OMG where do I start?!! First, I want to thank Mr. Jones for going above and beyond (literally), for getting me in the 2018 BMW that my heart desires! Secondly, This was by far the best car buying experience I've had in 40 something years! I ve recently done business with Mr. Jones and this has been the best car buying experience I ve ever had!! Very professional and they are always one call away should you have any questions. I originally reached out to him a few months ago and that wasn t the best time for me since I had no credit established....I thought that was just the end for me and I couldn t do anything about it, but Mr. Jones kept me in mind and came up with a game plan that could really benefit a young man like myself trying to establish credit. From the moment Mr. Jones and I spoke I knew that he was a professional. Mr. Jones took my information and began working on my behalf expeditiously. He was well versed in his craft and he did exactly what he said he would do. He was upfront about our process. What Mr. Jones did through his expertise along with his company Selective Automotive was Amazing !!! He not only helped me with a great vehicle, but also put me in a better position financially. Mr.Jones was great to work with him and the office staff at Selective Automotive Inc did everything to make my car buying experience a extremely pleasant one. Mr. Jones explains the importance of credit and having a great relationship with a good finance company, I would recommend anyone to pay Mr. Jones a visit at Selective Automotive in Pelham I did and now today I am driving away in my 2015 Lexus!!

I called Mr. Jones Sunday night I'm in a 2011 Lexus GS 300 on Tuesday! $1000 down! Other car lots take a high down payment and still have you driving in something you don't want! Here you can drive what you want for what you have! Excellent service!

This is hands down the best experience I ve EVER had with any type of car dealership... I was literally walking everywhere I go before I met Mr. Jerrell Jones. Starting off I would like to say that they have very beautiful cars. However ever car that I have gotten from them has been defected in some sort of way from small to great and they are very unprofessional. In the beginning they will talk to you nice until you get the money for the car then afterwards they are very rude so shop at your own risk!

Jerrell Jones was truly heaven sent and worked endlessly to put me in a luxury car that not only fit my price range, but also my personality. Not only is he a man of his word, he is a man of action, persistence, compassion and purpose! He made a promise to himself that he would have me riding in my very 1st car by Christmas. On Christmas Eve, I was driving off the lot in my Mercedes-Benz with the sunroof back and a smile on my face from ear to ear. Where can I start after loosing my nice charger due to lack of communication with someone about payments and other stuff . I went into a deep hole of trying to find a car . So I got introduce to Mr. Jones from my barber and after talking to him and explained my situation upfront he was able to help me get a nice Lexus truck and I mean nice truck in a lease program that Mr. Jones have going on . I recommend anyone to give him a shot. Word of advice don t read everything you see on the internet.

Jerrell and Meir guys are very professional and they love to help their customers. My last car deal with Auto Professional 2 left me upside down. I was paying $317 a month with a 19.9% interest rate for a basic model 2008 Chevy cobalt. I wrecked the Cobalt, came to Jerrell about getting a trade in and he took care of me. Now I drive a 2014 Dodge Challenger with an 3.75 interest rate. I'm telling you, if someone refer you to these guys. They will not steer you wrong. Thank you again guys. You will see me in a year or two.

Where do I start? First of all ,if I could've done this review without any stars I would have. When I first contacted this car lot via email, I received a phone call from Jones, I was interested in a 2015 Lexus that was pictured online, he stated I am the person you want to talk to, I am the owner of the dealership. I know you see another name on the website but I am the one make all the decision, he asked how much I was looking to pay for a vehicle I responded between $18,000-$19,000 cash. When Jones looked at the picture he informed me that it was the wrong picture, the picture online was a 2016, I asked how much was the 2016? He responded its going to be more than the max you want to pay, I asked again how much, he stated $22,000 I said ok , I want that one. Jones said let me call you back. When he finally called back he said "I can't sell it for that" I asked what happen and why, I thought you was the owner and made the decisions. He responded I am, but I have a partner and we both have to agree on the price. Once again I asked how much? He stated $23,900. I said ok it a deal. He called me back again stating it still wasn't enough. mind you am not the one giving the prices he is. Long story short I paid $24,400 cash (cashier check)on Oct.15. I was told I didn't get the title because it had to be sent to the capital of Alabama (what!) I tried to inform him that once a person pay cash for a vehicle they are entitled to the title. So, because I was buying in another state I thought just for a moment he could be right. When I got to the DMV like i thought I was told I needed the title. Called Jones, he spoke with the lady at the DMV she told him the same thing. Even after speaking with the supervisor at the DMV he still refused to send my title. I spoke with the DMV in Alabama who stated he had to go by Louisiana laws. I told him, he still stated he needed to speak with the DMV. So, I decided to reach out to law enforcement in Alabama to see if they can find out why i don't have a title . Jones lied and said he had already sent the title off. I say it was a lie because 28 day later when I finally received the title through FedEx the dates were on it. I emailed the real owner about this incident and he is just as arrogant as Jones, he told me the cashiers had to be held 21 days to clear at his bank lol. I thought everyone knew a cashier check is cash in the form of a check as soon as its deposited it hit your account and the title had to be held for 9 days for whatever reason. SO if you are paying cash and live out of state don't leave the lot without your title unless you want to wait a month to receive it. Um I wonder if the owner knew that initially Jones wanted me to give him $1500 in cash and the rest in a cashiers check. Also forgot Jones wanted me to give him $200.00 for gas if he had of met me with the vehicle at the bus stop before I had my dad bring me to the car lot. I don't think Jones even had keys to the building we had to make the deal signing the bill of sale on the trunk of a car, and when the first bill of sale got messed up he had to go the Kinko's for another copy. Like I said several times CAR LOT not, Dealership! Now my car is nice! The price was a misspoken price..I don't think he was looking for me to have that type of cash....so the only reason i put up with the lies and bull...T was the price.. The owner is also bitter about the price, but again i was told the price, I didn't give the price. So when someone ask for a price give the price of the car not the price you think they can't pay!!! I waited to post this until i got the title in my name lol just in case!.. buyer be ware!!!!

Jerrell did a great job getting me into my 2016 bmw 528i. This was truly a tough deal but he found a way to make it work. I always by cars from them. This is the best dealership in town.

Very unprofessional. Would never buy a car from them. After getting approved for a loan, I asked Jerrell Jones to get me a breakdown of the potential sale of a vehicle and was not provided that information. Now all of my calls are being ignored and forwarded. Never again!UPDATE: In response to your lack luster response, since you want to lie and demean my character, I will respond accordingly. Since this is actually JERELL responding to me in third person, I will address you directly like you should have done as a real man. Let's be real, you wanted to date me and because I would not confirm being in a relationship with you, you go and try to upcharge me for a vehicle. I did NOT want to get a vehicle for a junkyard price, I asked you for a BREAKDOWN OF THE PURCHASE SALE meaning how much the car would be for, the interest and taxes, etc. And you failed to provide for that information for me. You failed to provide me with great customer service and was very unprofessional. I want you to shred ALL personal information that you have from me ASAP. Don't you ever lie on me again. And yes I will have a great day. Thanks

He represents this company well!! Not only the company, but also an advocate for young people! He does not mind stretching his schedule to have hands-on interactions with the client and your PROBLEM!! It does not intimate him.
