I appreciate the fact that, unlike other local parts stores, these guys aren t lazy. And will do what they can to thier limits to make sure the customer leaves happy. And I m not only speaking from my experience, I m speaking about the way they handle themselves, the guy two customers ahead of me was being rude and giving them a hard time. But that didn t stop the tall guy with long hair to handle the next customer with a smile and great service. I ended up needing a part that was normally pricey everywhere else but this guy took the time to make sure I got the right part for the right price. Will definitely be going back for future parts.

Always a good place to get your parts and get your hands dirty! Staff is always helpful and friendly! This store specifically is very well equipped and very good about keeping things in stock!!! Also have some really knowledgeable staff who can provide you with alternatives if need be!! But with everything these days every now and then you come across a bad employee but rarely does that happen around here! Always a pleasure!

We did an online order previously and it was missing parts. I called and they quickly sent the missed parts and gave me an additional discount. In recently called to see if they had parts on hand and they verified that they were available at their site. We went in and the process was very smooth and easy.

We were shocked at the response from employee here. Brought in a short rubber fuel line to match size. They did not know what it was, asked me what it was, then what size (5/16), then without looking said they did not have fuel lines.Is this an auto parts store without knowledge of rubber fuel lines ?Went to O'Reilly's and they had a rack with at least 9 types and sizes.

I did not think it's appropriate.For someone that's working with customers and working the register to be holding his balls while checking out a customer.With his hand in his pants. I will not be back at that store.

Stephen was super helpfull! He took the time to listen to the issue I was having and what I was doing to fix it and he suggested an alternate fix to what I was there for and sure enough that fixed my issue boy am i glad he saved me $ and a headache!!! he is verry knowledgeable and friendly 10/10 service and result!!!!

I went in with a battery return. They were helpful the lady was doing the computer work to fill out info, the gentleman grabbed the battery and walked out with a cart so I didn't have to carry anything and they grabbed the old battery. Granted I may have been the first person there this morning but even so they showed excellent customer service. Thank you.

My first trip to the new store, I was looking for saw blades. Being Male I thought I could find them on my own. After a few minutes I decided to seek professional help by way of a store associate. The staff member behind the register was busy so he's off limits. The only two clerks I found on the floor were both helping an elderly woman with paint samples and some other essentials. I patiently waited at a respectful distance for some time. It was obvious they saw me. However neither one ever a acknowledged my presence . They just kept their heads down and continued on. I bought my blades at Home Depot .The store is very nicely appointed. This the 3 stars.

The man At the cash register that helped me yesterday with my head light bulbs around 11:00am was so nice. He was friendly and very helpful. Thank you. Very clean store as well.

It s 9:15 and the manager is not here to open the store. Employees and customers are outside waiting. Customers are driving off and employee are sitting sitting in their car , waiting for the manager to arrive .

Needed transmission fluid they were closest parts store. Hours said they should be open the were NOT..... We had to drive several miles down the road. Now our transmission silinoid is stuck open . URGH

Best Advanced Auto I've been to! Ask for Tony & Allen if you need help with anything! Hands down the best customer service! These guys took care of me in the midst of a very stressful situation, not to mention my car's dying battery. These guys were the best! Went above & beyond!! Thanks Tony & Allen!!!

Although I had to get things I wished I could have not needed at this time of year but the man who helped me was AWESOME!! He even put the battery and connector on for me. Thank you and God bless you ( store#05996 in Pell City)

Checked my battery and told me it was good. Surprise, I thought they would try to sell me a new battery. Turns out my battery was bad, would not recommend this store as they are not accurate.

Part ordered online didnt come with everything when picked up. Employee said had to reorder online to get discount couldn't just take off at register. Added about 20 minutes to my in and out lunch break visit

Some scary looking fellas behind the counter here for sure. And buddy they keep an eye on you too pal so don't have no sticky fingers... You may get hog tied to a seat in the back and who know what will happen next.

Nice store many times they will have what you need in stock, but be cautious ordering overnight parts. Ive only gotten 1 out of 3 parts to be right or come in on time.

Typical parts store for today. The employees dont know a fuel pump from a water pump and nothing is ever in stock but if you can do your own research and provide a part number you can usually have it next day at the latest.

Cashier was rather rude. When he went and got the filter we needed he sat it down and instead of ringing us up he went to the second register to help someone else that got there after us. I would rather pay more and go to another store than be treated this way.

They need to replace the little girl with the blund hair attitude by the name of Lisa AT THE PELL CITY ADVANCE AUTO that's from Atlanta, I needed my part not her place to place living address!!!!!!!! I ordered a car part from there an goes there to pick my part up an she wanted to know who I talked to, I told her I didn't know, well she gets an attitude like I supposed to know the workers name but I made sure I got her name an who's gonna pay a hundred an something dollars for an attitude when you can go elsewhere !!!! NOT ME I told her they can keep that part and attitude..... And THANKS

The guy behind the counter wasn't nice he had a attitude and when I said something about it and went to another employee he got worse then cussed at me and wanted to fight and started saying he was looking for a job when he found that job meaning he dont care anything about his job everybody else was nice as can be i shop there a lot even helped build the store when it was built never expected that out of him

They were so helpful from the minute I walked in the door, also making sure I didn't pay to much for something that would do the same. I will be visiting again.
