wanted to see he was very obliging in locating the truck . His help through out the purchasing process was professional and courteous. We completed the purchase in a very timely manner. Everyone there was friendly and offered to help in anyway they could.

Traded my 2016 3500 in and got a 2019 Trail Boss. It was a good experience until I went back to get my oil change I spoke with salesman that sold it to me he ask how I liked it told him I really miss my 3500 dodge then he preceded to tell me about a 3500 dodge that was on sell for 51,000 told him I was very interested. Told him what I would like as a payment and told him to find out for me. I gave 47,000 for the trail boss now this has only been 45 days since I bought it when he gave me the brake down I was shocked showing they would give me 32,000 for the trail boss because of rebates. I know I would loose some money I understand that but not 15,000 in 45 days I feel like this is just a way to say you re have a sale on vehicles but making the difference up on trade inns. I was very pleased with the first experience of buying my trail boss but I will not do business with Mcsweeny again. I have bought 6 vehicles from serra Toyota and they was always very fair with my trade inn. Sorry just really felt like I was not treated fair on my second experience with you guys.

My sales person Andre Porter was phenomenal. When I arrived at the dealership the vehicle I inquired about was up front and ready for me to take it for a test drive! I've never experienced such a fast, easy and successful experience.Best experience I've ever had buying a car. Andre and the staff are awesome! I highly recommend McSweeney Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Pell City.

Buying a car is something I have always dread because of the lengthy process. Bronson has made buying a car easy and does everything he can to be prepared for when we arrive there is little to no time spent in an office. Knowledgeable and always available for support. Bought my new Ram at the end of November and bought the last Chrysler 300. Thanks Bronson for superior service!!!

After an extensive search for a new truck, I found McSweeney CDJR in Pell City, AL. I was then referred to Sales Advisor, Andre Porter. This was my first experience purchasing a vehicle out of state and with McSweeney. Over the past 45 years, I have lived in 3 states and purchased a number of vehicles for personal and business use. My experience this week with Andre and the team at McSweeney was by far, the best I've ever had at any dealership. That includes, each touchpoint from phone receptionists, sales personel, sales process & use of technology, business manager (Ron), service department, and parts for after purchase items. Andre Porter demonstrated a high level of knowledge in all the complex Ram options available to help make our buying decision. He took the time to "hands on" carefully walk us through the new technology set-up and to customize everything from comfort settings to procedures for removing the tailgate for hauling. He has called me every day after the sale to ensure everything is working properly and offered to assist with any and all ongoing questions. He is an outstanding representative and asset for the dealership and a shining example of success for his age. He gives continued hope in the next generation. Well done Andre and McSweeney.

I went just to look at a new truck and wound up leaving in a new truck. Warmly greeted by my sales rep Andre Porter as I entered the dealership. We sat down. I told him what I was looking for and a couple of hours later I had a new truck with great financing. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I have used this dealership to service my trade in Jeep Gladiator and their service department is also amazing. If you are looking for a new vehicle give Andre a call

McSweeny is the best. Great customer service and support. I had a problem with Mopar Vehicle Protection and was unable to get it resolved with Mopar. Conner Miller in the service department at McSweeny was fantastic. He went above and beyond to get me to the right people to get my problems resolved. If I could, he would get 10 star rating. All the folks at McSweeny will go to bat for you. Buy your next car from them and you won t regret it.

5 stars for every step of my recent purchase of a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee! My salesman Dirk as well as the sales manager were attentive to every detail of what I was looking for, and went extra-extra miles to get me exactly what I wanted. They made it easy to make the deal that I wanted to put me in my dream Jeep. I've used their service department for the past year for my previous car, and the service there is second to none. Altogether awesome dealership!

I went in expecting to haggle myself into self induced migraine coma, not so fast my friend....... the experience was very pleasant and to my surprise kind of relaxing. The feeling of "not having to explain every detail of my like to convince the dealer to give me the best deal possible" wasn't there. They met every concern and indecision I had with knocking money off left and right from the bottom dollar. I didn't feel like going home, lighting some candles, running a hot bubble bath and having a good cry when the deal was done! Very nice to see that! I highly recommend! Period........

Purchased our second vehicle, within the last year at McSweeney. Entire experience was a breeze. Dealership had the vehicle that met our requirements. Price was fair. Sales team, finance and other staff were courteous and knowledgeable about their products and services.

Never thought I would achieve my plans in purchasing the Ram 1500 Black Widow package my eyes have been on this truck for awhile now. Super happy with our experience buying a new 2500! Marshall was super kind and laid back which gave us time to really decide what we wanted. The staff was courteous and responsive to our wait while putting together the administrative parts ( everyone s least favorite part). We have used them in the past for service on our 1500 and again found the staff to be genuine and all around nice people. We will continue to work with Mc Sweeney and recommend to friends and family!!
