My wife took our 2019 Hyundi Tuscan with 72,900 miles, in for brakes and tire rotation. I knew my worst case scenario was $1000 or so. They checked brakes and rotated and balanced tires for $68.75. Brakes were fine. This is my second time to use them for service. Highly recommend them, courteous and honest. Paul Ward. Pelham.

I had a great experience with William and his team at Tuffy s this past weekend. We called last minute for a pre-purchase inspection, and he very graciously fit us into a busy morning. The team actually invited us out to follow along as they looked the vehicle over, patiently explaining what they were seeing. We left feeling confident about the purchase, and very grateful for the warmth from everyone at Tuffy s.

4-1/2 stars. They did some frame work for us for 1/2 the price of the dealer. And then 4 weeks afterwards, the undercarriage splash shield came loose and they repaired it at no cost. Will definitely return when needed.

All around horrible service. I dropped off my truck at 8 AM for tire service & I show up at closing time just for the owner to say they never got around to it. If my appointment was scheduled for 8 AM then there should have been some type of priority put on getting my service done. I can go on & on about all the other things of dissatisfaction but I d rather not because this company knows they messed up. Plus there was not any compensation offered for my inconvenience. Hopefully they figure things out.

On 7 November after searching nearly every website, I finally saw a Tuffy ad. I clicked on their ad and instantly got a price on tires. I called them and they said they could get the 4 tires I needed. Later that morning I received a call from Tuffy in Pelham stating my tires were onboard. I scheduled a time the same day and got them put on. I even got 6 months same as cash. When I left I felt appreciated and got a email later stating my vehicle service was good and they had pics on my previous tires, etc. Thank you Tuffy tires for the great service.Service: Tires

I refuse to take my truck anywhere else! The team here is awesome, knowledgeable, and mainly honest! I give Bryan and William a HUGE shout-out for going above and beyond to help me out.

Very friendly and helpful. They did a great job with my Son's car. They got it in last minute, put two new tires on it as well as correctly diagnosing another issue which had to be repaired elsewhere.Reasonable prices too.

I am giving a 2 star review because I believe that they took advantage of my 17 yr old daughter who came to have a hose replaced. $500 to replace one hose is a bit ridiculous. I dont believe they would have charged me like this.The work seems to be good, its been over a week and it is not leaking.Service: Auto water leak repairService: Auto water leak repair

They were totally awesome! We were traveling thru Birmingham towing our RV on the way home to Florida when the truck got an unexpected flat tire. I wish I could remember the young lady's name behind the counter cause she was terrific Got us in and out in record time and they were all so friendly. If you live in that area, go there, you won't be disappointed. Thank you so much for everything!!

My boss recommended Tuffy over a year ago and I'm glad he did. They do good work, they're honest, and they make typically unpleasant experiences less so because of how well they treat their customers. It's hard to go anywhere else once you've tried Tuffy.

I have an older convertible that I don t drive much. When one of the tires started to separate, Tuffy s went and got my oddball tires got me back on the road with a new set, mounted, balanced and aligned in just over an hour at a phenomenal price. It all started over the phone. William was very polite and helpful. I didn t have an appointment but he got me in and out. I needed tires, brakes, and rotors. They made sure my truck was taken care of that day. They completed everything in a timely manner and I will be going back. Thank you William !!!

I've always liked using tuffy. Went for oil change recently and decided to get wipers and filters too. My windshield accidentally got cracked in which William looked at it after and said it was accidental they'll take care of it. Zero issue. Within 3 days I have a new windshield. Will continue using tuffy and hope others do too. They always put their customers first.Services: Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I had taken my BMW in for the first time here at this business on a recommendation. The last place that change my oil did a horrible job. My oil was gelled up in my oil cap and gelled within the filter. They flushed the system gave me the oil my Car required , which is not what the other guys put in it. They were very punctual, friendly, and made sure to educate me on the work being done to my car . Very cost efficient . Very impressed with this group of guys. I will definitely be bringing my car back to tuffy for all future services. I live 46 miles across town , however, this is the kind of service and care I have never received anywhere else.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Oil change

Helped when my insurance provider (Liberty Mutual) or previously used tire provider (Good Year) couldn t pass muster. They were courteous, prompt and went out of their way to help with excellent service and reasonable prices. They will have all my car maintenance business from here on. Untrustworthy and sketchy business. Owner will lie to you and smile as if y'all are best of friends. This company is looking for money and it doesn't really matter if ethics are involved or not. Tuffy is a amazing automotive service center. I've taking 3 of my cars there to get stuff done including oil changes, transmission serviced. And I will continue to keep going back. Great business always really helpful, really professional, and always does quality work. Large comfortable waiting room Restroom Place to charge your phone (they even have that if you need it !) Keurig coffee machine Good service and a good price Slammed with business (this is a good sign!) Fast service Went out of their way to provide an uncommon service when many others turned away Same day service Gave me a print out with my alignment result Did a BETTER alignment than the last place Recommended a solution for a problem I had. I knew I had it - nobody else mentioned it and I'm impressed that they did.They're the Chick-fil-A of auto care : they're busy, but they're fast !

I don t often leave reviews but I felt Tuffys deserved a good review! My drivers side window stopped working! So I called around to get quotes. Most places quoted me over 500 dollars but always said they would have to look at it first. But Tuffys gave me a better quote and William was extremely nice. As a younger female, with limited knowledge of mechanics, I get a bit nervous that I will be taken advantage of. But William made he feel very comfortable when I made my appointment and I felt like he gave me the better price. When I arrived I was not disappointed, I was greet by Kim, instantly I felt like I had known her for years and that nervousness went away! While they change my oil and fixed my window they also checked several other things without me asking . I do need a few additional things but they assured me it wasn t urgent and never pressured me to do it that day. I can t express how pleased I was with my experience, they made me feel like family, great prices, friendly staff, and a clean waiting area. They have my business for this point forward!

I could not be happier with my experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service! After many bad experiences at other auto repair businesses in the area, I decided to give Tuffy a try. Let me just say that I am so glad I did!!! They caught things that other shops had missed and they got my car back to running like new! They were great at keeping me informed throughout my car's service and they were happy to answer any questions I had. I've purchased new tires, gotten oil changes, even dropped by just to have my tire pressure adjusted, all with timely and professional results. They're not just a 5, THEY'RE A 10! Keep up the good work, guys!

They were able to quickly identify the issue and fix it. No problems and no hassel. Very positive experience. They seemed like they actually care about you and your car and not like you are just another customer. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with William. I called the night before to ensure the work could be performed on my vehicle. No pressure situation and work was satisfactory, so far. As of now, I will return to have work completed.
