Great auto repair shop! Very quick and quality service! Always go above and beyond to help customers! If you have specific questions ask for James! I ve been using this shop for over a decade and have never been let down, disappointed, or wrongfully charged!!Highly recommend this auto repair shop to everyone in the area!! Rotated my tires quickly but didn t rotate the tire on the back of my jeep after I told one guy how I wanted it done !! Will not go back

Customer service goes a long way with me, and the service here exceeded my expectations. I had an issue with my skid plate dragging the day after an oil change here. I jumped the gun and got angry assuming they didn t attach it correctly after draining my oil and wrote a review on here saying as much. A week or so later, the manager called and asked me to explain the situation and asked me to come in so he could take a look. He removed the piece that was dragging and ordered me a new skid plate and replaced it free of charge, whereas the dealership quoted me $300+ for part and labor.David, the manager, explained it could have been something they did or, most likely, one of the clips that holds the plate broke without anyone knowing and fell out after I left. Either way, they took responsibility and will have a lifelong customer because of it.Not every big-chain place cares about their customers like this, so I really appreciate David and his guys taking care of me and my car.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Truck was making noise, they said it was the hub. Also that ball joints needed replacing. It was returned to me making the same noise. They said other stuff needed replacing anyway and want me to pay more to fix the original issue.

The only reason that they get one star is because I can't give them no stars. CJ and the other fat guy there are DECEPTIVE LIARS. CJ performed an oil change, and afterward, when I pulled out a card to pay, then CJ Finally Tells Me That There Is An EXTRA FEE For Paying With A Card. Best CJ Could Or Would Do Is "There's Nothing We Can Do About It ". A week later, I got a call from The Other FAT GUY and All He Could Or Would Do Is Say "Sorry ". I've already posted complaints about this place on the Express Oil Change website, and they are Not Responding to my emails. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH EITHER OF THE LOCATIONS IN PELL CITY. SHUT THEM DOWN NOW .

This is my second location I ve been to and I ve ended up with the same guy as before. He will hold things up and say that you need another one but not explain what it is that I need. I stated that I needed to call my husband first and his reply is Yeah fine, call him but you still need it. Customer service is not there at all. I think he takes pride in making people feel stupid. I went to this location after a previously bad experience with him at the other one. I will not be back.

10/10 will always recommend. I never leave reviews for anywhere but I have to make an exception because This place is great. Only place in town I will have my oil changed at.We were immediately pulled into a bay to have oil changed and wiper blades replaced.VIRGIL is who serviced my car and let me tell you guys, he is incredible! Very quick but also thorough, and very polite. They usually have suckers to pass out to kids but because of COVID they have stopped doing that so when my little girl asked for one he apologized and handed us $5 and told us to get her a couple bags of them. He really was the sweetest guy and he is very good at what he does. All the guys are great but Virgil really stands out.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I went in for an oil & fuel filter change. I ended up with a mechanical issue that the manager & technician gave direct attention to. Kent & Bo really went far ahead, above and beyond to repair my vehicle. When Kent says, "we value our customers and appreciate your business", it isn't just a line. I would highly recommend trusting your vehicle to these gentlemen. Extremely professional. The facility has a very nice waiting area for the customers with available snacks. It was very nice to be able to get out of the heat. The restroom was also very tidy, which is a big plus!

Great customer service! I recently had a HUGE amount of work, that was unexpected, done on my SUV. This was AFTER I had the motor rebuilt. The guys at Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers took care of all my multiple issues with no problem. They helped me get my "money pit" back on the road and driving great! They are not just a tire and oil change place. I've trusted them with regular upkeep on my vehicles for over 15 years. It's hard to find a place you trust when you need a car repair. These guys I trust completely!

I love these guys they are always kind but this is the second and last time I will deal with this. The first issue was I just got my tires done by them fair price and fair work. Give it a week and the pressure light comes on. Take it back as I asked for the warranty turns out even after my tires weren't covered and there was a bolt in my tire which they ripped out on the spot. The same ones littering the ground in the back parking lot. They could not patch and it would cost another 300 for the tire Ive had a week. Left and fixed it myself. Went back as up until they have been perfect. I am regular and on time. My break light came on last oil change and I asked them then if I needed to change them I was told nope it was fine until next oil change. Sitting here this morning they couldnt fit me in and I went somewhere else. My rodders are shot. Listening to them just cost me another $200 then I should have had to pay since I was willing last time. This place has cost me $300 total for just using and listening to them. No moreYou will not find a better oil change location I will give them that but if that is all you can do well do mot advertise for anything else.

I have asked them twice to not report to car fax. One of the reasons I don t use the dealer. But both times they did. Service was fine. But I don t think car fax has any business tracking my services. So I will be going somewhere else

Visiting our second time in a month. Different vehicle. Both times we ve gotten Chris at the Pell City location. He has given excellent customer service each time and always with a smile. He is so friendly. Definitely deserves some type of compensation for his hard work.

Awesome!Very professional technicians did a great jobMitchell went out of his way to assist my vehicle needs and made me feel like family. Very nice bunch of guys who perform maintenance on vehicles as if it belonged to their own mother. The assistant manager Neil will make sure you leave feeling confident in the his crew.Thanks for another Great job guys!

If you are a woman I'd highly suggest you go somewhere else. You will talked down on, discriminated against, yelled at, and maybe you'll be lucky and get the same guy I did and he will try to fight you. All of this will happen in front of management and nothing will be done. I've reached out to Joe sawyer 6 times now w no response. So go somewhere that people value their job and customers.Service: Oil change

Although I don't believe the mechanic (Andrew) intentionally broke my car he did and now I have been without a vehicle for over a month. I took my car to Express a couple months back and they told me I had 3 oil leaks.. First oil leak was replaced and it went off without a hitch (even though car was still smoking and showing low oil almost 2 weeks after repair). Took car back for oil filter housing gasket replacement and as soon as we got the car back it was spewing coolant out of the coolant reservoir. Immediately took it back and he claimed it was just an o ring.. Put that on, drove car home and it was fine until 2 am when I had to drive my husband to work.. An 8 minute drive turned into 2 hours and thank god their business was close by because we had to drop off the car and walk a mile to get to his job in freezing temps.. I had literally just given birth too... I'm lucky my little newborn wasn't with me while I had to walk that..Anyway.. Few days passed at their shop and they pawned me off to another mechanic that wants to replace my now malfunctioning water pump for $3500. Mind you I just had this water pump and hoses replaced ONE YEAR prior.. Honestly, I should have said no.. You laid your hands on it and it was running just fine until you did whatever you did.. It probably wasn't intentional but somewhere down the line you made a mistake because there's NO WAY a practically new water pump should malfunction like this.. So..Now BMW has looked at the car... I don't know if the oil filter housing gasket was truly spewing oil (I also had that replaced 3 years prior, but hey you try to trust people right??) but the rear valve cover is leaking oil. That's where the oil leak was truly coming from. By the way they pawned me off on someone else I suspect that they took me for a ride and did $1200 in useless repairs that probably weren't even necessary.Now I am stuck with a car that won't move and costs more in repairs than I even owe on it.. I think they know what the right thing would be to do, but they probably won't do it... You got your money so who cares huh??These people might be able to change oil on a car (I personally wouldn't even trust that anymore) but they can not do actual engine work.. Period.. And the total lack of care and professionalism will keep me away from this place forever..Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair

My wife and I have brought several cars to James for tune ups and repairs and he has been exceptional in his service and attitude. He have a Honda Pilot that needed about $1800 in repairs and regular maintenance and James had it done in less than two days! We live over an hour away but will drive out of our way to come here because we love and trust James.

Great service! The guys are super nice and knowledgeable. Had a reverse light out, that I wasn't aware of, they informed me and changed it out. I've never had anything but good experiences.

Andrew at this location will be my go-to from now on. I recently had some brake work done improperly, at another location, which created noise upon braking. I stopped in this location to have the noise inspected. Andrew promptly diagnosed the problem, and communicated with the other location. He then explained to me why the noise was occurring and his knowledge and expertise were very evident and much appreciated.

They have great customer service! Every year my car tells me my tire pressure is too low. I just pull up and ask them to check my tires and they do it for free. So because of things like this, I have no problem getting my oil changed here when needed.

Very delighted with the professionalism of all the employees. When I pulled in to get my oil changed, CJ told me he heard a noise coming from under the hood of my car. He explained what it could be. However, the noise stopped and a diagnostic couldn t be rendered. I can t say the last time such courtesy and all out Southern charm has been shown for an oil change. Two thumbs up. I will definitely be back.

Havoline does most of my mechanic work. After seversl issues of low tire, today Flat tire with nail near edge on truck F150. Recommended I go elsewhere because their patch would not hold in that nail area. He could have patched, been paid, and sent me on my merry way only to have problems again soon. I live in rural area which could have been dangerous too. Thank you for being honest, helpful and having my back. Great company for your car service and repair business. Highly recommend. 5+ stars.

This place never replaced my oil after draining it . Due to this my motor locked up and I needed to buy a new motor . I contacted the management (Richerd whom we all know stands for @x$k & this he was on the phone ) and thy did nothing for me . Now I m without a car & $1000s in the hole for a new motor. Looks like more time waisted in small claims court . If your reading this & in a position to make this right feel free to leave a comment and I ll Contact you .
