We've used Technique Automotive multiple times to take care of our vehicles. They are pros and do great work. Replaced exhaust manifolds on our GX470 and it's as good as new

Kelly and crew do a great job of diagnosing the problems of any make of car we take him and repairing them at a fair price. He is honest and explains things well so that the owner knows their options on what can be or should be done. We've had every type of service on our cars done at Technique over our 20+ years history, from oil changes to tires to transmission and everything in between. I would highly recommend.

The only place I would take my car. Kelly and his crew at Technique Automotive are the best I have found and wouldn't search for repair or service work anywhere else. They are honest, trustworthy, and always gets the job done right the first time. I've had his team repair 3 of my cars, and each time is a great experience. They did an overhaul on my mdx suspension, tuned up my 92 prelude, and installed new suspension on my 15 civic si. Each repair has been perfect and feel very comfortable using them for any car work. Also best in town for alignments! They are very knowledgeable and very friendly. I can not recommend them enough.

I took my BMW 325ci in because of a headlamp issue. Kelly took care of the wiring, did NOT have to replace the bulb or igniter as they were still good, replaced my windshield washer pump and did a antifreeze flush, all for around $120. I was amazed. You might have to wait a few days, but it seems everyone is dropping their cars off there, but it is well worth the wait. Just make sure you schedule your service. Highly recommended!!!

I've known Kelly for a few years now. We were in a local BNI chapter together and I got to hear all kinds of stories about their level of expertise in diagnosing electrical issues on Mercedes-Benz and BMW cars, among others.Last week I got to experience this first hand when my Mercedes S-Class threw a code and started running roughly one morning. Instead of the massive repair bill I was expecting, Kelly and his team were able to narrow it down to a bad battery. They also took care of the service interval while it was there. Highly recommend the team at Technique Automotive in Pelham.

Worst car service I have ever had. The manager actually ran outside and threatened to fight me. If you want poor service from rude and ignorant employees, take your car in at your own risk. They wanted $90 for a job I could do myself in 20 mins if I had an impact wrench. If management was that ignorant, I can't even imagine the employees he hires. Warning: Take your car to another shop! FYI, I have two attorneys that will be contacting them soon.

They did half the job for full price. Explained what I needed three times and still they got it wrong. I'll never go here again even if my life depended on it. Thanks for nothing
